AScott ExteriorsWork started in February and completed in Mar. Hold up was strictly due to all the rain we had, but they took advantage of any openings to continue to completion. The teams that worked on our house were great and Bruce and his team took all the time we needed to answer questions and responded quickly. After installation noticed a window stress fracture and it was repaired by (Pella) quickly. In June had a couple of adjustments that needed to be made to flashing and it was handled without a fuss. I would recommend Scott Exteriors to anyone thinking of have work like this done. I have no complaints and will definitely use them for future projects.- John N.

AJon Wright IndustriesThe project manager, David Votava, presented himself professionally to understand all the work details and answered all my questions. The provided work contract detailed all the agreed upon work and materials. Three windows were replaced with attention to proper alignment, caulking, and trimwork. I had new siding to replace the worn out siding on two kitchen windows. The soffit , fascia and drip edge around the roof was replaced while maintaining proper soffit venting. The seams were well fit and caulked.The carpentry work as well as quality of materials are excellent. The original 5 inch rain gutter was replaced with a 6 inch wide rain gutter with leaf guard and was neatly installed. The house was painted including some roof features using top quality paint. The paintjob had good coverage with clean trimwork. David is a hands on manager doing much of the work himself. He has had a lot of experience and pays great attention to details. Throughout the task, I was able to interact with him to discuss and workout various details. A final inspection walk around to takecare of any issues was performed before agreeing the project complete. All the debris was hauled away and the property was swept with a magnetic rake to pickup any nails. I am very satisfied with the job and would hire him and his crew again on other projects.- Thomas O.

APlatinum Painting and GuttersI got the whole home exterior painted and all windows caulked plus a few worn out planks replaced including chimney edges. About the quote: Eddie gave me a detailed quote for the job and provided a breakdown of some repairs as per my request since I hadn't decided if I wanted to get them done or not. He gave me the detailed quote while he was here and I liked that plus the repair cost breakdown. He also suggested using hardie board for planks being replaced as well as improving the seal around the garage door when I told him about insect issues. This quote process as well as the reasonable discounted price is what led me to select Platinum Painting for the job. About the job: A 4 man uniformed crew completed the job on the scheduled day. They did a good job independently and I had to point out only one item towards the end that was missed. The foreman Wilson made sure he was with me during the final walk-through and eagerly answered my questions. Cons: One thing I think could use improvement is communication - a proactive reminder a few days before the job for finalizing paint color selection and then providing some samples that would help me confirm my selection. However I'm happy with my selections so no issues. Overall: I would hire Platinum Painting again as the work and cost was as per my expectations.- Munsoor R.

AT Rock Roofing & ConstructionIt went very well. T-Rock Roofing knows roofs and all the other parts that are part of the structures around a typical residential property. We had hail and wind damage that was covered by insurance on part of the structure. There was also normal wear and aging of the soffit trim and gutters. Squirrels had done some damage on the trim trying to sublet part of the attic. One of the windows with a complex arch needed replacing, including the curved trim. The cedar fence was damaged by the hail and needed pressure washing and a new coat of stain. There was also damage that was not found until the roof was removed. At the start it seemed like I would have a lot of work to find the different companies that would be required to complete the work. A friend recommended a company he trusted that could look at all the problems which would simplify the work because timing coordination would happen by one company. For me firsthand experience and a recommendation from my friend is similar to what you get from reviews on this site. Trust worthy. The company, T-Rock Roofing and Construction and the team lead, Brandon Overby This combination made all the logistics and coordination a much smaller task. This company has 12 years’ experience bringing order to complex problems. Brandon organized the work so that it was accomplished with very little wait time between different trades and crews. The crews had proper staffing along with experience working together. This improved the quality of the finished project. I recommend T-Rock Roofing and Construction, they should be on your short list when looking for a roofing contractor.- Larry H.

AAmazing! I had mold that had been growing in a underside cabinet from a leaking sink and became very worried. Robert and Juan worked hard to remove all the mold, replace extra drywall and seal and clean all the mess. I will always use Landmark for my painting and drywall needs!

Aagain - NO SUBCONTRACTORS, and it makes all the difference in the world! thomas quotes the job, and then he is on the job the whole time, so there is no missed communication or confusion. thomas and helper did their usual thorough and conscientious work. they stripped the wrought iron all the way down to the metal, then primed and applied two coats of enamel - allowing at least a day of dry time between each step. these guys actually do it right, and so few painters are willing to do that these days. in the end the job took less time than expected, so he actually REDUCED THE PRICE. you simply cant beat these painters, they are the best!
