AMorgan Drywall & PaintingDavid showed up on scheduled time to provide detailed estimate (in writing) including materials. He was able to work within a few days of project turn on. David arrived on scheduled time and went over the contract to make sure the work estimated was what was being planned. He prepared the room for popcorn removal by placing plastic on all the floors and walls. He cleaned up after himself each day. He worked by himself. He was friendly and courteous. He was nice to my barking dogs. He communicated effectively when he was running late (e.g. when he had a flat tire). He used quality paint and materials. He is skilled at his job (over 35 years in the business). He is a veteran. He is conscientious and pays attention to detail. He provided me with ideas on the rest of my project (installing faux beams). He did a terrific job on my house. He made sure I was happy with the job overall. AFLOORS BY WAYNEHad Wayne and his crew come in and do an ~800 sq ft flooring project in November. They also painted all walls and installed new base boards in these rooms. Wayne ended up redoing a lot of the painting because of a significant rush to try and get the project completed before Thanksgiving. Wayne’s goal is to ensure you are happy at the end of the project and he absolutely did that for us. We are very pleased with the end result and will hire Wayne for some upcoming projects we have.- Bryan H.

AA Family Affair Drywall & Painting CompanyI had an excellent experience with Brian and Faith at A Family Affair Painting and Drywall Company. I first had them paint my new house (1600 sq. ft) after they quoted a very reasonable rate compared to the other painters I interviewed. Brian did beautiful and efficient painting work. I was so pleased with how that turned out that I decided to have them do a full repaint of my old house (walls and trim, 1400 sq ft.) They were also able to quote me for some trim repair and ceiling repair. Throughout the process I came up with a dozen other small additions: exterior pressure washing, painting exterior doors, painting mirrors and ceilings, fixing loose tiles, etc. Family Affair was incredibly flexible and willing to add in these extras at fair prices. Their willingness to deal with an extra 50 emails and questions from me saved me from having to find other contractors and made my project better and faster. I will absolutely use them again in the future.- James L.

AExcellent service. Anthony was on time to do the estimate, his price was more than reasonable compared to other quotes. He and his crew showed up on time, or would text if there were any changes. Always kept me appraised of the status as he worked in my projects between other jobs so it was done quickly. The shutters needed quite a lot of repair. When rehanging them, he noticed a small defect on one and said it wasn't up to his standards so he took it back to the shop to redo it. I was amazed someone took that much care. Would definitely use again.

AFantastic! Andy Gullion and his team are the best in the business! I cannot imagine working with a better group of professionals. From the initial design phase through demolition, rebuild and final touchups, we were always very impressed with the excellent work, courteous interactions, cleanliness of the project, timeliness, and consideration of our special needs and schedules. They continually went the extra mile to ensure we were completely satisfied and they always exceeded our expectations. There were some problems with the stone used in one of the bathroom shower shelves (not their fault) and when I mentioned it casually during the kitchen remodel three years later they completely replaced that at no charge! I would recommend them highly for any new build or remodel!

APro Building handled my niece's insurance claim. She had severe water damage to her house from a HVAC unit malfunction. I referred them to Pro Building because they did work for me before and did a great job for me. Pro Building and their exceptional team came in and not only dried out the property but also moved them out and put them into temporary housing (billed the carrier-not my niece). They took care of everything with the carrier and were able to get everything paid for with them only owing their deductible ($1,000). When I tell you this house turned out incredible, I mean it! They did such a great job! They went above and beyond to help in every way! 10/10 would refer them to anyone needing any kind of insurance claim!

AWonderful. Chico picked up the floor at the store and delivered to our home. He had a large crew and installation was very quick and efficient. Quality is wonderful and crew cleaned up every evening. Stair risers and quarter round was painted prior to installation. Stair trends were stained prior to installation and 2 coats of poly were completed in place. Communication as to status details of job was helpful. After the job was completed we had 6 boxes of flooring left over. Chico returned the boxes to the store and brought me back the refund receipt. I would hire this company again. In fact, we requested a quote to paint the interior of our house now that the flooring is place. And I recommended this company to my sister for her flooring installation! I really can't say enough good things about how easy Chico and his team were to work with.

AI had called 4 roofing companies and got none of my calls returned. I hired a contractor finally. After waiting 6 months on the contractor I hired who kept putting me off a friend called 1stop for me. They were out at the exact time they said they would be. The estimate was a few 100 dollars more than my previous estimate but after waiting 6 months I didn’t care. One guy came out to do the job which took 2 days. That was the quietest worker and he cleaned up the work area very well even putting a tarp down to collect debris. I would hire this company again. Work was good, cost very reasonable,
