Southern Paws Pet Sitting/Daily Dog Walking
Kathy and her team are amazing. There are not enough superlative words to express the unbelievable job this company does. My dogs are like my children, and I do not feel good leaving their care to just anyone. From the first day, Kathy and her team have been nothing but exemplary. They are efficient, punctual, and have the necessary dog/people skills that my dogs are entitled to and deserve. Their follow through on each appointment is amazing via their wonderful text messages sent right to your phone. They give me such peace of mind that my dogs are being taken care of when I am at work. I have also used their service for when I went out of town and it is just as amazing as their daily walking service is and the great thing about that is my dogs get to stay in their home environment and get amazing care while I am away. I cannot say enough good things about this company and Kathy and her team. They are truly canine stars.

    Horseshoe Country Kennels Inc
This is a wonderful Kennel!!!! We had family members recommend this kennel. They all raved about how awesome it is and I muse agree!!!! It was our first time boarding our dog, so we were pretty nervous. They took such amazing care of our sweet baby!!! I couldn't be more pleased! We will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them!!!!

    Fun Paw Care
Unbelievably well. I thought there was no chance of helping my dog Bubba and Russell showed us that wasn't true. I am forever grateful for his help!

    Robert Sleigh's Animal Issues
The person that showed up was knowledgable, no question. However, service was very expensive. The animal issue could have been resolved on the spot but instead, traps were set. Nothing was caught, however. Nonetheless, I ended up paying for everything. Way over priced.

It went very well. Adam is a great guy and did a great job both with the install and the training session.

    Pet Pride Pet Sitters TN
Excellent! James and Sheena go above and beyond to help their customers. Although we didn't require the following services, they would have done laundry and bought a few groceries. They are gems.

I’m very disappointed in my vet. Dr Lane has been our vet since we moved to Murfreesboro, 4 years ago. He helped us through the death of our aging dog. Naturally, when we got our new dog three years ago, I wanted him to be Ozzy’s doctor. This morning my dog was acting weird, every time he got up, moved or repositioned himself, he would snag his nails on furniture, rugs, etc. He would literally cry out in pain. I was very concerned so I called the vet office and explained what was happening and could they help me by cutting his nails. They checked their records and told me they could not help because I would need to come in and see a doctor. I was told I needed to re-registrar his rabies shot. I told them he had a three year rabies shot and it doesn’t expire for at least another year. They told me that didn’t matter, he didn’t need another shot, he just needed to be seen and re-registered. This is very odd to me since he was in their office this year getting tested for heart worms in order to get his pills. Why wasn’t it an issue at this point? Why you ask? Because I was paying!!! This was 100 percent a money grab. They wanted me to come in and pay for an office visit. I even asked them if they would make an exception today to help me, if I made an app 2 weeks from now when doctors were available. They declined. They even mocked me on the phone when I was trying to make them realize the seriousness of his issue. I reached out to Pet Smart in Murfreesboro and they were also booked, however, when I explained the situation, they told me bring him in now and they would help. From our conversation, they realized my dog was in distress and not acting immediately, could result in him pulling a nail out, which would be extremely painful. I thank them so much for their quick action in helping my dog. I will be searching for another Vet, one that takes my dogs care serious.

I am resubmitting my post about Dr Walthrop to make sure that his lack of knowledge is not forgotten. There are TWO posts on here where he missed cancer. There are many praises of how he treats your cat family but you have to remember so would a kind child. I guess I should say he is improving or rather his staff is because when my Baxter (once in a lifetime cat) had died, he didn’t even bother to call me. His staff said I was just angry. Maybe I was. Bax has been gone awhile now and i still feel so horrible I took him here. Get shots from him, teeth cleaning but when you really need an expert, he has no knowledge of what to do. I took him to the emergency vet and although Bax had been there less than a week before to Nashville Cat misdiagnosed again, they knew in less than an hour. He was too far gone because they had made him also diabetic through NCC misdiagnosis. Cancer kills. I get that. Nothing might have been able to be done. I get that too. I am writing because for weeks and weeks, I asked if it could be cancer. No no and no he said. I spent very close if not over $1,000 dollars to have my cat become diabetic through the medication he gave. All the tests possible except the one that mattered. I haven’t forgotten. I would have spent every dime I had for Bax. I won’t ever have a cat like that again. I love my cats I have because they too have their personality. He was just one in a million and I let him down for taking him here. My review got lost and I am bringing it back in honor of your cat and Bax. I am not angry anymore at anyone but myself. I am writing so you don’t make the same mistake.
