    Kelley Roofing
When my insurance agency called to let me know the roof on the home we were buying wasn't able to be insured (the week before closing) I went into panic mode. Luckily our realtors suggested Kelley's since we were they buyer's of the home we didn't talk to the team directly but they made sure the color was what we wanted before replacement and it was finished in just one day!

    Texas Residential Builders, LLC
Ultimately we elected to have our roof replaced, our windows replaced, siding replaced and additional masonry modifications made to bring our home up to date. These guys are GAF certified contractors which means our new GAF roof is manufacture warrantied for 50 years. We paid a little more than we anticipated however, if we would have fixed our roof correctly from the beginning we would have been much better off. We would and in fact have recommended Texas Residential Roofing.

Roof Smith did a fantastic job. They worked with my insurance company and made sure the job was completed from start to finish. I will definetely be using them in the future and highly recommend them.

    Roof Spotters, Inc.
They didn't do anything, he had his ladder and he went up on the roof to see what kind of damage was done. He said he wanted to talk to the insurance people and they came out. Unfortunately things have not worked out very good. He did a nice job. He was a heck of a gentleman. They seemed to know what they were doing.

    Rhynehart Roofing Inc
It went really well on both jobs. When they said they would come out to give me an estimate Kama they were right on time. They didn't ask for a dime before they were finished with either job. They did have to come back a couple of times to work on the roof in one area that was particularly susceptible to wind. But they returned promptly and completed the job. They completed the windows in two days and even went above and beyond, caulkng my shower at no expense. They did an excellent job with cleanup. The final balance matched the estimate.

Eric from Andrus Brothers came over to inspect my roof, and compare his results to my insurance inspectors results.  There was a small item required by code the insurance adjuster missed.  Eric agreed that he would contact the insurance company, and take care of it.  All work would be done with my out of pocket expenses of only the deductible of my insurance policy.  He also gave a free upgrade of shingle quality.  The job was scheduled for the following week.
The roofers showed up at 8:00 am, and were completely finished by 5:00 pm.  They were very polite, and professional.  The clean up was done to my satisfaction, and the new roof looks great.  I went with a light color shingle, and even though the temps have only been in the 80s, I believe I can tell a difference in how much the ac has to run to cool the house.  This is my opinion, since I did not take actual temperature readings in the attic for comparison.
Eric came by to do an inspection of the work the day after the roof was put on.  He says everything looked good.  It has not rained yet, so I cannot address if there will be any leaks, but I would be shocked if there is one.  The 40 mph wind did not cause any problems.
Nobody enjoys putting a new roof on, or paying their deductible, but Andrus Bros made what could have been a very stressful project, as painless as possible. They showed up on time, and explained what they would do, and how much it would cost.  Highly recommended to anyone needing a new roof.

    Hartman Roofing
The whole experience went very well. The installer was punctual, professional and very polite. The salesman came by the house several times to speak with us before the installation. We had been out of town when a horrible snow storm had hit Amarillo. I had left my flag hanging and the weight of the snow and ice had broken the pole I had it on. He stopped and put it on the porch so it was no longer laying on the ground. I feel that was above and beyond his duty and I truly appreciated that.

    Hartman Roofing
On July 8, 2015, I contacted Hartman's Roofing because my
roof had to be replaced.  I was quite
nervous about having it done as I was a new widow with no insurance and very
little money.  On July 9, a Hartman
contractor contacted me and quoted a price of $14,127.50 to which I agreed and
signed the contract.  On July 10, the
contractor returned with a color chart.
    I chose the black color.
The following week, the carpenters came and put new
decking on the garage and built a wall to replace the cinder block wall that
collapsed when they were removing the old roofing materials.
The roofing crew arrived at 9am on August 24.  After they had removed the old shingles I
asked one of them what color shingles had been ordered and was told
"green". The reason I asked was because a few years earlier, the
wrong color shingles were put on my elderly mother's roof and I just wanted to
double check.  Sure am glad I did.  The mistake was fixed the next day.
The roof was finished in ten days.  It took longer because part of the roof was
pitch and part of it was flat and different materials were used on both.  I can't compliment Dennis Wiebe, the
contractor, the carpenters and the roofers enough.  All of them were very respectful and polite
    and did an extraordinary job.

    Ground Zero Storm Shelters
Ground zero was perfect, from start to finish was less then 8 hrs. After completing they showed the features of the shelter then filled out all necessary paperwork to submit for rebates, all I had to do was sign and mail. Two years later after parking a car on the lid every night, it still opens and closes as easy as the day it was installed.

    Roof Spotters, Inc.

Actual name of company is ROOF SPOTTER, INC.  I worked with the owner LeLand and,  his son-in-law.  This company had replaced the damaged asphalt roof on my daughter's house.  She was satisfied with the work.  The cost for replacing her roof was $13,070.00.  Her roof is larger than my roof by nearly 300 square feet.  I contacted Roof Spotter and requested them to repair my wood shingled roof.  Originally I wanted a metal roof to replace the wood shingles.  LeLand told me that within the next 2 years metal roofs would not be covered by insurance companies so he advised me to go with an asphalt roof.  I followed his advice and had the same quality roof placed on my house as my daughter had on hers.  Before a month had passed, we had a few days of rain.  Two of my skylights leaked.  I called Roof Spotter, and someone came out and covered the leaking skylights.  The crew supervisor came to the house after the weather cleared and told me the skylights had been put in backward.  He assured me the skylights were fixed.  Due to a widespread drought, we had no real precipitation until this past winter.   When the snow melted, one of the skylights leaked again.  I had had the ceiling in the room repaired and now it was ruined again.  When I received the bill from Roof Spotters, I was shocked to see I owed a total of $31,146.  I called and asked for an itemized statement showing why my roof was so much more than my daughter's.  What I got was a COPY of the paperwork my insurance adjustor sent to my mortgage company and me (I had given a copy of that report to Leland).  Roof Spotter NEVER supplied me with an itemized statement showing how many squares of shingles he used, labor costs, or other installation costs.  When I questioned LeLand as to why my roof cost nearly $20,000.00 MORE, than my daughter's house and hers was a larger job than mine, he said, "You got more back from insurance than she did."  LeLand wanted me to replace an expensive roof with a less expensive product so he could bill and receive a larger amount.  I was also supposed to have brand new skylights.  I paid for them.  They reused my old skylights.  What a rip off.  When is it OK to charge more just because someone has more money?  It is NEVER ok to charge more just  because someone has more money!!!!!   Should the price we pay for services or items depend on how much money we have?  Should there be more than one price?  This company is a thief!!!  They stole money from me by over charging and over billing.  If you use them, you too can be their victim.  Use a company you can trust, NOT Roof Spotter.                                                                                      I have the paperwork to prove all of this.  I have pictures showing the old skylights.   Keep your money in your pocket and out of theirs!!!!!
