FKnox Handyman THorrible. Came in with a $130 part we didn't need for our water heater, admitted he didn't know what he was doing, and didn't even check to see if it was getting power before he started tearing it apart. We sent him on his way before he done more damage. We got someone else in to look at it and all that needed to be done was to hit the reset button. $200+ wasted. Highly disappointed in the service and Angie's List. First time using this service and THE LAST!- Scottie H.

FParamont Construction & Design, LLCThe Contractor, James Christopher, was rude, belligerent and aggressively violent. We paid our money to him for materials and labor and he never paid the Subs so we now have liens on our home for unpaid work. We had to finish the house ourselves depleting our savings that we had saved for our retirement. He is a crook and a habitual liar. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND JAMES CHRISTOPHER!- Ron H.

AFiorio Building CompanyAnthony had to completely redo a botched job that was done the previous year by another contractor. This included tearing down the walls, excavating excess soil, planned and executed the new wall system and actually did more work than anticipated. AInitially I called The Ready Family for a quote but had to leave a message. I received a call back quickly and first spoke to Adrianna then Leanna. Josh Young was the person to give us a quote. Josh came out and did measurements and gave us a quote. We didn't go with them because the quote came back a little higher than we were willing to pay; but all persons involved were very responsive, professional and kind.

AViorel was very professional through out the quoting process. He made sure to work around our schedule and was always on time. During the work day my wife, newborn son, and I left for the day to avoid the excess commotion. Upon finding rotten boards he immediately called to let me know the situation and that he was going to do it right, but it may come out more than expected. I really appreciated his promptness in communicating with me and making sure the job was done correctly as replacing a roof is not something to cut corners on. As soon as they were done he called to let me know they were finished. Upon arrival I was very surprised on how well his team cleaned up and left my property exactly the way it was. If I need a roof again in the future (hopefully not for quite some time) I will definitely be contacting Viorel and his crew.

AThe process, once our homeowners insurance claim was completed, went very well. We love how our new roof looks. So far no problems after approximately six weeks since replacing. As careful the roofers were on keeping the roofing nails off our property, we still found a few laying around. Using a magnetic tool to pick up aluminum nails is useless. Their product selection is terrific as well as their pricing.
