    My family have been customers of Trademark Allen car wash for a few years and the washes have been fine until our last one. During this wash the driver���s side mirror was broken off. The manager initially claimed it was our fault because we did not use the button to close the mirrors. The service rep closed the mirrors manually and must have pushed too **** ** one mirror and it broke. It then came totally off during the wash. After showing them the manual for the car, which showed the mirrors can be closed either by hand of via the button, after several hours they then offered to cover half the repair. All of this is totally unacceptable when they were clearly at fault. Management will do and say anything to avoid taking responsibility for their damages. This was an expensive repair ($800) for a high-end car and they offered a modest gift card at first and then only paying half as we continued to press. So, beware if you have any damages as a result of this car wash they will not fully pay for it. You will have to either accept a less amount or take them to small claims court. Therefore, I would avoid this location as it is not worth the risk. Take your car to a shop that will take good care of your vehicle and stand behind their service.

    Allen Foreign and Domestic is located at 112 Main St, Allen TX, 75013 and owned by Marlon Dunham. Marlon Dunham was supposed to repair the air conditioning system and replace the compressor in our car for $1000.00 with a one year warranty. The air conditioning stopped blowing cold air and we returned to have repairs made. We dropped off the car for the work to be done. When we returned we discovered that the car was never touched. He told us to come back the next day and he would fix it. The next day we showed up at the allotted time and nobody was at the business. This happened three days in a row that week. When he finally did look at the car he put coolant in and said he couldn���t find anything wrong with it. It blew cold for a couple of days and then quit. The next week we took the car back. Again he stalled for several days making us come back multiple times with no result. He then said it was a broken plastic part and that he had fixed it. This time it blew cold for less than 30 minutes. We returned for a third time again experiencing the same runaround. After several days he told us to leave the car saying that it would be ready that afternoon. Mr. Dunham never even touched the car and when we attempted to retrieve our car, he stopped answering the phone and locked up the shop preventing us from having the use of the car. This is our only vehicle and we could not do without a car. My husband made three attempts to retrieve the car, making it necessary for us to rent a vehicle (costing approximately $130.00). On Monday we went into Mr. Dunham���s shop to retrieve our car so that we could take it somewhere else to be repaired. He had the car on the lift and told us it was just a hose that needed to be repaired. We told him we did not want him to do any more work on the car and we insisted on a full refund of $1000.00. After a lengthy discussion he agreed to refund our money and worked out a payment schedule. We took the car to a different shop and was told that it looked like someone tried to repair the clutch in the compressor (couldn���t say if it was actually replaced) and that it had caused metal shavings to enter the air conditioning system. The new mechanic said he had never seen a compressor leak so bad and that he couldn���t even put oil in it without it immediately spurting out the side. He also said there was no worn out hose. It cost us $1450.00 for the new mechanic to repair the system. Mr. Dunham did initially make the agreed upon payments but is now refusing to complete the last payment of $200.00. We have consulted a lawyer who has stated that we could sue him for three times the amount of our loss but we prefer not to take it to court at this time. We will if we have to. Initial payment - $1000 Payment to Brakes Plus - $1450 Car Rental - $130. Received from Mr. Dunham - $800 Our current loss - $780.00

    Great. Our company vehicle had to have the front windshield with replaced. We got the factory equivalent acoustic glass at a very reasonable cost. It looked exactly the same. We had the same vehicle broken into a few weeks later and were able to get a back windshield replaced at low cost. I was so impressed with the service and price, I just called them back again. The service was excellent.

    When I bought the vehicle, they gave me 6 free oil changes. So I use them until that runs out. They have good prices. They were friendly and responsive when I needed something. They vehicle I bought was suppose to have rear seating and they didn't have it. It took them about a month to find it but they finally got me my rear seating. They got everything they promised me. I don't have any problems with them at all.

    I was very happy with the price that I got. On responsiveness, very good; they called us back any time we called them, and so forth. They were very cooperative as far as taking the vehicle and making sure everything was the way we wanted it, and so forth.

    They're quick and I've always gone to them. I've probably gone to them for 10 years now. We've been with them so long, they know who we are when we go in. You just pull up. You don't have to do any schedule.

    We use Firestone because it's nearby, but I don't know if I would recommend them. Sometimes I feel like they say we need services that we don't need. They were just very typical, I don't love them. I have been using them just because of convenience.

    I drive a Lexus and they are Lexus specialists. All their mechanics come from Lexus dealerships, so they know what they are doing and I think they’re awesome. Price - They are better than the dealership.

    For the oil change you go in and it’s a nice waiting room. You spend like an hour and they offer you water, it’s a nice place and it’s like it is going to see you brother. I was told by the dealership that I needed some extensive work done and I always take it to Christian Brothers even if it under warranty at the dealership and they have pointed out to me what was not needed to be done even though the dealership said it needed to be done.

    United Freight transported two corvettes from Dallas to Sioux Falls SD. They transported a 2015 Camaro from Sioux Falls back to Dallas. They showed up before the expected shipping date. Professionally loaded the cars making sure to not damage them. I was initially about apprehensive using a shipping company that I had no knowledge of. Based on what I was told by Eli I decided to use them. I am glad I did because this entire shipping gig went off without a hitch. Will definitely use them in the future. Thanks Eli!
