AJust Better HVAC LLCHeading into the weekend just before the winter storm came in, Just Better HVAC came to my assistance. A wire burned and shut my heater down. They investigated why it burned in the first place. They told me I needed a part to properly fix the heater, but coming into the weekend during this pandemic, it might not be possible to get the part in time. Meanwhile, they were very aware of the coming winter storm, so they were able to set me up with a temporary solution. Considering my power did go out for a long time during the winter storm, it was a life saving measure to use their temporary solution when power was able to come back on. It was extremely cold in my house, and the heater put in the work to get my house warm again. The heater worked perfectly during that short time with power. I lost power again, but at least I had warm air in the house to work with for the next round of outages. It has worked since the power came back on for good. They checked in on me during that time, keeping me updated of their progress on getting the part. Then they finished the service today with that rare part on hand. They were respectful, flexible, and informative throughout the process.- Karole S.

He was very professional and honest about the issues with our A/C, which were thankfully minor. He didn't try to up sell anything that wasn't necessary and gave us information on the type of thermostat we should purchase if we wanted to install it ourselves. HVAC LLC called early Sunday morning and came out to repair my AC unit,. had it fixrd in no time. I thought price might have been alittle high probably due to it being a weekend. AAgricola Heating & AC CoA/C wasn’t cooling! Dewayne called, gave me an estimated time. Jesse came and found the problem, fixed it, did not leave until he was sure that Eve was working correctly! Over the years, this company has taken care of our A/C and my mil’s.... When my husband told me to get a replacement estimate, was sure that is what was needed, Dewayne told me it could be fixed. APerfect! Jeremy was very professional and personable. Gave me three proposals and explained each one. Complete replacement was right below the median cost for an AC system. I called them and they had an appointment for the next day. Awesome service and job well done. Service call price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend these guys!

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

AWe had 1 of 2 units stop working, and were delighted to learn that, because we were not in a hurry, AAA was willing to schedule a repair at a time that was most efficient. This implies that they work to prioritize emergencies so that all customers can get service in a way that the techs are not stressed. Our tech was delayed for his morning appointment, and we were called immediately to reschedule, still on the same day. The tech was able to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes and show us the part needed to get it all working again. In addition, he recommended putting new tie-downs on the outside compressors to adhere to windstorm regulations. He had one set of tie-downs, but not both, so another appointment was arranged for the second set. I was unfamiliar with the pricing scheme that AAA used (parts are priced to include labor), and was unhappy with that, so AAA was able to explain in writing how they arrived at their numbers, and to give me a new invoice more in accordance with what this yankee girl is used to (the prices are reasonable considering the expertise of the techs). All in all, I would recommend AAA not only for emergencies, but for preventative work. I intend to get a quote from them when we need to replace our aging units.
