  • Dr. Choudhry was an hour late. He talked the whole time and even talked over me. I had to come back another time to finish because of the late start. On the second visit, I had to wait over an hour and he was late again. Apparently he thinks that his time is more valuable than his patient's time. He seemed to have a Saviour complex about himself. The office staff was inept and did not seem to know how to problem solve for the benefit of the patient and their colleagues' valuable time. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED. Choudhry acted like a spoiled child when I questioned him about the wait time. I was calm and he was spastic and verbose. I would look elsewhere for more professional care and demeanor.

  • Dr. Graham is the best doctor I've ever had. Period. I've been his patient for about 15 years. He takes his time to resolve every issue and to answer every question before I leave his office. I don't think he over-books like many doctors, because he never seems rushed by his schedule. He spent 45 minutes with me during my last physical, and I had no issues. Find another doctor these days that will do that! He found a medical condition on my very first visit that was present since birth, and that all other doctors failed to notice in the prior 30 years. He takes detailed notes during every visit. I've never had to follow up with his office to see if something got done. Everything that he says will get done, actually gets done. Dr. Graham is very professional and just a nice guy. He's the kind of person that you would love to have as a neighbor. Highly recommend.

  • I've been a patient of Dr. Graham's for over 10 years now. He always allows ample time for me to ask questions. I never feel hurried. He does an excellent job of explaining complex issues. He is a great listener and takes detailed notes - which is nice because, when I come back, he picks up from where we ended during the previous visit. He obviously studies my health records before he walks into the room. His office uses a simple and quick electronic checkin, although you can still just walk up to the counter to do the same. All of your health information and test results can even be available online. Easily the best doctor I have ever used. And he is nice too.

  • He is very responsive to questions and concerns. I like their location. They are fairly close to where I work so if there had been a problem with some of my blood work and I had to go back, it just made it very easy to get right at the hospital. I was able to hop in there and had the blood retaken. They had no fault there. I am very pleased. He is just a very good doctor. It is very clean and very well organized, and everybody is very nice. I have no problems at all. It is a very great office. They have a website where I can set up an account and I can actually see that they place the orders of the blood work and they post reports. They give me phone calls to go over the report if there are any questions. They are just very on top of things.

  • She is really nice, but I just do not see her with my file folder and all my files. It is just a piece of paper that she is writing this information on. Maybe that is her system. I would recommend people to her if they like the lackadaisical attitude that she has. She does not keep me waiting too long. It is just the record keeping that annoys me; that is all.

  • I arrived for my appointment, filled out some papers and was taken back to the waiting area for the procedure. I changed into a gown and laid on a "hospital bed" where I was asked questions. I had received permission to enjoy a cup of coffee (no cream) the night prior from the anesthesiologist, but it was a concern to the surgical center staff. They asked if I would come back tomorrow and after going without food for two days, I stated, "If this doesn't get done today, I'm never coming back." The anesthesiologist was brought in and stated that with what I was having done, it was fine. The nurse explained they were concerned I would vomit because my stomach was not completely empty and aspirate, which could be serious. The procedure went as planned and I'm here to tell about it. ;)
    I was out of surgery before I knew it, woke up and the doctor came in to talk with me. (My sister was there as I was not allowed to drive. It was a good thing, because she was able to tell me things I didn't remember from his visit.) As soon as he left, I got dressed and left. She told me I was offered food but denied it because I was intent on going out to breakfast.

  • I have been to several doctors. My son just started school and used to go to the nurse's office at least once a day for an inhaler and this time hasn't had to go at all so far! Not only are they doing immediate treatments but they are also doing allergy shots. You don't have to make an appointment for that and also don't have to pay a copay. They are also open weekends. The office is clean and the staff is super friendly. They answered all of my questions. The nurse was really polite and smart.

  • Dr. Walter X. Loyola is a very nice man, I was impressed, and I'm very pleased with him so far. I know he is very well thought of in the community. The office is gorgeous, beautiful, clean, and the staff are nice.

  • My experience with Family Audiology was good. Nothing particular stands out. I dealt with one audiologist and she was very pleasant. Nothing exceptional stood out. I had an overall good experience. The hearing aids work well and the pricing was okay. As far as punctuality I thought they were a little bit lax. Things would take a little longer than they said, like when the hearing aids would be in. They would take a little longer than they would initially commit to. I would rather see people under promise and over deliver than over promise and not be able to deliver. That would be the only negative.

  • Dr. Neece is one of the absolute best doctors that I have ever been able to use. He is very attentive, he is concerned about the patient, he does a marvelous surgery, he's the greatest. The staff is very courteous, they are concerned about the patient's comfort, they're very friendly, they get you in to see the doctor when you're supposed to be there, doesn't make you wait, and they're very good.
