FGarrard Complete Home RepairRobbed, flat out. Took me for supplies, came back with partial (old crap) and then never showed, after weeks of excuses. Wife, supposedly, and himself. Look this guy up, he just robs people and seemingly gets away with it. Also seems to do shoddy work. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Willing to rip off older people as well. Is he still in the area? Probably moved on to newer hunting grounds.- Valerie C.

AProdigy RoofingThe job was supposed to be a simple roof repair. They had done work for us previously and we were extremely impressed with their professional service and attitude, and courteous behavior. Chris came out to take a look at the area of concern and gave me an estimate for the work, which was very reasonable. We set a date for the work and they arrived first thing in the morning and got to work. Once they started removing the siding they found the water damage to several sections of OSB sheeting, and discovered rotten wood around and under the door. There was also damage to the sheet rock on the interior side of the wall with the water damage. Chris was careful to point out all the damaged areas and advise us what needed to be done. I was thinking I was going to have to call another contractor to deal with this, but Chris said he could fix everything for us. Fortunately for us the studs were just wet and hadn't softened at all, so they set-up a large fan to dry it out, which took until the next day. They had to remove and replace a section of wood under the door which was accessible only from the crawlspace, but when they were done all the rotten wood was gone. They replaced the rotten door, fixed the issue with sheet rock (even painted it after they were done), and put the siding back so that you would never know it had been removed. I would call them again if we ever have another roof issue, knowing that they can also handle repairs to the structure beneath the roof as well. Finally, they removed all the debris (and there was a lot of it) and cleaned the siding so no one would ever know they were there. If you ever need repairs to your roof I urge you to give Chris a call. You won't regret it.- Patricia T.

AGutter FabricatorsGreat. Got it done in a day. Seemed pricey but this is my first home and I've never had to spend money on home repairs. Also, owner allowed payments and that was nice. Just wanted to pay someone to come take care of it and do it right and they did. House looks great. Checked up on it after some rain to make sure everything was working as expected. ASWEET SUCCESS CONTRACTORSIn the midst of an incredibly stressful time for our family, Sweet Success was beyond helpful. We were prepping our parents' house for sale after our dad died and mother moved into assisted living. We wanted the house to look as new as possible for sale, and it needed some work to get it there. The owner of Sweet Success was incredibly understanding of our needs and did his utmost to accommodate us. He and his 2-person crew completed all the work - no parade of different folks - as the 3-4-week job was completed. The house looked GREAT when the job was done and it sold in a month at an excellent price. It's taken us awhile to get this review done, not for any dissatisfaction, just never getting around to it in the midst of everything else that has gone on between then and now. None of us live in the area, but we would certainly call on Sweet Success again if we did. We highly recommend them to anyone in their service area!- Ann K.

AExcellent. They came out right away, were prompt, and worked into the night, in the cold and snow, so I could have water that day, even though I was prepared to wait. They thoroughly checked everything inside as well and took care of some other problems that were caused by debris that had settled in the pipes and the old holding tank. I am an elderly widow in rural Tennessee where it is hard to get anyone to come out to do anything, and Lee Company was a Godsend. They told me I was "their only customer right now." I did not realize their company was equipped to do so much. I will use them again.
