There were so many moving pieces to this project that we were hesitant to tackle it all at once. After visiting with Todd, we felt assured that he could accomplish what we wanted. He assured us that it would be done timely and with as little disruption to our lives as possible. He delivered on that promise and then some. His attention to detail is impeccable. Todd pointed things out to us that we had not noticed but he was not satisfied with that he had his people re-do until he was happy with it. His standards are impossibly high and he will not accept anything less from his workers. He works very clean, fast and on-time/early. There were a few things that we wanted that he could have made quite a bit of money on but he advised against and explained why. Very trustworthy man. His honesty, integrity, attention to detail and constant communication are why we are happy to give him the highest recommendation. We could not be happier with the end result.

The home is beautiful and there were no surprises in the process. They used the best quality materials, did a great job and finished on time. The pool is wonderful as well. We had one issue with a gas line and they came back and corrected it even though it was after the original warranty period...Did not charge us for this. I can't say enough good about this company.

Robert is highly knowledgeable and easy to work with.  His professionalism and prompt concern over details made him our first phone call after hanging up with the homeowners insurance agent.  He truly cares about the quality of his work and the happiness of his clients.
We went from feeling sick to our stomachs at the water damage throughout our home to staring in amazement at not just his quality repair work, but at the beautiful remodel the unmitigated disaster had turned into thanks to Robert and his talented crew.
I only hesitate to write this glowing review for selfish reasons.  *grin*  Now that I'm getting the word out about how talented a contractor Robert is, I'm sure he's going to be a lot busier!  I'm just hoping the next time I call him, it will be for a PLANNED home improvement project and not to rescue us from another disaster.  :)  I already have a list of ideas I'm sure he can help me with!  Save room for me on your calendar, Robert!  Your number is saved in my phone for a reason!
Highly recommended!  Excellent, QUALITY work by a true professional!!!

    T Rock Roofing & Construction
Awesome experience! We had a small leak that we needed repaired and have had a couple roofer/insurance scam artists that tried telling us all things horrible about its condition. My wife saw an Angie's list offer for a highly rated roofer. She bought the offer to fix our leak and I took the opportunity to have them do a full inspection. I called at about 5:30 pm and expected either a 20 year old answering machine or a dispatcher long since tired of her job. My expectations were shattered when a pleasant gentleman answered the phone and all my questions. Not only were they able to make an appointment for the next day, but they also made a point to get the guy they were sending out on the line during that conversation. This assured no miscommunication and really helped to open a door of report with their contactor. Blake came the next day early, in a uniform, and driving a logoed truck. (If you've dealt with scams before you know the importance of this level of professionalism!) After discussing the location of the leak Blake took about 10 minutes and did an inspection. He then came to me and explained (with pictures) the small amount of damage I had. The leak we had was caused by a few nails that had worked themselves loose. Blake was able replace the nails and seal the whole area during his inspection. He then REFUSED PAYMENT stating that he would prefer a good recommendation and a satisfied homeowner. From start to finish this was one of my best experiences with a contractor. Thanks to Angie's List and BIG thanks to T-Rock!

    Better Home & Commercial, LLC
Working with this company has been frustrating at best. Maybe it's because we aren't some big paying commercial property but we have most definitely received deplorable service from Better Home and Commercial. We got a new fence for our backyard in Feb 2014. A few months later the hinge on the gate started pulling off and it was placed in the wrong spot completely. The top caps of the fence have warped so bad in only a few months the nails are completely pulled out. Many of the boards are popping out as well. It looks awful. And this has only been a few months. We were hoping when we paid thousands of dollars on a new fence it would last us a few years but unfortunately it hasn't even lasted a few months and we will probably be paying thousands more for a completely new fence very soon.
The worst part of dealing with this company is that we were completely willing to PAY for the fixes, we just wanted them FIXED. It looks terrible. We called every business day for TWO months straight and were given the run-around every single day. The receptionist or whoever answers the phone told us every single day that someone would get back to us. We were even told that more than twice someone would come out to do the repairs and they were always no-shows. The owner even said he would do the repairs. No show. No phone call. Every day we call we are told and quot;I know you're frustrated, we are just busy.and quot; If you're too busy to do a job you said you would do - just tell us. So we can go to someone who actually appreciates their customers even if they are a small residential customer. Don't tell us you will have someone call back by the next day, every single day for two months and we still have yet to receive a phone call from them.

We are very pleased with the results of everything they M. Christopher did. If something wasn't just right they would take it upon themselves to make it right. I would highly recommend them and use them again without hesitation.

I built a home with this builder less than a year ago. Warranty items that should have been completed before I closed are still not done. Most important my hand scraped, nail down hardwoods floors were not properly stained. The tan in the wood started bleeding through my gray/black stain color. They came out and restained the floors and now they are cloudy. The floors are ruined. Builder advised me today and a very polite email that the stain is not a warranty item. Well then, why did they come out and restain. Now half my house is one color and the other half is another color. The cabinets are another issue. The paint was sprayed on because they are black. But every time they come out to retouch they brush them. Causing the entire cabinet to have to be redone. I was advised that this is my problem as well since I selected a dark color cabinet. I will not have to spend $50k on new floors and at least $5k to have my cabinets repaired. I have lots more to say but am minutes in space.

    ANDREGG CONTRACTING INC
Original quote given in March was for $38,000, final cost was $60,000. Originally stated job would take 3-4 week., we stopped the work in the 19th week. Started work first part of May. There were some wiring issues which requited correction so things slowed down. We decided to change one window to a smaller size - since everything was torn up anyway. Also, decided to replace two windows - no size change. In June, we were informed the cabinetry would cost $2000. more than originally quoted. In June changed quote to $55,000. Work progressed very slow. The crew was pulled off to work other jobs on a regular basis. Mid-July, I finally had my kitchen back. However, the work still wasn't done. In July, with lots of details left to be done, we wanted the laundry room tiled and painted. They had left the last row of tile undone where it met the laundry room door. The laundry room  is a small room and needed to be re-tiled to match the family room and that last row of tile could be finished. The walls also needed to be repainted and we want to replace the window to match the other new windows.  In mid-September, we cancelled the job. They were very angry and not very civil. On September 23rd, they emailed the final invoice dated September 20. Grand total $60,000.  We decided not to debate it, i just wanted these people out of my life and get the job finished. They started to demand payment within days of sending the invoice, although they know it takes me a week or more to get the funds.
We have hired someone else to finish the work.
I know they will respond and say this was all our fault, because we added the windows and laundry room. But, those are minor issues. At first we were excited, but as time dragged on, we became discouraged. The final invoice was a shock. I hope they are happy. I would say "Buyer Beware".

Estimates on supplies needed to complete job were not accurate.
Philosophy is to do job 80%right the first time, then work their way up.
Profanity was used with no consequences to face.
We have built 3 homes and this was the worst.
Very difficult to get anything customized.

    PIERCE REMODELING GROUP
On our very first project with Tim Gilbert (Piece Remodeling Group) told us that he works on projects like they are his own home and the end results is the proof of that statement. His attention to detail and custom work is flawless! Even when my husband and I had no idea how to proceed on a design for an outdoor living area/kitchen to be built in a space which had both different lines around our pool and a varying roofline, his design made the entire addition flow and look like it was part of the original building both inside and out. He precisely matched the brick, the walls, molding and paint so no one would ever know what is old and what is new. When we have needed something tweaked afterwards, Tim has always been extremely responsive and gotten the work done quickly so we have found his warranty to be great. We just started this years' project remodeling our master bathroom and it's going to be a work of art when its finished next week. I have already started to work on the idea for our kitchen project to be done next year too. We seem to be rebuilding our home board by board and wouldn't ever consider using anyone other than Pierce Remodeling Group!
