    Ground Up Foundation Repair
Great! The company was on time and did everything they quoted. They explained in detail why these things needed to be done. All of their employees are professionals. We have not had any problems since this work was done. At the time when the aforementioned work was done this company had a separate remodel division which we used and are more than satisfied with their work. The remodel was $85K plus.

It went extremely well. The workers were professionals who obviously knew what they were doing and were very responsive to us and our concerns. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to any of my friends.

My husband emptied the laundry nook, removed all necessary drywall, and removed the header of the laundry nook so the workers could get a head start... all that took him 2 hours. G and B sent two teenagers out to perform the initial work. They set up sheeting, then stood around, waiting for their supervisor for about an hour. They then only took out 1 wood post and tore a hole in the ceiling. They left our house after a total of 3 hours (only having done 1 hour of work each) saying that they needed more supplies to finish the work. Their supervisor sent us an invoice for the extra money they wanted for the rest of the work to be done. They said they did 10 HOURS OF WORK that day! Ridiculous! My husband did more in 2 hours for the renovation than the G and B "workers" did in the 10 hours they claimed they worked. To use up the rest of the hours that we paid for, G and B sent out 2 different personnel and they were much more professional. They installed the structural beam in the ceiling and knew what they were doing. They did a good job of installing the beam. Overall, our experience with G and B was mediocre. We will probably not use them again.

Removing the disposal caused some real electrical issues. It tripped a breaker (turned out to be a GFCI outlet) that we couldn't find. This forced us to call out an electrician to trace the problem. The rest of the work went well until I noticed that the faucet was installed backwards. No problem, he just turned it around to face the right way. All told, installation took about three hours.

    Multitask Handyman & Space Solutions
We had a toilet leak which resulted in having to remove everything including the wooden flooring.  The first call I made was to Sheila, who told me don't worry everything will be ok, Chaz can fix that.  We were scheduled 2 weeks out which was perfectly fine with me, I would rather wait for Chaz to be free as I have used him before and I know he will do the job right and that is the most important.

The next day Sheila called me and told me to check out a flooring product that she had used in her own home.  Needless to say, I checked it out, was very impressed, saved myself a lot of money and will be using more of it in my home.

As soon as the dogs saw his truck pull up they went crazy and were waiting for him by the back door.  Chaz as usual was punctual, cheerful, came with snacks for the dogs and was ready to tackle the job at hand.

I learned so much by asking him questions and watching him at various stages, he is such a patient teacher and no question is a stupid question.

The remodel proved tricky in places as the walls are certainly not straight and the plumbing was a little off but Chaz worked his magic and although we could of cut corners to make the job easier, Chaz WILL NOT cut corners, he would rather think about it, come up with a solution and do it right, even if it means extra work for him.

If you want a handyman that is honest, trustworthy with a great sense of humor that will only do things the right way and will leave you with an awesome result, Chaz is your man.

They will always be my first call for everything because I know I will be in safe hands.

Josh and Jess and their crew did an excellent job of demolition and installation on the remodel of two bathrooms that were stuck in the late 70's.  They stood behind their guarantee of a job well done.  If I had a question, it was answered in a professional and courteous manner.  Josh was in contact with me to inform me of any issues before they were taken care of.
I will definitely will be using them again.

Tim was great to work with he was very good at follow up and letting me know where we stood with everything.  We werent able to get to the warehouse during the week to pickup our cabinets and Tim was kind enough to go to the warehouse and store them at the store until we could pick them up on Saturday.  I would not think twice about sending business to Kabinart or doing business with them again in the future.

They were outstanding.  They completed the job ahead of schedule.  The guys were professional, timely, and the owner communicated with me timely throughout the entire project.  They are one of the best companies I have ever used. I will definitely use them again for future projects.  I am more than pleased.

    Home Depot - Murfreesboro
I installed them in the summer to prepare for fall.  The next spring I had to take them all off because they weren't working.  They had actually caught leaves and debris and held them in place over the gutters until their weight when wet caused them to collapse the guards compounding the problem.  I took the all off and took them back to Home Depot explaining they just don't do the job for which they are intended.  Home Depot claimed I had waited too long to return the items.  I explained that I didn't know until after the winter was over that they had failed so miserably and even if I had, I wouldn't have climbed up there during the winter to clean them off and discover their failure.  That's what I bought them avoid having to climb up there during the late fall and winter to clean out my gutters.  Home Depot refused to take them back and refund me.  I left them there because I had no use for them, but I told Home Depot they would lose a lot more business from me than the cost of reimbursing me for a product that did not work.  For 15 years now, I have done all similar shopping at Lowe's who has a much more consumer friendly return policy.

    Michael's Plumbing Service
I originally bought a deal on Angie's List for inspection that went toward the final price if service was needed. The guys came out on time and were very professional. After a quick inspection, it was determined that new values and lines were needed to stop a leak under the kitchen sink. The values were very old and had become stripped and the lines themselves were leaking. Rather than replacing one and having to worry about the other down the road, I opted to replace them both at the same time.
They didn't have the needed parts on hand, so they had to leave for about 30 minutes to go and pick up the parts. After they returned, the job was completed very quickly and to my satisfaction. Didn't have any problems with them and would definitely hire them again for future projects.
