The completion of the roof went great. Could not be more pleased with outcome. The work crew was diligent in completing the work. Of course there were the expected breaks because it was extremely humid and hot the day the work was done. They were punctual in the day the work was to start and they finished the job the same day it was started, as promised. One feature that I really like that Professional Roofers, Inc. uses is the Ridge Vents. I really like that the ridge formed with shingle blends into the roof, instead of all the vinyl vents showing up all over the roof. Highly recommend Professional Roofers, Inc.

I wouldn't hire Rick to build my dog a house. I hired him to do some concrete work for my garage and was told that i would take a week. After Some rain delays he finally got the footers installed in about two weeks and was suppose to come back the next day and didnt called for the next week and he never showed up to work and stopped answer my calls. Look like I will have to sue him to even get my money back. DO NOT HIRE RICK BAKER you will regret it.

We have been building a house with only 2 men and its been slow going (with just 2 men). We hired this contractor to finish the drywall and at first thought they did a decent job, although we did notice some work that wasnt satisfactory. But it wasnt until we painted the house interior which we are still doing, that we have found that they did a lousy job overall! Mainly the sanding they did was awful since there are rough spots and nail dimples showing thru the paint around the entire house. Very disappointed and would never hire them again!

After purchasing our new home, my husband and I contacted Nash Painting to inquire about interior painting services. Bill came out to inspect our home and to provide a quote. He was very friendly and informative. Although the price was higher than expected, we decided to go with Nash Painting because the quality of the paint job was very important to us. Several previous reviews suggested the company performs quality work, and we were not disappointed. The crew finished during the expected timeline, and the paint job looked great. Although we had to have the crew leader come back out to touch up a few minor imperfections, we were very pleased with the overall result. The office manager, Linda, is very helpful and I didn't have any issues with contacting the office or receiving a call back when needed.

No one should EVER do business with Staci Ivasic or her now maiden name Staci McClellen. Iva Designs is a scam. I have this woman 40 thousand dollars to furnish and decorate my condominium. She will not return my phone calls I have received not one single item that I oredered. Her reviews on Houzz look great when you have all your friends post wonderful experiences and give her a glowing 5 stars across the board. Look a little deeper I wish I did. In 2015 people got screwed just like I did. She just did a wonderful job of "friends" covering up her dirty work since. Buyer should not beware, buyer should run like **** away from this woman! I'm suing her for the return of my money or either the furniture I was promised and I have a signed purcase order from her, as well as my cancelled checks as evidence. It will be public record soon in Nashville Davidson county courts. Look it up! No one ever do business with her, period.

It was a nightmare from the beginning till the end. Was told they would wrap every thing in plastic which they did not. They left an inch - inch and half of old stain around the fireplace, kitchen island and under the counters and put finish on floors before completely stripping all the old stain off our floors. My white door frames were also left with the dark stain around the outside. They restripped the floors (3) more times and still could not get the floors correct. They were in my home for 3 weeks and we had to stay in a hotel with our dog. Contractor had to replace them with another company. I have never left a negative remark about a professional before but please don't put yourself through what we endured. Three weeks of sanding was another nightmare to remove.

Terry Pendergrass (Autumn Comfort heat & cooling 243 Industrial DR, Clarksville, TN 37040) was subcontracted by my builder (Pennington) to install two units to cover a 3 zone house.  Installation occurred in Spring of 2010.  Contracted for one unit to cover upstairs and the second unit (with zone control) to cover basement and main floor.  Problems ordered from least to worst:

    1.  Installation was substandard from the start.  They had forgotten to bring the factory "feet" to support the HVACs so they just grabbed bricks from the yard (and were upset that I found that unsatisfactory).  Insulation around the lines outside the home looked like it was done by a 5 year old.  Drainage line was poorly installed and had to be extended so as not to drain on the house.

    2.  A leak occurred due to a carpenter's nail and rather than diagnose the problem and fix it correctly, they just kept adding coolant... resulting in multiple call-backs.

    3.  I later found out with these numerous problems that they didn't even bother to install all the bolts in HVAC covers.  Nor were the HVACs properly sealed (numerous air leaks).

    4.  I later found out that they didn't submit the paperwork for the warranty in the required timeframe resulting in 5 years parts instead of 10 years.  If past trends are indicative of future, that is going to cost me a substantial amount of money.

    5.  I saved THE WORST issue for last.  I later found that the zone control did not function properly because it wasn't installed properly (and some parts were not even installed at all).  There are two independent thermostats (basement and main floor) acting on the downstairs HVAC (two zones).  I couldn't understand why the basement was freezing in the summer and the main level was a furnace in the winter.  It turns out that if the basement thermostat demanded air, half of the vents in the main level would get supplied (faulty zone installation).  If the main floor thermostat demanded air, ALL of the vents in the basement would get supplied (faulty zone installation).  I had numerous air conditioning repair techs out to the home and all have said two things: 1) the ducting was installed incorrectly and 2) there was no bypass system installed on the HVAC so the zone control could never work properly even if the ducting had been installed correctly.  The expense to fix all this would be SUBSTANTIAL (thousands of dollars due to having to tear apart the basement drywall to determine where the errors are located).

Initially, I placed calls directly to Terry.  He didn't like that and only wanted to speak to the builder.  Shortly after the issues kept popping up, he was no longer responding to the builder.

In short, this installer has no business being in business.

We paid for this service in the end of Oct/beginng of November and still have not had this service performed. I have sent several emails and messages to the company without a response. We are very dissatisfied with this service due to poor communication, poor scheduling. We will be looking for a refund.

They have been to my home 4 times over the last year. They have been easy to schedule an appointment with, they show up on time. My AC Unit is old and needs to be replaced in the near future. They have kept the unit running for me and have advised me what I needed to invest in at the minimum to keep it running. They have not tried to persuade me to pay for costly items when they know the unit will need to be replaced.

The technicians checked the septic pumps.  They were working, so the back-up was backed up, drain / pipe.  They needed to remove the toilet in order to fully clean it out.  They thoroughly cleaned up after their work.  I also signed up for regular servicing.
