Towed car to location. Was told that the car needed a new Shifter unit; cost $1300 plus Diagnostic fee of $99.95. This seemed exorbitant so I towed car to local mechanic who repaired shifter problem for $140. He told me that there was nothing wrong with the shifter and that the only problem was a dirty cable that connected the ingnition switch to the shifter. Eventually and only after contacting the OWNER of the company was I given a refund for the towing charges and the diagnotic fee. The service department representatives never acknowledged that they had made a misdiagnosis nor did they once apologize for the bad service. This whole fiasco cost me three days and a car rental which was not reimbursed. I will avoid this place and consider other alternatives always

I usually get extremely good service. They did some work for my mother-in-law and they did a very good job. They saw an old lady coming and they didn't try to jump her over the hurdles. These people pretty much feel like they live here too and they've got to be able to hold their heads up. They get really busy, but we have to keep that in consideration.

I usually went in for oil changes here but service has been going downhill. This last time will be my last due to the unprofessional manner on which I saw and was treated by the girl working the front desk. I must say that the only one that seemed nice that I encountered that day was a gentleman named Jerry (I remembered his name cause my husband is named Jerry also). I waited 3+ hours to have my oil changed and a state inspection. The whole time I was patient even though I had my 14 month old son with me and at the end of the wait he was getting so antsy. I asked exactly twice on the update of my vehicle and the girl at the front desk must have been in a bad mood because she was short with me. Then me and three other customers witnessed her go out the garage entrance door and start yelling in the garage at people. She then came in and slammed the door. When my services were rendered and I was going to check out there was one elderly lady in front of me. I stood there for some time after she left until the girl would acknowledge me and check me out. She notified me that I had not passed inspection and told me the total owed in such a cold manner. Upon departure I had a paper that was attached to my receipt that had the reason inspection wasn't passed and it was a gas cap issue. I could easily have been told that and bought one. Also there were "notations" that said "YOUR WHEELS PASS FOR NOW BUT NEED TO BE CHANGED!" Normally I would've taken it as a reminder but she had written it while I was waiting and the manner she presented herself just kinda didn't come off "helpful". All in all I loved coming here for the perks of a carwash thrown into my services... but its not enough to keep me coming back to wait 3+ hours with disgruntled employees. When I did make it home my husband said it shouldn't have taken that long I agreed the wait was excessive and I would not be returning.

My shifter got stuck in the middle of the street and we had to have it towed to Johns. I had never used them before and was worried due to how much this unexpected problem would be. But within a day I received a call that the car was fixed! It was a fair price and prompt in my opinion. John was excellent in explaining what had happened especially since I have hardly any knowledge of vehicles or why the shifter was stuck since that's never happened to me. All in all I would definitely return when I have any problem with my vehicle. I give them an A++ for their service and help since its no fun being stuck in a street!

My husband took our 24' class C motor home in to have the brakes fixed. Rick Wright kept the RV for ----- days. it was a little slow because he has a lot of business and few helpers. The old brakes were totally crystallized and worn out. He completely replaced them all and turned the drums.

There was one car ahead of me when I went to have my oil changed. While I was waiting my turn in the car, an employee came and greeted me. He wrote my order, asked what kind of oil I wanted, and invited me to wait in the air-conditioned waiting room. It took about 25 minutes for them to finish the car ahead of me and service my car. They put oil in my SUV, topped off all fluids, and brought my ticket inside. The price of $45 and change seemed higher than what I had usually paid in that location, but there had been a recent change of ownership and there were a couple more employees than before. I didn't ask for any special kind of oil, just the Castrol they have in the big tank. I paid with a credit card and was on my way.

I took my 2013 Ford Taurus in for the recall repair to the fuel pump line as recommended by Ford Motor Co. and because my air bag light was on for no reason. As long as it was there, I asked for an oil change since it was time.
I arrived at 7:30 am. Darrell greeted me within 2 minutes and took the information. I went to the waiting room, and within ten minutes Eric came to get me, saying that the repairs would take a while and asking if I'd like a loaner vehicle. It took a few minutes to arrange for the loan of a 2009 Ford Focus and I was on my way.
Darrell called at 4:30 pm and said that the oil was changed and the fuel pump line was repaired. He asked if I'd like to leave the car over the weekend and keep the loaner car so they could start on the air bag light problem first thing on Monday. I opted to retrieve my car and return the loaner car.
I took my car back in on Monday morning. The air bag light problem was fixed and, at my request, the software for the bluetooth system was updated, before noon. I picked up the car and everything was working well. There was no additional charge for this warranty work.

We had to bring our truck in because the radiator had this sludge in it that caused the engine to overheat. They had the truck for a month and ended up giving it back saying they couldnt fix it! The first week they told us we needed a new engine (due to the sludge) and that would be in the upwards of $2000. When my husband asked if they could just replace the radiator and flush the system they said yes that would work and ordered the radiator. We checked in only ONCE a week to see progress but it was always some reason they hadn't gotten to it or they were going to be working on it that day but when with his job my husband would pass near the shop the truck was always in the same spot. I was pregnant at the time and kept having complications to where we needed the truck and had to borrow a friends repeatedly. Finally the outcome was my husband towing it home with the engine in parts and new radiator still in its box. After towing it home he flushed out (cleaned) each part himself and put his truck back together with the new radiator in place we didn't have a problem. Except we will never use them again.

They did an excellent job. My year-old truck came back looking like new; it came back looking like it came off the showroom floor. I thought the price was a little expensive but they did a good job and it is a huge truck.
