The project went very well. Derick provided very timely responses to our questions ahead of time and during the project and the end product looks fantastic. We have received many compliments on our new patio.

Removed old deck and patio, poured new stained/stamped concrete patio and constructed custom cedar patio cover with shingles.

We have had no problems no issues out of the cedar cover it since it was built. I can tell you what top quality work was done, how easy Dereck was to work with. No problems what so ever. I would hire him again and we referred him to neighbors in our area. I still see their patio covers standing too!
