Lighting Installation reviews in Murfreesboro

Our yard has been turned into a magical peaceful place to relax. The whole team listened to our input and were very professional. We interviewed several landscape designers before we picked Allin Landscaping and this team was everything we could have hoped for. George Allin even took us to Randall Walker Farms to pick out some of our specimen plants. It was a delight to go pick some of our plants. We love the Pacific Northwest area of the country and we wanted to incorporate that feel to our yard and it was accomplished. We have many varied species of evergreen trees that grow in Oregon. Allin Landscaping is first class and really listen and make sure their client is happy. If you are looking for a unique landscape design team with professional people that take pride in their work then without a doubt you will be pleased with their results. We absolutely love our beautiful palette in our whole yard.

I had spent 11 months planning exactly what I wanted to do in the house, I like to take my time to make sure I get it right the first time and not regret my decisions and this hopefully being our last home having had to move every few years, made the decision process that much longer. In came Sheila and Chaz to do a walk through and see what I wanted to do. I had a long list and they listened, never made me feel that I had to rush through it all, they took their time and gave me so many alternative options for consideration and talked me through the pro's and cons regarding my ideas. We booked some time on that visit for Chaz to come back and start the list, I just had to decide between now and the appointment day which option I was going for....... they would do whatever I chose. I chose their option and I am so glad I did. Chaz has just left our home after spending 3 days with us working on our list and I could not be more thrilled with the work he has done. We have gotten so used to him being here that were missing him already. Chaz and Sheila are a wonderful couple, full of great ideas, hard working, punctual and as honest as the day is long. I had to pop out a couple of times for supplies and left Chaz in charge of the labradors, both of which loved him due to the bag of carrots they knew he brought with him for treats. I have never left anyone in my home alone before, but Chaz is as trustworthy as they come. Very rarely do you meet people that leave a positive lasting impression and are so genuine, but that is Chaz and Sheila. Whatever I need doing in the future, I will be calling them first and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a job well done and to exceptional standards and for making such a difference to our home.

    Lee Company
Worked primarily with Shannon. He's awesome! He also gave me a quote on changing the voltage on the gas stove and a few other things. He also walked around my property and answered random electricity / power questions I had. They had to do everything over 2 days, but they were punctual both times. I will def. use them again!
Other reviewers have said that they were pushy with selling the 12 month plan - not my guy. He let me know that the company offered it and left me a flyer, but didn't try to sign me up or anything. The charge for the estimate IS annoying. That's my only complaint.

Did a great job! Quality work and did just what I asked. Very professional. Made sure any mess he made was cleaned up to my satisfaction. Also right on time. Made sure he parked truck where I preferred him to. I could not have asked for better service. I do think what I paid was a little high but they say you get what you pay for and electrical work is never cheap.

    Ed's Home Repair
Ed's bid on the job was slightly more than half than another competitor's bid. Ed was on time everyday. He fixed several drywall issues and re-caulked the trim work before painting.  We provided our color choice and Ed (and his daughter) did the rest!  They did a fantastic job working quickly and efficiently all the while focusing on the details. Was so impressed with the quality of work we actually tipped them for a job extremely well done.
Would recommend and would use again.

    RSU Contractors
Contractor called ahead of time, came and looked at the situation, left to get some special tools, came back and had it fixed in no time. He was nice and personable.
It was a little pricey for this type of fix, but it was their "minimum service call charge", and I didn't want to make things worse trying to repair it myself.

    Lee Company

The technical representative (Vladimir) was friendly, courteous and very competent. However, the initial charge was about $900. When we called the office we were told we had been overcharged by about $300. We got the impression that Lee would charge a higher number unless the customer objected or negotiated a lower charge as we did. The surge protector with installation was about $300 which leaves $300 for the other items. We consider this somewhat on the high side.

Although our experience with Vladimir was pleasant he left no paperwork. We had to call the office to have a manual mailed out and an invoice sent by e-mail. Prior to this service we had Lee did on some of the jobs and found their bids to be high. Although we graded the overall experience at C, we would caution anyone to be wary of Lee's pricing policy.

I called the company and setup a time for them to come out and give us an estimate.  Chaz and Sheila both were the nicest people on the phone and said that they would be able to come out after Church one Sunday.  That actually worked out for us because we also go to Church.  Chaz and Sheila showed up at the time they had scheduled and it was like my wife and I had known them for years.  They came into our home and really impressed us with the suggestions they were making and the whole time they were trying to figure out how they could save us money.
They wrote down everything and told us approximately how many hours  it would take and said that they would have a quote for us soon.  Sheila called that afternoon and gave us the quote and to let us know what materials we needed for the remodel.  My wife and I  agreed to have them proceed with the remodel and Chaz and Sheila setup a time to meet us at Home Depot after Church one Sunday.
About a week before Chaz was supposed to start the work, Sheila called me and said that they had a client that just moved into a brand new house and did not like the new toilets that were there because the family was tall and wanted taller toilets in their home and asked if we would want to use those toilets instead of purchasing new ones that were going to cost a total of about $500.
After we agreed that we would take the toilets, Sheila asked if we could come by her and Chaz' home to pickup the three toilets.
We went to pick up the toilets at Chaz and Sheila's home and she welcomed us into their home and took us on a grand tour of their wonderful home.
We  met at the Home Depot in Antioch about a week before the remodel, which was convenient for us because our Church is nearby in Nashville.  Chaz, Shelia, my wife, and myself picked out all of the materials and tools needed for the project and proceeded to checkout.  At that time Chaz showed the cashier his Military ID and we received his Military discount which was close to $100.
On the first day of the of the remodel, Chaz called to confirm he was coming and when he showed up outside our home he called again to let us know he was ready to come in.  Chaz went over everything he was going to do and what time he would finish that day and the next day.  Chaz proceeded to start the work and plugged in his radio to Christian music and also asked if we could pray over the remodel and we did.
This is a very impressive company with exceptional work ethics, honesty, and Christian values.  I had to run some errands while Chaz was working and was very comfortable with leaving him in our home.I feel like we have gained true, honest, Christian friends during this project and would refer Multitask Handyman & Space Solutions to all of my friends, family, and Angie's List patrons.  One of the things that impressed us the most is if Chaz did not know how to do something, he would be very honest and say that he could not do it and explain why.  You will not go wrong with this company.
Our bathrooms look fantastic, from the floors up. We also have them coming back out in October to work on another project in our home.  Forgot to mention that they presented my wife and I with a Thank You card.  We will be sending Chaz and Sheila's client a big THANK YOU!! soon for donating the new toilets to us.

    Lee Company
Aaron Peters with Lee Company, along with his assistant, arrived at our home at 8:00 am. They were very punctual and quite professional.
Prior to the date of installation, Aaron and I discussed extensively during his initial visit what all the project would entail for pricing the work to be done. He explained, in detail, what were my options. In talking with him I could see that he is truly an expert. After the project was completed, my impression of him and Lee Company was confirmed.... ALL positive!!
Aaron and his helper installed 7 exterior motion sensor security flood light fixtures and 1 front porch motion sensor fixture. The 7 perimeter motion sensor light fixtures were, in fact, "custom" assembled on-site using the best components, mainly, the motion sensors. He adjusted each perimeter light for the best coverage and adjusted the "delay" time for when the lights would shut-off after activation. The lights were installed so that the lights would function independently, according to the movement of an object, which could activate one or more lights.
My wife and I are 100% pleased with the work. Our security "light system" has been working perfect since the installation. The lLED light fixtures each have two bulbs.  (Each bulb is a "module.") Each of the modules are 18 Watt LED bulbs which put out a very bright light equal to about a 90 Watt Halogen bulb. This will save us a lot on energy use yet, provide plenty of security lighting.
Our security 'light system' is also flexible so that we can turn on the lights to stay on until we manually shut off the lights, such as during outdoor entertainment.
The price for the project was slightly higher than the best quote we received from other companies that bidded on the project. However, the "quality" of the fixtures and Aaron's attention to detail made it all well worth the "investment." This project exemplifies
that......  "You get what you pay for."

Chaz did an amazing job. Sheila was great with communication and scheduling. Both were very professional.
When Chaz arrived, promptly at 9:00 a.m., he was quick to assess both situations and explained the pricing of the job. He moved quickly, wasting no time getting the job done. He and dad had to make a quick trip to Home Depot to pick up a few odds and ends to complete the tasks, where once again, Chaz moved at a pace that was comfortable for my dad, yet, made haste in getting what he needed and returning to the house to complete the job.
In addition to the work, he explained to my dad that the issue with lights flickering when using his weed-eater was most likely an issue with the weed-eater, rather than something amiss with the electrical wiring for the house. He offered his opinion on a good weed-eater that would be easy for dad to handle.
Aside from the professional manner in which he and Sheila conducted themselves, Chaz was extremely respectful of my father (81 yrs old) who has been quite accustomed to handling these tasks on his own. He also managed to work around the extremely curious Basset Hound and Lab that believe all humans are their humans.
The work is impeccable! This is my first dealings with Angie's List and we could not be more happy or satisfied. We highly recommend this service provider and intend to use them on other projects in the very near future.
