    I personally went into the office to speak with them about my needs. Up front I said I needed to schedule an eye exam and a visual field test. Appointment was scheduled for 5/25/2016. A day or so prior to the appointment I received a call that they did not schedule enough time for my appointment and it was rescheduled to 5/31/2016. I arrived for the appointment and checked in, at which time I was notified they could do either the eye exam or the visual field, but could not do both on the same day as they could not bill both an optical and a medical procedure on the same day. That should have been the topic of discussion when they called prior to the scheduled 5/25/2016 appointment. I immediately told them to cancel the appointment and I would find another Optometrist.

    The office is located in a horrible location.  The parking is bad.  The office staff is rude and no professional customer service.  Henrietta was so rude to me that is was ridiculous.  I complained and spoke with her office manager and the office manager, Maria went off on me and told me that she was going to talk to Henrietta.  She did not apologize for her rude behavior.  I will never step foot back in the office.  If Dr Lori Dao wants my service she needs to get away from that horrible location and those horrible rude office staff members.  I would not recommend this office to any one.  Stay away from the office.  It is not worth the headache.  It is too many providers in the area for patients to deal with this non-sense.

    Dr. Wimbish has been taking care of me since I moved to Allen, Texas.  Have always been satisfied and happy with how he takes the time to discuss the health of my eyes.  With the use of the latest technology in the office, I was able to better understand the importance of having a regular eye check up.  The office environment is very pleasant.  All the staff are friendly - from the front all the way to the back.  LOVE THIS PLACE!  DEFINITELY NOT GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!

    He's a very nice man, very professional, reasonable prices and very prompt. There's not a long waiting line and he's got a separate section to fit the glasses so you can do everything at one stop. The staff is wonderful too.

    Wait time in the office was a bit longer than expected. My appointment took about 2 hours, of which at least 30 minutes was waiting for the doctor or the assistant to become available. Other than that it was a good experience. Dr. Brice was very courteous and professional. She apologized for the wait and explained that they were understaffed that day. Office assistants were also very courteous and professional. Service, billing, and administration were all streamlined. I had my eyes dilated and checked out. Also received a new lens prescription, which is what I came for. Dr Brice gave me a pair of test lenses to wear for a week before my follow up appointment next Monday. Cost for appt. was $60 after VSP co-pay. Overall a good experience. Only complaint is long wait time due to them being understaffed for the day.

    Dr. Johnson and staff were very professional and patient. He took to the time to get my prescription correct. I was very pleased with the accuracy of my new glasses. I will always go back to have him service my eyes, even though he is out of network for my company. I was very pleased.

    The Texas Retina Assoc. facility on Central expressway was a bit difficult to find. However, it had plenty of parking and the entrance was on the first level of the parking garage for the facility, so covered parking. Nice in Texas in August. At the check-in I was immediately seen and the process was quick. The girl at the desk who greeted me was prompt and courteous and gave good directions as to where the waiting room was and how long my wait would be. It only took 5 minutes before I was in the assistant's exam room. She was so nice and calmed my nerves by being caring and understanding. She did a prelim exam and placed the dilation drops in my eyes. Those drops took 10 minutes to work and precisely 10 minutes later I was being seen by Dr. Anand. He did a thorough exam and explained my condition and what my choices were. I chose surgery. I had to wait a bit for the surgical representative to come and make the arrangements for the surgery. That process finished I walked out feeling that all my questions were answered, that I had been treated with dignity and that I had a more positive outlook. This facility is well appointed and well run by personnel who obviously care about the patients. I highly recommend it.

    This physician is fantastic. Great educator. Assures that all your questions are answered and that you understand the cause of the problem, solution options and expected outcome.
    He performed my cataract surgeries with great success. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing advanced opthalmologic care.
