    I've worn glasses for 60 years, but when my cataracts became unbearable I decided to have Dr. Cunningham implant Lifestyle corrective lenses. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. From start to finish the whole process was done professionally, timely, and successfully. There were numerous points of follow-up. Now at age 68 I no longer need nor wear glasses. I could not be happier. I almost never write reviews, but I'd recommend Campbell, Cunningham, and Taylor to anyone considering cataract surgery.

    Dr. Thompson should be ashamed of at least two of the people who work here, Kelly and Kathy. I called yesterday (Aug.17) morning to get an appointment to get a replacement lens for my glasses and ask whether insurance covers this. I was put on hold for 12 minutes. No one checked on me as I waited. I finally hung up. That afternoon, I called back and spoke to Kelly, who said she couldn't help me until she received my prescription, so I called my doctor's office and was told they'd send it right away. I called at 9:22 a.m. today (Aug. 18) and spoke to Kathy. I asked if they had received my prescription. Instead of taking 20 seconds to check, she said Kelly would call me back. Even though they had nearly eight hours before the shop closed, that did not happen. How pathetic. I won't be back. Ever.

    Horrible service—I ordered my glasses originally from the Farragut location. When I got them back, they were covered in lint and frames were loose. I was still able to see thru them just enough to see the prescription wasn’t right. So the customer service person told me to take them to the Knoxville location to have them cleaned, tightened and have the prescription redone. So I went over to that location, and they cleaned the glasses and they redid the prescription. They have told me three different pick-up dates. First was 7/6, then 7/7, now 7/13. When I gave them my glasses, I told them I needed them back before 7/10, because I was going to California on 7/11 for three weeks. They promised me it wouldn’t be an issue. Now, I have to delay my trip so I can get both pairs of glasses. When I asked to speak to a manager they said they had to fill out a form so somebody with authority could call me back and it could take up to three days. When I told him that I was thinking about just taking my $700 back and getting my glasses somewhere else he said that was fine too and that they would have the same person call me back roughly within three days but they didn’t know when because of COVID-19. This entire company is worse than a circus. I hope they fix both pairs of glasses, because I’m furloughed right now, and I really need them to work.

    Upon arrival the staff was thorough in processing my data. The wait after completion was no more than 5-10 minutes. A technician performed a complete battery of eye examinations and tests. My eyes were dilated and after a brief wait while the medication took effect I was taken to an examination room and waited for Dr. Froula. He appeared after no more than 5 minutes and completed the examination. Dr. Froula is thorough and professional. I certainly will return as needed.

    The staff was extremely friendly and they don't use the typical "face mask" type device to determine which prescription works for you but rather a set of glasses with interchangeable lens which is much less scarier for a child. The doctor is soft spoken and kind so the children were completely at ease. We have to have a follow up appointment six months out but they don't schedule that far which was the only down side. They do book up during peak times because he's the best in the area.

    I love Dr. Hildebrand. He takes his time with me and my family for our eye care needs. He listens to our concerns and gives us lots of options. His staff is kind, caring, and professional. The wait time was not long at all. I would highly recommend him.

    Very prompt and friendly staff as well as the doctor. Dr. Miller is very friendly and informative. This is the first time I have ever had my eyes dilated and he took plenty of time explaining the procedure all along the way as well as showing me pictures of good as well as bad eyes and what diabetes looks like in these pictures. I left educated and informed.

    I had been seeing flashes of light on the sides of both eyes for about three days. After checking these symptoms on the internet, I decided I should have it looked at. The office was able to fit me in a couple of hours later. Dr. Vines was very careful in his examination and explained things in a way I could understand. He is very calm and soft-spoken, which is reassuring when there is a concern about one's eyes. His office staff is friendly and helpful.
