Floor Cleaning reviews in Allen

Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • Barry responded to my inquiry and came out very promptly to examine the house and give me a quote. It was all very reasonable. The first two cleanings were a bit more expensive, but after that it went down to much lower rate to clean the house. I had a few not frequently used rooms taken off the list, and the price for cleaning every two weeks is about $75. Mayra and Janeth have been the two people cleaning my house and they have done an amazing job. Every other Tuesday when I come home to my sparkling clean house looking like it's ready to be put on the market, it makes even the worst days so much better. I have been blissfully happy with the service, and I'd absolutely recommend them to a friend and plan on using them for the foreseeable future!

  • Tina arrived with a gentlemen (who appeared as if he never cleaned before) to clean my home this is huge pet peeve of mine I don't like to have men in my home and Tina should have told me before they arrived. I did not have the gentlemen clean my bathroom because he did not know what he was doing. I don't think the floors were even swept but in any event a lot of furniture was not cleaned. The laundry room was not even touched and I specifically said everywhere there is tile it needs to be cleaned. Someone who cares about their work would have said to please check and see if their is anything you are unhappy about and fix it right then not text them after the fact. Tina was to arrive between 12-2 she showed up at 2:45 again punctuality is everything to me. Lastly, after I saw how she cleaned I chose for her or the gentlemen not to clean my master bedroom or bathroom and she still charged me the full price. She said because of the length of time she was there. If she had to clean my master an bathroom she would have been there another hour and a half but its okay I just wanted them out of my home. Maybe her style of cleaning would go over with someone who never had their home cleaned before but certainly not with me. My mistake I should have interviewed her before she came. I am not sure about these reviews on Angie"s List but this will be the last time I use anyone on here. I feel these reviews are lies!!!

  • It was fabulous. Mike was professional, thorough and very hardworking. Customer satisfaction is his priority! He explained all aspects of the cleaning process to me so I would have a clear understanding! From now on, ProClean is the company I will use.

  •   Grout was sealed when I moved in 5 years ago but had gotten very dirty looking. I had started trying to clean on hands and knees with cleaner and brush and got about two squares done in an hour, so called them although had never previously had this type of work done.  It was worth every penny! They did a great job cleaning grout (along with tile floor) and resealing.  I will be calling them annually.

  • Two people showed up. They spoke no English. I had to communicate with hand signals. They did a deep clean of the first floor of my house. I did not like their methods. For example, one person sprayed a chemical in my self cleaning oven to clean it, even in the convention fan part. I had never experienced that before. I had to burn the chemicals and residue off and air it out before I could cook in it. They also took some shortcuts like mopping without sweeping first. They also dropped something, I think bleach, on my carpet and now I have a quarter sized bleached spot in the carpet. The worst part was that they asked for the review to be filled out before they left. I had not noticed the oven and the carpet issues yet. I did not call the company afterward because I didn't want to do further business with them.

  • June 26 Update:  Ryan and Ricky dropped off my 4 rugs that were deep cleaned.  Never met Ryan (the owner) before.  Liked him, all business, was very sharp and got straight to work.  The rugs turned out fantastic!  Particularly my silk/wool blend.  Turned out fluffy and soft.  I've never cleaned these rugs in the 10 years I've had them.  They all look great, the color now pops!  I was so pleased that I asked them about their rug pads.  Turns out they provide them in bulk, and will cut to size.  Ryan said they were not cheap.  That I could shop around.  I said, 'no', I'm sold on them and I wanted to wait to buy from them.  They will be delivering the pads and installing them on Friday.  Looking forward to it!  I appreciate a company that's on time, delivers what they said they will deliver and highly professional.  I am very pleased. :)

Found them on Angie's List.  Emailed them and got a response the next day.  Scheduled service two weeks out. Ryan said they had availability that week, but I had to push it out because of my work schedule.  Once I spoke to Ryan over the phone about my needs he immediately emailed me a quote that day along with instructions in preparation for service.  Ricky was my technician day of service, he called to see if he could arrive 1 hour earlier which worked out great.  He inspected the house, gave me a quote for the tile floor and rugs.  The 3 carpeted bedrooms I knew was $189 per Ryan.  Ricky quoted me $600 for 900 sq ft of tile; and $700 to take the 8 x 9 feet wool rugs to be deep cleaned off site.  One 8 x 9 rug is partially under a heave desk which I did not want removed, so he did a topical cleaning of it at $100 (the cost was rolled into the $700.  I agreed to the price and told him to get started right away.  He had Michael come out to the house to pick up the area rugs.  Ricky spent 3 hours cleaning all areas.  I made the mistake of walking on wet carpet barefoot and then slip and falling in my bathroom, my fault, so half the time Ricky was at the house I was laid up in bed icing.  He was very kind, knowledgeable, and my dog really liked him.  He felt terrible about my fall, but I told him not to worry and to get back to work.  He did a great job of cleaning, taking extra care of the dingy spots with cleaner.  All carpets look great.  The floor was clean, but he did admit because of my tile being pitted, there would be no way to remove the grout the builder left behind without using acid.  I declined them coming back to do that.  After inspecting the house, there were two scuff marks: one on a cabinet drawer, one on the laundry room door; then one dent in the dining room wall.  Of which we can cover up without a problem.  I gave a $40 tip to Ricky for a job well done.  Appreciated his professionalism.  Right now, I'm just waiting for my rugs which will be delivered/ready in 7-10 days.

  • I purchased a Big deal for Six Areas of Carpet or Tile Cleaning. I scheduled the service online as well as over the phone. The day of the service, the tech called an hour before and gave me an arrival time. He showed up on time and we walked the house to decide on the spaces that needed carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. He set up his equipment and completed the work. I changed my mind a couple of times about which spaces needed cleaning and he was cool with that. I also added one space for an extra charge. Overall, highly satisfied with the quality of work as well the attitude and demeanor.  I would definitely recommend.

  • The young man that cleaned my carpets called in advance of arriving to ask if he could show up earlier than arranged, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.  He explained the process, as well as offered other services that might aide in keeping our carpets looking their best over time.  He did the job in a timely manor.  I would recommend this company to others.

  • Owner David Graham and his helpers arrived promptly on time. They were all so courteous, helpful and friendly. They sealed off the area they were going to be working on to protect the rest of our home. They spent about 6 hours at the house where they repaired, sanded/filled, buffed and then sealed the whole area of our entry hall which extends from the front door clear to the kitchen/den. The floors looked better than new! David also took the time tell us how to care and maintain the floor in the future to prolong its beauty

So happy to have found David & his crew! I will definitely be calling them again and referring them to all our family & friends!

  • First off, let me explain that my kitchen had 15 years of dirt buildup on the grout as it had never been sealed or cleaned (the floor had been cleaned, but not specifically the grout), and basically, looked disgusting because it was white marble and what used to be white grout between the tiles but was now black and dirty. I really didn't have high expectations for this cleaning but figured if they could even get it slightly whiter, I would be happy.

Corey showed up on time and was very professional. He explained what he would be doing starting with a detergent base, and then he hand scrubbed the grout. He then used a specialized machine to further clean the grout and suck up the liquid. Finally, he applied the sealer by hand to all of the grout. Total time, 1.5 hours.

The grout actually looks bright white again. I truly was shocked. I had previously called Grout Doctors to quote me a price on doing a cleaning and they quoted me $1200. I shoved them out the door. This is why I wasn't expecting much from a $99 cleaning.

There are a few spots that I had missing grout that I will need to get filled in with some new grout, but that was to be expected (and now that the grout is white again, I can easily see the few spots where those are) (FYI, Corey pointed them out in advance of the cleaning, so I know he didn't cause them). Corey also gave me some pointers on filling in the holes.

There were no upcharges (and I was pleasantly surprised by this). Corey did explain that they cleaned carpets, drapes, and furniture as well, but that was just for reference as he was fully booked that day and would not have been able to do them then anyway. He quoted me some decent prices for one of my rugs and couches which I will schedule at a later time.

In short, I will definitely use these guys again.
