    Clarissa Mashchak MD,MPH
She also believes in alternative treatment if needed. She is not a drug pusher. I get physicals there because she is an OBGYN and I just take care of all of it all at once. I've been going to her for years.

My first visit was wonderful in July. The nurse was kind and sweet and Dr. Bracket was informative and listened well. My second visit was fine as well and I was diagnosed with SLE (systematic Lupus). I was given medication and made a followup appointment for October. I started back at the local community college in August and once I received the syllabus for each class, I saw a conflict with the appointment and an exam. I called to tell them that I needed to reschedule the appointment and when asked why, I told them the conflict. The lady was very rude and told me they could not see me until January. I took the first appointment they had. In December, my father in law suddenly passed away. My mother in law came to stay with us until January. I called to also cancel this appointment. I told them I would call back to make a new appointment once I knew when my company was leaving. I did this because she was going through a hard time and I did not want to leave her alone. A week after my mother in law left, I had a bad flare up of Lupus. I called to get an appointment and was told that they could not see me that day and to contact my primary care doctor. My primary care doctor told me to call Dr. Bracket, so each one pawned me off to the other. I called Dr. Bracket's office back and asked to speak with a nurse. I told her that I was in a ton of pain and felt like I had the flu and been hit by a truck, but I did NOT have the flu, but that is how a flare up made me feel. I also told her that my kidneys having spasms and were hurting terribly. After answering questions and telling her I had no runny nose, etc, she tells me I have the flu and will call me in some Tamiflu. I tell the nurse that I don't have the flu and don't want any Tamiflu. She gets mad and says to go to urgent care then and asked why I cancelled the January appointment. I tell her that my father in law passed away in December and I was with my grieving mother in law. She tells me that is no reason to cancel the appointment. I then hung up, very upset and crying by this point.  So, I went to urgent care, where I tested negative for the flu and any other sort of virus or sickness. I was diagnosed with a severe Lupus flare up with kidney involvement.
I am very upset with this office. When staff won't let you come in to see your doctor, especially when the doctor has said before that he wants to see you DURING a flare up to get the blood work at that time, and the staff refers you to urgent care, is just despicable. I will never use this doctor again and I suggest that if anyone actually does, they talk to the doctor if the staff and nurse treat them with disrespect.

It was very good. I guess I have been with him for about 5 or 6 years. He's just a wonderful doctor. He's very kind, professional and very sympathetic. I can usually get in quickly. The office and the staff are wonderful.

    Johnson Audiology Chattanooga
Dr. Wade explained to my husband and I she was going to give him a hearing test and we would see how great his hearing loss is, and then she would explain what could be done to help him.  We found out his hearing was really bad in one ear and the other ear was bad too.  She showed us and explained the different types of hearing aids.  We choose the one that would be best for him as he works in the yard and around the house.  Ordered the hearing aids.  Dr Johnson fitted the hearing aids for my husband and has continued to work with him setting up different programs so that he can get used to all the noises that people with normal hearing hear all the time.  In November, we plan to get the new IPhones which also will work with his hearing aids and enable him to easily change the different things with the hearing aids.

He continues to get more comfortable with his hearing aids and the doctors and office staff are always willing to work with him!

Very well. I've been going to this office for a little over 4 years and couldn't be happier with my hearing aids and the service I've always received. Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional. I've never felt like I was rushed thru my appointment time and they are usually very prompt in calling you back at the appointed time. I have seen both Megan Johnson and Courtney Guthrie and I recommend this practice to any of my friends that express an interest in hearing aids or the need to see an audiologist. Extremely satisfied with the overall experience.

    Spine Surgery Assoc
My husband has seen a spinal orthopedic surgeon who's excellent. He started seeing him about a year ago. One of the most striking things about him is how humble, down-to-earth and just how normal he is. He seems to be talented at what he does. He has an exceptional reputation in Chattanooga. He's just very well-known. Just to deal with him personally as well is nice. He has a great sense of humor. He's kind and caring. He's all those things that sometimes you just don't find in a surgeon. He's awesome.

Village Podiatry Centers - Ft. Oglethorpe
We visited the E. Brainerd Rd location, and Dr. Bello. They get an excellent rating for staff friendliness and bedside manner in how they treated my wife after she fainted (due to vasovagal syncope). Dr. Bello was patient, explained what he was going to do, and performed the procedure in a professional manner. My wife hasn't had any complaints with the nail on that toe since the procedure.
About the only complaint I had was the upsell from the nursing staff for a special post-op kit for an extra out-of-pocket cost. Certainly, some kind of post-op care is needed after a procedure like this, and, if nothing else, the kit did provide that. Would've preferred to know that going in, however.

    Chattanooga Heart Institute
He scheduled me for a nuclear treadmill, echocardiogram and heart CT Scan. He explained why I needed the CT scan which had never been discussed by any previous cardiologist I have had. He also scheduled me for complete blood work.
I was very impressed with the quality of care and also for the efficiency of the cardiology institute.

    Chattanooga Allergy Clinic
I see Dr. Perry a few times a year, and he's very nice. He sits down and answers any and all questions I have, and knows his stuff. I'm very grateful for him and would highly recommend him. The entire office is very nice and I've had great experiences here.

    Hyman Kaplan MD
Dr. Kaplan is a little abrupt sometimes but he is kind of funny at the same time, maybe he does that with the kids. My kids were allergic to hamburgers and everything and they individually got shots for it and finally they grew out f their allergy. It just takes some time. We would definitely use him again in the future.
