Keefe Plumbing & Heating Company Inc
Minor Repairs to 3 Toilets: The plumbing staff are polite and professional. That is where the good stops with Keefe Plumbing. My bill was $356.80. I had cash, but the plumbers did not have change. I offered them $300 cash and for them to bill me for $56.80. They would not bill me. She said I could pay by credit card, but the plumbing staff was able to to that either. I ended up having to drive 30 miles one way to take them my $356.80 payment. While I can attest to the complete professionalism of the 2 plumbers that completed my repairs, I will absolutely never hire Keefe Plumbing again because of the poor customer service of the office staff.

    FRIAR'S SEPTIC
Everything went great. A slight wait because of so many customers already scheduled, but they were here when they said they would be. Although it seemed a little pricey for the concrete cutting at first, when you consider equipment and consumables (diamond cut wheel) and the extra time and work involved, it probably was reasonable. Honestly, it would be more cost effective for them to just pass up this job and moved on to the next customer. But, they handled it very well. Their truck and equipment was clean and new looking, very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to call them again. The price for pumping the tank was less than I expected, and less than another company charged at another address years ago.

I love that i can trust them enough to send them with no one at home. They went in and took care of my water heater problem and called to let me know it was fixed. They repaired it without trying to sell me a new one, which is huge to me! Chris and Mike are GREAT!! I always recommend Keefe Plumbing for everyones plumbing needs!

    Harvey's Plumbing
I feel the cost is very reasonably. They are very good. He performed the work very well and he didn’t do more than he needed to do. So, he kept the cost reasonable and he did a good job. The workers were very nice, friendly, cordial and very concerning about our home, not to damage it or do anything like that.

I had a Toilet in my Foryer bathroom that had been stopped up for some time, which then started to cause my kitchen sink to stop up. I had contacted my home warranty company and they sent out another company who wanted to bust up my concrete and repipe it. I decided to call Keefe Plumbing and pay for it myself. We had just refinished our hard wood floors 2 weeks prior. When the men came in they immediately put down blankets off of their truck under their Sewer Equipment so they wouldnt mess up my floors. The men were very professional and informational. They explained everything in detail and answered any questions we had. The price was great with fast friendly service.

They had to tear up the floor, because the could not get under the crawlspace. It was easy to call and schedule. The guy that came out was very nice. He came out right away, fixed the problem, and then left. This was my first time using this company.

The guys were very good and professional.  They are like most construction workers they never really start early but they got the job done.  We like working with this group of guys and have already lined up some other rehab work for them.

Our toilets began overflowing on 2/6/2016. We made out 1st contact with a plumber who stated he would be out to our house between 3-4pm. We received a call at 6pm that his current job was running late and could come out Sunday. We decided to have them come out Monday. This plumber indicated he would let "the office" know so it could be scheduled. By Monday at noon I still didn't hear from anyone. I called them and was informed they couldn't come out Monday, so an appointment was scheduled for Tuesday at 2pm. I received a call Tuesday from Mark who stated because of the potential of snow, the appointment may be canceled and he would let me know by noon. At 1pm, I called them because I hadn't heard anything. I was then told the appointment was being pushed back to 4pm. This was helpful, because I was leaving work early to meet the plumber. Unfortunately the plumber never showed Tuesday at all and I never received a call explaining why. On Wednesday at 8:30am I called the office and left a voicemail regarding the no-show. By 10am, I still hadn't received a return call, so I called the office and spoke to Mark, again. He wasn't aware that we never received service on Tuesday afternoon. I was requesting service for Wednesday because the toilets were still backing up. Mark stated he would call someone and get me an answer in a few minutes about when they would be out. By 11:30am, I still hadn't received a return call from Mark. I called South East once again and spoke to Mark. He again promised to call me back with an appointment time and once again, I never heard from Mark. I then called Scenic City Plumbing for service, received a prompt appointment and wonderful service.

    Scenic City Plumbing
Very professional service. Inspected the function of our septic which appeared to be working fine. Then he checked each of our four toilets and it was found that 3 were older models with various problems with internal workings. Recommended that we purchase new toilets. He provided us companies and brands that were better quality. I was impressed that although I gave him permission to use a camera ( an additional cost) in our drains to identify the problem, he didn't - because he didn't need it. That spoke of integrity. Randy Ewald was the plumber who helped us and he was professional and kind and thorough. I also appreciated the shoe coverings.

Andrew and Company are very good people. Friendly and informative, willing to discuss in detail what the best options are. The work was quality and the employees pleasant to have around the work site. If I have any future project I will have no issue using this company.
