    She is very good. She actually found out that my husband had cancer when two other MDs didn’t. She is very conscientious. If I have a problem, she makes sure she checks on it, or sends me where I need to be sent. My husband and I went for a wellness checkup this last time and I was fine, but she took blood work and called up the next day and told me to send my husband to another doctor, and that was when it all started. She is excellent.

    Recently I have used my primary doctor. He is with Summit Medical Group and his name is Dr. Ammar Razzak. I am on Medicate and I got a supplement so my cost was 0. The service was good. I sort of didn't like his attitude. It seems like he hates women. I probably wouldn't recommend him because of that attitude towards women. Pretty much that was the only downfall I have seen in that doctor. They haven't treated me for anything, takes my cholesterol and blood pressure and all. I have got it with my insurance so I don't see any part of the billing and administration.

    He seems to know his stuff. He is very responsive to questions. He seems to be very hands-on and caring. He wants copies of all reports so he can be apprised of the complete situation. It is the first time I've had a doctor do this. I had to see a podiatrist for pain in my knee and he wanted a copy of that report.

    Dr. Webber and his staff are a gift from God! I went to his office to seek treatment for breast cancer. I was extremely scared and anxious. They understood what needed to be done and how quickly I needed treatment. They ordered and arranged for all testing and surgery. Dr. Webber personally spoke with me throughout the process of getting to the day of surgery. He thoroughly explained my treatment options and gave me very educated advice. His staff also made me feel cared for. They are all so compassionate. On the day of surgery, Dr. Webber was kind and understanding about my being afraid. He has the most amazing bedside manner. Each time I visit his office, I know I made the right decision to have them do my cancer sugery. Thank you Dr. Webber and staff for your professionalism, knowledge, compassion and kindness!

    Doctor did an echocardiogram,stress test, and set up hospital appointment for a cardiac catherazation and called in Heart Surgeon to unblock a clogged stent and to place 2 more stents .He kept me overnight for observation. I was released the next morning and I am very pleased for the care I got.

    A nurse practioner serviced my appointment.  My toes and feet are problematic due to past paralysis.  My nails are very think and difficult to maintain.  I expected to be able to soften them by soaking  them in water before she began cutting.  But she clipped them dry and it hurt me.  This was an appointment scheduled by the Veterans Clinic so, I wasn't responsible for the bill.  I have not gone back or requested services for my feet from the VA since then.  Now, I'm looking for a professional will treat my hurting feet with compassion and care.

    Discussed options for facial care with wrinkle reduction, then had botox with juvederm injections done. Jill numbs the injection sites making the procedure having very little discomfort and well worth the fabulous results.

    I know that I am receiving good honest care from Dr. McWherter. I had seen him in the past and was very satisfied. Due to office change I ended up seeing another Sleep Doctor at a different clinic. The other doctor loved to pretend that she knew what she was doing, but it was obvious that she was only in it for as much money as she could get. Dr. McWherter confirmed tmy suspicion that she was trying to sell me services not needed, corrected the pressure on my machine, and got my therapy back on track. This is not the cheapest practice but in my opinion is one of the best.

    . After having the sleep studies, her review of them left me suspicious not only to the quality of the test, but to her interpretation.   I had another doctor look at the tests and he actually agreed with me.   She will tell you over and over again that she is the only doctor in Knoxville that does sleep related illnesses only.  She will sit there and tell you other doctors and clinics do not know what they are doing.  
    First, she set the pressure of my machine too low, in fact lower than it had ever been with other doctors.  She eventually raised it slightly, but not enough.   Again, she indicated that other clinics didn't know what they were doing.   I could tell that I was having episodes during the night of not breathing, and I was snoring with the machine on.    When I went back to another doctor they immediately had my pressure readjusted to where it belonged (bad interpretation or faulty results on test?)
    Second, because on the second night I fell asleep within 25 minutes she decided she needed to do a sleep latency test.  This involves one more night of sleep tests and one day of sleep tests.  When I told her that I had previously had a sleep latency test with no problems, she still convinced me that I probably needed it again.    Upon checking with another doctor he said that the fact that she had run the tests on two consecutive nights, one without the c-pap and one with) that she had actually set up a condition which could make me fall asleep quickly.  Also, he asked if she had run any other tests, or asked any questions to determine whether she needed to proceed with the tests.  She had not.  He determined that I probably, as the previous test had indicated did not have narcolepsy.   
    Third, they convinced me to use their supply company (again owned by Dr.. Barker) for supplies.   I had no problem with this as it would be convenient.   After waiting for two weeks for supplies,  I called asking where they were.  I did not receive a return call.  When I went in for the next appointment I found out that it was because I had a balance on my account.   I won't go into details here but it was a catch 22, because as soon as you paid one bill the insurance had paid another, and another balance would be left.   After about 6 weeks of fighting this nonsense  I talked to the person in charge of the billing that said that the person in charge of sending the equipment was confused and this was not correct.  She asked me to give them another chance.  Two weeks later I called and she was not in the office, but I asked her to call me back.   She never did,  but the next week I received supplies, and not everything was correct and it was not a three month supply as agreed to.    
    I would not recommend this sleep center to anyone.  The office is to poorly run, and the doctor is so infatuated with herself that she could not admit that maybe she made a mistake.   If she had looked closer to the test she would have noticed that there were other indications of error.

    Although this is only day one since my juvederm/botox injection, the results are already amazing and expected to be even better as each day passes. I now have a and quot;you look goodand quot; refreshed, rested look instead of the often accused and quot;get that scowl off your faceand quot; look, which is exactly the results I was aiming to achieve. Jill was absolutely fabulous as a professional with her compassionate, caring attitude. Her calming demeanor serves to relieve any anxiety for the unknown. The procedure was virtually painfree and what discomfort was felt lasted only seconds due to Jill's acute awareness at all times of her client's responses. I will definitely return to this office for any future enhancements I may desire to defy the aging effects.
