  Everything went as planned. Even though it was toward the end of November that all the orders were placed, I was told the room would be completed before Christmas. And it was! The two installers, Jeff and Darryl were amazing. They were always on time, very professional and extremely courteous. They left no stone unturned, always cleaned up before they left and returned after the installation to make sure even the small things were completed to my satisfaction. The electrician and carpet installer were also on time, courteous and went straight to getting their parts done in record time.
  The quality of my room is unsurpassed. The windows and doors glide with one touch of a finger. The glass is amazing and the "room" is so warm! I have to say something about Cathy, Jennifer, Rick and Rick, They are amazing and run such a wonderful business. Cathy is a true angel, so kind and wants to make sure all her customers are happy. She, like all at Champion, goes that extra mile. My salesman Rick, answered all of my questions and helped me with financing that went above and beyond the call of duty. Rick (project manager) was helpful and followed up to make sure everything was going well.
  I can't say enough about Champion.It was a great experience from the very beginning to the very end. I will certainly be recommending them to my friends and family. When everyone sees my sunroom, I know everyone is going to want to have one too.

  1st Class Flooring

  • Tony was very professional and courteous. He always showed up on time, was very clear in his explanation of the process and how long it would take. He charged exactly what he said he would, and finished the project in the amount of time orignially described (2 days). It is rare these days to find someone who will show up and do the job right, and Tony was a welcome exception. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking to have hardwood flooring installed or refinished. A+

  Magic Carpets

  I called Magic Carpets to see about getting the carpet for an upstairs bonus room re-stretched. Roger (owner) was very helpful over the phone and indicated they performed the service and could probably get to me within a week. In less than 2 days I received a phone call from the installer (Cliff) who happened to be in the Soddy Daisy area. After providing him directions, he was standing at my front door within 20 minutes.
  Cliff came with all the necessary equipment. We went upstairs to the bonus room and some furniture had to be moved. I helped him with that. The carpet was re-stretched using a power stretcher and all excess carpet trimmed away. The job took roughly an hour to complete and I took care of cleaning up (vacuuming) and moving the furniture back.
  The carpet looked great with all the ripples removed. Cliff was extremely courteous and took the time to answer all my questions.
  What I liked most was the job was done right using the right equipment (i.e., power stretcher). There were no shortcuts using just a knee kick. Overall, job well done. Pro's - responsive, knowledgeable, and very professional. Con's - cost was higher than expected and installer didn't use shoe covers in the home.
  After calling numerous other carpet installers, Magic Carpets was the only provider that promptly responded to my request, didn't give me the runaround, and delivered what they said they would do. I highly recommend their services.

  1st Class Flooring

  Great to work with.  Did what they said they would do. Job took a bit longer because they were minus one worker for the first few days, but they went the extra mile to make up for it.  Cleaned up and removed all debris. Would use again without hesitation.

  Wilkerson Tile

  We had already purchased the tile for one of the bathrooms and the Wilkerson installed it for us even though not purchased from them.  The bathroom with the complete show overall was done is about 3 days.  Their coordination with the sub-contractors they used for electrical, plumbing, and shower door installation kept the project moving with no delays. The tile installers were very good about keeping things cleaned up every day.  They always let us know what time they would be back the next day.  Very pleased with the workmanship.
