Julio was the very first to call me back ASAP!!! I think he called within 5 minutes!!! Super nice guy and came to my house that later evening before heading home! Unfortunately, he really wasnt able to help me with all the odds and ends I think because his drive would of been to far away and he said I should try someone closer to where I live now. However, he did say if I couldnt find anyone to let him know and he would help me!!! So super great guy just wish we could of worked together he seemed to have his things in order for running a good business!!

    Rob the Painter
Rob the Painter AKA Robert Stevenson took a $1589 deposit for a painting job and fireplace re-stoning project. We signed a contract, three re visions due to his poor grammar, typos and calculation deficits. Finally, we agreed that he would begin work on 4/3/19 He received a deposit cashier check for the $1589. Two days later , he called stating that I changed my mind about the paint grade and fireplace design so he didnt want the job anymore. I said ok , you said a day ago that you were bidding out the cost of the fireplace design and give us a price, but its fine if you quit just return my deposit. He said that he would return it on Saturday . On Saturday, he sent a text stating that he needed to speak to his lawyer about the contract because we changed our minds too much and he paid rocket lawyer for three different contracts that we should pay for. He started yelling and screaming like a raving loonatic!! This man is scary. Hes predatory and likely mentally ill as well. He is a DECEIVER!!! DO NOT LET Him INTO your home, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!! This is not the smiling guy that came recommended by Sherwin Williams in Murfreesboro, TN in Franklin Rd.He has NO Tennessee contractors license nor a Rutherford County , TN handyman license. Hes a thief!!!

    Lee Company
Great! Wayne was so knowledgeable and professional. He even gave me tips for a couple of the tv console shelves. Also, my floor was uneven so one leg of the desk tipped. He make me some thin wedges until I could get a more permanent solution. Will ABSOLUTELY use them again!

    Consolidated property maintenance
They were always late, did not come for a few days, did not come back when they said they would, and Kevin Henderson never sent me the proposal, although I asked him 3 times because I never got it in my email.

Not well...to make a long story short after his second attempt he left the job Incomplete and basically an eye sore! He had asked for payment after his first visit and was paid out of good faith as he needed it When we saw how poorly it was done, he was called back to fix it and did make it worse and left without promise of completion. When asked to refund the money so we could hire another contractor John Babcock refused.

    Handyman Connection of Nashville
There was some confusion with the first handyman that was sent out - he was unable to perform all needed services. However, the company was very quick to apologise and send out another handyman that was able to do the rest of the job.

    Ed's Home Repair
Ed replaced screens on our back porch. Some of the screens were wider than standard and other handyman told us they weren't available. Ed found them and replaced them for us. He also repaired drywall in the ceiling where we had damage from a leak. In fact, I thought I had the leak fixed but, thankfully, he checked before closing up the ceiling and saw that I still had a leak. He fixed that and then proceeded with the ceiling repair. Luckily he had what he needed in his truck to fix the leak as a plumbing issue was not on the list that day. The drywall patch looks great! The final thing we had him do was replace the pedestrian door on the garage. We had a lot of rot around the door frame at the bottom and the easiest and just as cost effective way to fix it was to replace the door. The door looks great and functions perfectly. I'll recommend Ed to anyone. He was punctual, replied quickly to texts/phone calls/emails and does great work. I have no doubt I'll be calling him again.

    G&B Carpentry
My husband emptied the laundry nook, removed all necessary drywall, and removed the header of the laundry nook so the workers could get a head start... all that took him 2 hours. G and B sent two teenagers out to perform the initial work. They set up sheeting, then stood around, waiting for their supervisor for about an hour. They then only took out 1 wood post and tore a hole in the ceiling. They left our house after a total of 3 hours (only having done 1 hour of work each) saying that they needed more supplies to finish the work. Their supervisor sent us an invoice for the extra money they wanted for the rest of the work to be done. They said they did 10 HOURS OF WORK that day! Ridiculous! My husband did more in 2 hours for the renovation than the G and B "workers" did in the 10 hours they claimed they worked. To use up the rest of the hours that we paid for, G and B sent out 2 different personnel and they were much more professional. They installed the structural beam in the ceiling and knew what they were doing. They did a good job of installing the beam. Overall, our experience with G and B was mediocre. We will probably not use them again.

    Richey Restoration
I thought she was a little rude. She said someone named Dan would come to do the work, and I found that he was from Maynard Construction. Very unbusiness like. I then had a poor experience with Maynard and did not end up getting the work done.

    Maynard Construction L.L.C.
He told me that I needed to get the insurance company involved. Him just coming in and looking at the walls was shotty. He didn't bring anything in to check walls. He seemed to not really know what needed to be done. The pricing they said would be $2800. I had a coupon for $500 from being an Angie's List subscriber. When I talked to her, she said since I was a veteran, they would take of $200. The total price was going to be $3000 she said. She didn't have anything written down.
