    Mr. Thomas came to our home for mold inspection in a closet that we thought was reoccurring.  He and his associate arrived on time and were very cordial.  He examined the area in which we thought there was new mold.  He said the moldy area did not contain live mold and gave instructions for using a product to prime the area for painting.  He also looked at some areas of concern in the basement. He was very knowledgeable and spent some time in educating me about different types of mold and prevention in our home by keeping air flowing.  He did not charge us for the diagnostic visit.  I appreciate his time and the piece of mind that he gave me with his expert advice.

    Initial contact took a couple of weeks after purchase. When I was finally able to get in touch with them, they tried to talk me in to an additional purchase of more insulation. This insulation was purchased for my daughters small house and this was all she wanted. I gave him her contact info to schedule the installation of the insulation. Several weeks went by and no calls from this company. I told my daughter to call them. She did and they said they would get back to her to schedule. Several more weeks went by and still no calls. She called again and again got a very vague "when we are in the area" answer. After another call a date was set, but the scheduler gave her the date of Tuesday December 10. She didn't think about it at the time, but Tuesday was December 9. So she wasn't sure if they were coming Tuesday or Wednesday. She was already off on Tuesday, so,other than trying again to get in touch with them, she decided to just take off Wednesday from work, so she would be there when ever they decided to show up. Her time frame was "sometime after lunch". By Wednesday at 2:00, no one had contacted her to give her an ETA and she needed to get somethings done. So I told her to call again. She did and was told that they were "in traffic" and not sure when they would be there. I immediately called the company and cancelled the visit and requested a refund as we were into 3 months of "run around" from this company and into cool weather, which was why she wanted the extra insulation to begin with. I got the rep's voice mail. Shortly after this, they pulled in my daughters drive way, walked to the door, did not knock, call or attempt to make any efforts to let her know they were there. They got back in the truck and left. She then got a call from the rep and said they were going to reschedule. I then got a call from the rep saying he "noticed I missed a call from you" and insinuated he had not even checked the message I left for the cancellation and request for refund. 

    I think my daughter and I have wasted enough time and energy on this company. I will again be trying to get a refund and caution any one from purchasing anything from them.

    The whole realm of radon being a problem in a home was completely new to us and, when we learned more later, we found realized the job  this company did was about as poorly done as possible.  They should have installed an outlet just for the system and dedicated a breaker to the system alone to prevent another household system from tripping the breaker and stopping the radon removal fan.  Instead, they plugged it into an existing outlet which we needed for other purposes and tied it into a breaker already in use.  The exhaust pipe on the outside of the house should have been installed at least 10 feet away from any window and at least 2 feet above the level of the roof to prevent any radon seepage back into the house but the representative failed to mention any of this.  (Perhaps he didn't know, or perhaps he couldn't have cared less.)   When we contacted the company, they told us to write them a detailed letter about the issues we had and to take pictures of everything to document what we were talking about.  When we sent the letter and the pictures, they told us everything had been done "to code" and totally ignored us after that.  They did not try to remedy anything they had done.

    I cannot recommend this company and would warn others against using them.
