  • Dr. Graham is the best doctor I've ever had. Period. I've been his patient for about 15 years. He takes his time to resolve every issue and to answer every question before I leave his office. I don't think he over-books like many doctors, because he never seems rushed by his schedule. He spent 45 minutes with me during my last physical, and I had no issues. Find another doctor these days that will do that! He found a medical condition on my very first visit that was present since birth, and that all other doctors failed to notice in the prior 30 years. He takes detailed notes during every visit. I've never had to follow up with his office to see if something got done. Everything that he says will get done, actually gets done. Dr. Graham is very professional and just a nice guy. He's the kind of person that you would love to have as a neighbor. Highly recommend.

  • I've been a patient of Dr. Graham's for over 10 years now. He always allows ample time for me to ask questions. I never feel hurried. He does an excellent job of explaining complex issues. He is a great listener and takes detailed notes - which is nice because, when I come back, he picks up from where we ended during the previous visit. He obviously studies my health records before he walks into the room. His office uses a simple and quick electronic checkin, although you can still just walk up to the counter to do the same. All of your health information and test results can even be available online. Easily the best doctor I have ever used. And he is nice too.

  • He is very responsive to questions and concerns. I like their location. They are fairly close to where I work so if there had been a problem with some of my blood work and I had to go back, it just made it very easy to get right at the hospital. I was able to hop in there and had the blood retaken. They had no fault there. I am very pleased. He is just a very good doctor. It is very clean and very well organized, and everybody is very nice. I have no problems at all. It is a very great office. They have a website where I can set up an account and I can actually see that they place the orders of the blood work and they post reports. They give me phone calls to go over the report if there are any questions. They are just very on top of things.

  • She is really nice, but I just do not see her with my file folder and all my files. It is just a piece of paper that she is writing this information on. Maybe that is her system. I would recommend people to her if they like the lackadaisical attitude that she has. She does not keep me waiting too long. It is just the record keeping that annoys me; that is all.

  • I was with DR. Beckham for 7 years and have no qualms with the services he provided except for two things:
    1) the wait times to see him once I arrived on time for my appointments was rarely less than 1 hour! I found this ridiculous. He always apologized, but it never got better.
    2) Over time, Dr. Beckham's fundamentalist Christian religious beliefs began to strongly flavor his comments on a range of issues. As I do not share his beliefs, and do not desire him to proselytize during my medical visits, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

  • We were urged to try Dr. Naini when we moved my dad, who has Alzheimers, into a Memory Care facility near her office, as she was going to take care of their residents including making housecalls to the facility. We were able to schedule promptly and our first visit went ok, other than she would not allow both my mom and me in the examining room with him. She was respectful of him and seemed confident and knowledgeable about his conditions. During the course of our working with her, however, she never followed through on the approval needed for the hospital bed she agreed he needed at our first visit, She showed concern when he had the flu and recommended he stay overnight in the hospital to be monitored. When she released him, she changed some of his meds, and never responded to my request for information about that, even though i left 3 messages and faxed over my question as well.
When he needed prescriptions refilled, she became frustrated that they didn't all come at the same time, which was understandable, but her response was to call my mom and tell her to bring all of my dad's meds to her office to get it straightened out, even though she had that info in her files from our first visit, from the nursing home, and from the hospital release info. My mom couldn't understand what she was wanting and asked her to call me, which she did not do. I finally went to her office with the list in hand, and waited almost an hour to speak with her. She complained about the time it took to review and write his prescriptions which she could not bill since he was not there, so she wanted me to bring him in. I mentioned that she had not issued the prescriptions he would need when she saw him on previous visits. Following that discussion, she did provide the needed prescriptions to the pharmacy as promised. However, we still don't have the hospital bed and she has not worked out the arrangements to make visits to the facility, even though it has now been 2 1/2 months.

  • Dr. McGrath always goes above and beyond. She works with me on my tight budget and lack of insurance, has always seen me when I request appointments, and seems genuinely concerned about my health and well being. In addition, she has a great sense of humor. Very unlike many male physicians I've had.

  • Fine but had to wait a total of 30 min or more.  In the past 2 years he has been on time.  He spent more time on this visit than in any visit I have seen him before probably since he let me sit so long.  He is very direct and doesn't spend enough time with you.  He won't let you get your labs done prior to coming in to see him.  Resulting in two visits.   He gives you normally 10 minutes or less of his time.  He seems to be in a rush to get in as many people in a day he can.  No bedside manner at all.  We are looking for another doctor but so many don't take Medicare.

  • Brookwood Family Practice is great. Not only are they great with my son but the entire family can go to the same doctor. They are thorough and attentive and never make you feel rushed. By the same token, they don't schedule so many patients that you end up waiting forever for the doctor to see you.

  • She's great at analyzing and giving a true diagnosis. She's got all kinds of testing equipment. She can test the effectiveness of your nerves from your head all the way down to your toes. She can check the veins to see how well blood is flowing through them. I like everything about her, but it's sometimes hard for me to understand her. When she's explains stuff to me, she brings it up on the computer to show examples of what she's talking about. She's very comprehensive in explaining things.
