    We have used them since 2008. They are very professional and trustworthy. Once they did not even charge me for a small service they performed. They don't try to up-charge us for things we don't need. We would highly recommend them.

    I drive a performance car and changing the transmission fluid is a chore. Could have taken my car to a Chevy dealer and paid more $$$ than what I was charged at All Transmission Specialists. They did a great job, took very good care of the car and were competitively priced.
    My only concern would be for those who are allergic to tobacco smoke and have to wait in waiting area for their vehicle; but there is a nice little restaurant right next door that servers pretty decent food, you can grab a bite there and then come back for your car.
    Overall I would not hesitate to bring my car back to All Transmission Specialists for future repairs and maintenance.

    Not only did they repair it (The vehicle has 77,000 miles on it) they did not charge me for it.  They also supplied alternative transportation.  How can you ask for better service than that?!

    The workers are so professional, so curious, everyone is smartly dressed, friendly, they are just areal contractors. They were very prompt and they could get done quickly and you get back your car done in the same day. That would be the place I would definitely go to, they are just known a people you can trust especially for women who don't have knowledge of auto repair you don't have to get any worry that you are going to be taken for a ride and that's one of the personally I will continue to use them, they are very repeatable and trust worthy. And I would use this provider again in the future.

    Our experience with Tire World & Auto Service was completely positive. From the phone call to set up the appointment through the entire process, they were courteous, efficient, and professional. They carry top-rated tires and their price was very competitive, offering a $50 coupon when you get all 4 tires replaced. This was the second time we used Tire World & Auto. Both times were a pleasure.

    I had a mercury mountaineer that I was getting warranty work done through ford used certified program. they were supposed to be fixing my A/C and not only did I have to end up taking it to Larry Hill to complete the job, but they had already billed Ford so I had to pay for Larry Hill to fix it eventhough I was under warranty. Then on top of that they broke my car radio and wouldn't fix it. They told me to take to a car audio place and if I could prove they broke it then they would fix it. But here is the thing each audio placed charged about 65 bucks just to diagnose it, and that's not including the price to fix it. I have been never went back. I used to get my fleet vehicles dropped off here but now I go to Larry hill ford. I have been waiting for a long time to tell someone about my experience here. came in /c not working and car radio. Working great because it was brand new. leave Marshall Miize and A/c still not fixed,but They still Billed Ford. but now Radio not working.

    I will begin with what made me unhappy. Robert arrived past his shop opening time AND even though I was only getting an oil change and tire rotation, he had my car ALL day. To be fair to Robert, he did let me know that he'd had a busy week and that he was a bit backed up, but to me that translated to maybe he'd have my car for half a day and not the entire day. Next time, I will have to be specific and ask exactly how long it will be. It is just Robert and one other person at the garage and it looks as if Robert is the person who answers the phone and signs the cars in and out which takes him away from working on the cars. A suggestion to him would be to perhaps hire someone to work the phones and sign cars in and out. Now having said all of that, Robert does great work and he's a very nice person. He knows his stuff and he's an honest mechanic. I had asked him to put in a new air filter, but when I called to check to see if the car was ready, he told me he was not putting in a new filter because the filter that was in my car was just fine. That impressed me. I have decided that because of his knowledge and his honesty, I will give him another shot with my car whenever I have to take it to a mechanic again.

    These mechanics do good quality work at a fair price, but there are a couple of things of which you should be aware.
    1. They are not timely. They sometimes take months (yes, literally months) to fix your car if you don't call and ask about it. If you do ask about it, expect about a week.
    2. The main guy is courteous and professional, but Mr. no. 2 is rude. I guess he doesn't realize that customers are a good idea.
    3. You have to call before bringing your car in or they will make you take it back with you for a week or so.
    So if you're willing to put up with a long wait and, if you get Mr. no. 2, abrupt and rude communications, you'll get good work at a fair (but not good) price.

    I need tires so I found the top rated tires for my car on Consumer Reports and Costco had them in stock.
    When I entered the tire department I was waited on right away and had my new tires on the car in 45 minutes. They said the tires were also on sale for $70 off per set of 4. That was even better.
    Everyone in that department was courteous and seem to want to assist me as much as possible.
    All the people seem to enjoy what they do and they do it efficiently.
    Costco is a nice clean place to shop and this one will certainly impress.

    All went well. They verivfied the services needed according to the manufactureres guidelines. They then went one step further. It was recommended the brake fluid be changed but the tested the water content and said it was so loe they did not recommend a brake flush at this time. We were told it would be a waste of money to do the flush now. Al other services were performed as recommended. They were extremely professional and courteous.
