Very nice people to work with, responded quickly when contacted, job scheduled for short time after initial contact. Arrived on time, respectful, especially with no touch contact during this time of Coronavirus. After getting 4-5 bids, had the best price. Would recommend to others.

I hired them for a relatively minor re-insulation project in a portion of my attic. It’s been a pleasure doing business with them, every step of the way. I’m now also going to hire them for a bigger project, encapsulating my crawl-space.

Bottom line up front:  Great price for a great product.  I would recommend them to anyone.  They do things the way my dad taught me ... if something is worth doing it's worth doing right -- the first time.    Larry (supervisor) came to my house, looked at all the spaces that I wanted spray insulation, worked up a quote, and sat down to answer all my questions.  He made sure that I was completely understood the product and the process.  A couple of weeks later I called Emily at the office to schedule the work.   Day 1 was removal and prep.  My removal team was Fredy and Jose.  They came with a large truck that vacuum and several large bags to collect all the old insulation. It was fun to watch (and hear) all the old insulation being sucked out!  The prep/spray team (Josh. G, Josh F, Coalton, Alex, Thomas, and Dylan King) showed up the same time as the removal team.  They worked hand-hand with the removal team and ensured I stayed updated on what was happening throughout the day.  The prep/removal team even found an area that I missed in the original quote, which would have likely caused me problems in the future.  While there was a slight increase in cost, they saved me from potential problems in the future.   Day 2 was spray day.  The prep/spray team called me early in the morning to let me know they were on the way.  They set up their trucks, prepped the chemicals, ran the hoses (after covering the window opening and floors with plastic to protect from hose scuffs and from their feet),  and got to spraying.  Unfortunately there was a problem with their new truck and they began to have issues with spraying.  Rather than fight the equipment, Larry (supervisor), made the decision to stop for the day and return the next day with different equipment.  Larry was upfront with me on what was going on and was clearly disappointed he couldn't finish on Day 2 as he promised.  Larry (and the rest of the team) has a lot of pride in what they do.   Day 3 was spray day (again).  Again, clear communication on when they were arriving, quick setup, and got right to work.  The team was methodical and quick.  They were done and 100% cleaned up by early afternoon.  I turned on the HVAC system about 8 hours after they left, and cooled down the upstairs about 30-40% faster than before the spray insulation.  I was impressed.   So, would I recommend Complete Insulation?  Yes.  Ask for Larry and his crew, and you won't go wrong! Note:  I am posting this same review in Google, Yelp, Angie's List, and BBB because people look in different places for their information and I want to make sure I get my information out.

    Complete Animal Removal
We had a pest problem (mice) in our attic and crawlspace. As a result, we needed to not only remove the pests and close up entry / access points but also to remove and replace the 30+ year old insulation in our attic. We had read many positive reviews as well as received personal referrals from friends for the team at Complete Animal Removal / Complete Insulation and we were not disappointed. Many thanks to Michael for meeting with us for the initial inspection, answering questions, and guiding us through the process. The Teams from Complete Animal Removal / Complete Insulation Inc. did a fantastic job. They were very thorough and professional. The team at Complete Animal Removal worked through the pest removal process and closed up all entry and access points to prevent future issues. This process took several weeks and included sealing up all access points in our attic, crawlspace, etc. Once we had the pest issue under control, the team at Complete Insulation removed all of our fiberglass insulation in our attic and installed new closed-cell spray foam insulation. The spray-foam insulation install process went very smoothly. We had one minor electrical item that needed to be addressed in the attic while the team was prepping for the install and the team had an electrician onsite same day. We really appreciated the guys knocking out the install in a single day. Many thanks to Josh Gilbert, Josh Francis, Colton Brake, Alex Moulton, and Dylan King. They laid down heavy plastic to protect all of our hardwood floors and cleaned up when they finished. I've posted several pics to show before and after. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend to family and friends.

    Lee Company
We have a house built in the 1950's that we are slowly renovating ourselves. After watching my husband nearly electrocute himself a half dozen times, I decided he probably wasn't an electrical whiz, and I wanted to make sure the house wasn't in immediate danger of succumbing to an electrical fire. So that bring me to this deal. This company was about an hour late (outside of their time window, but I did get a call saying they would be, and asking if that was ok or if I needed to reschedule. I told them to come on out. The tech was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. It took a little while, but he was able to correctly label all but one of the breakers in the circuit box. He set my mind at ease about my husband's electrical handiwork, saying everything looked good. He even found 2 live wires buried who knows how long in the attic insulation (slightly alarming)! Overall I was very satisfied with the company and their visit. I would use them again, and recommend them to others as well.

    Complete Animal Removal
I interviewed several companies to do this work. Complete offered experienced resources in both the areas of animal control and insulation removal/replacement. Importantly Jordan, their inspector, impressed me with his knowledge, positive attitude and desire to obtain my business. The work began with many hours of thorough inspection of where the mice (and a snake!......no doubt hungry for a mouse dinner) were entering the affected areas followed by repairs of all those entry points to prevent a reoccurrence. Then traps were set and checked every two days by Complete until after several weeks my home was rodent and snake (!) free. Complete involved a number of their experienced resources on the animal control effort ........all professional and all with positive attitudes.............. but the stars were Dale (make sure you ask for him regarding animal control) and Logan. The next step was to remove the old insulation and replace with new. I decided to go with spray foam instead of the batted insulation for a number of reasons.......the most important of which was Larry’s understanding of that technology. Larry is the manger of the spray foam group and is a real star for Complete. As far as I can tell his knowledge may be the best in the industry in Tennessee.......maybe the country!! He had a unique situation with my home and refused to give up until he had solved the problem! His crew Alex, Dylan K, Anthony F and Josh were professional and had positive attitudes even on some of the hottest days of the year when they had to get in their spray foam gear and work in my attic (talk about a weight loss program!!). Although my job seemed big to me it seemed fairly ordinary for the Complete experts. While the action was taking place at my home over several months it was organized and managed by a top group of administrators. Dianne was the star of the group but Emily, Amy and Michelle were also always there to respond to my requests and questions. I felt that these four and the animal control and insulation groups always had customer satisfaction as their ultimate goal. While I hope to never have to undertake a similar project in the future, I certainly know who I will hire if I do!

    LIOTTA'S HANDYMAN
Jose and his crew did a great job doing a lot of little jobs around my house--new interior doors/frames installed; a correction of plank vinyl flooring in living room and new installation in the hallway; drywall patch, repair and paint; installation of a pocket door; installation of a new vanity/light in my bathroom; installation of a couple new outlets and a new light switch. So a little bit of everything--carpentry, drywall, paint, plumbing, electric. They were on time or early every day, gave me a written estimate before work started and Jose was responsive to email or phone calls if we had questions. He was able to get out to the the house within a day or so for an estimate and work started about a week later (we had to move some furniture). Also, our house is older and there are a lot of weird things the previous owner did that aren't quite right. Jose was able to fix some of these things as he went along. For example the plumbing for the old vanity sink was a mess (see photos). Basically the previous owner chopped a hole in the wall, chopped a big hole in the back of the old vanity and sort of made it work. Jose fixed the drywall chop job and the plumbing before installing the new vanity and didn't charge me more for the repair. Also, the subfloor in the hallway was super squeaky and he repaired/renailed everything before they installed the new flooring for a small additional fee, which I was happy to pay. The floor is squeak-free now! Another thing was that where the pocket door was installed between the kitchen and basement stairs, there was carpet. He advised taking out the carpet so the door would be at the right level. When he pulled it up, there were 2 layers of subfloor and 3 layers of old flooring (a 70's-80's history of ugly linoleum!) He pulled that all up and used some of the extra plank flooring from livingroom and hallway to install a better looking floor in that area. No extra charge and it looks great. (see pics) Job came in close to estimate, even adding the other little things he came across and fixed. The only hiccup was that we had anticipated being able to re-use the planks from the previously badly-installed plank floor in the living room to do the hallway, but a lot of planks had been damaged during that previous installation so we ended up having to buy several more boxes of flooring to finish, which added to the total cost, of course. They showed me the damage and explained before we moved forward. The price below included all work and supplies (doors, drywall paint, flooring, etc). I bought the vanity and light he installed at Lowes before hand. We're very pleased with the work and the price. We have many more jobs that still need done, including some painting and deck repair. We will definitely be calling Liotta's Handyman for the work!
