Started out great.  Salesman was great, said "If there is anything you need, here are my numbers". Had it scheduled and they called me and said they could do it earlier, end of August.  I was so excited.  I used the shower for the first time and discover that the shower door stops have been put on backwards.  I also noticed that the plate behind the water lever was farther from the wall at the top than the bottom and there was a black line where the rubber was showing at the top.  The installer had gone on vacation so the project manager comes to fix the door stops and look at the problem with the plate.  He says it's supposed to be that way but he will run some with caulk over it so it's not noticeable.  Within a week I'm in the shower and there is a 'pop' sound and the floor of the shower drop, begins to sag and the drain cover pops up sideways.  I call the salesman and leave a message but do not hear back.  I call the store back and another man is sent to take a look.  He says he's not sure what happened but he thinks he knows how to fix.  The day after the fix I try the shower again and still the same.  So I call and talk to the project manager.  He says they will have to order another shower pan, it must be defective,  and it should be there the end of 'next week'.  I'm asked if I would accept having the shower pan cut out and replace rather than the whole shower taken out and put back together.  I say, OK but I would like to have an additional shower bar installed.  Two weeks I do not hear back so I call the project manager and he says it wasn't on the truck, it should be here the end of the week.  This goes on for a bit longer and I finally get a call that it is in and they can install Friday or Monday (11/6 or 11/9).  I ask if it will be a one day install and he says yes so I say Friday is good.  Around this time the salesman calls to see how things are going, I give him the story so far.  He says if there are any other issues to give him a call.  I get a call on the Wednesday before that it will have to be Monday.  OK.  Monday comes and no one shows up.  The installer calls and says 'I need to set up a day to come and replace the shower pan'.  Of course, I say no, you are supposed to be here today.  He doesn't know anything about that so it's set up for the next Monday, 11/16.  I call the salesman, leave a message but do not get a return call.  They arrive and get started.  Their radio gets cranked up and they have to yell over the sound in order to communicate.  I ask to have it turned down, it is somewhat.  Mid-day I'm told that something has to sit over night to harden and they will be back the next day (guess I'm happy they didn't come on that original Friday).  Finally it's finished, additional grab bar installed along with a sealant to make the floor less slippery and some calking added over areas where the seams are not fully covered.  Next day I go to use the shower and see that there are black streaks around the shower door (it had to be removed and reinstalled) so I'm cleaning the shower before I can enjoy.  I know some of this is minor but one thing after another begins building up and becomes irritating.  I am not confident that there will not be other problems in the future.  I really feel like once they had the money I became a nuisance.  I have other improvements to my home I want done in the future, I will not be calling them.

Steve responded quickly to my initial contact and set up a date to perform the work.  He called before he came to let me know that he was on his way.  He arrived on time and was very professional.  I am very pleased with the quality of the work and plan to schedule another day in the future to work on additional items.

I requested a quote to replace a patio door and screens for most of my windows.  He gave me a quote on the door that was much higher than other quotes I got.  He also quoted $10 to $15 per screen so I asked him to go ahead and do the screens.  After he looked at the screens, he said he could just re-screen 3 of them and would need to replace 4 of them.  His quote then doubled from what he first told me, probably because I hired someone else to replace the door, but I went ahead and had him do the screens anyway.  One of the 4 screens he made was too small.  There was about a 1/4" gap on both sides of the screen. When I called him after I noticed it, he said it probably just needed to be slid over.  I told him I could slide it over but then there would be a 1/2" gap on one side. He said he would come  out & look at it, but he never did.  My screens are spring loaded but the ones he made are not and he caulked them in.  A friend of mine noticed that and said it was very unprofessional for a contractor to do this.  At this point, I am quite ok that he never came back!

August, 2014 - I just read the provider response and if I hadn't already dealt with him, I would be stunned at his rudeness and how he is making stuff up as he goes.  His response says more about his business than I ever could.  I'll let those who read it decide for themselves.  Buyer Beware is the word on this one!

They did a really good job installing it. It does need some adjustments, which they will be doing for free, and they did the job very professionally.
