From the first visit the Dr. York changed all my pain meds even though I told him it had taken years for my prior Drs. to get my pain manageable. This Dr. even called my Drs. but he cut my meds anyway. I suffered for 2 months until another doctor at least gave me some relief, but that was very short lived. Then a nurse practitioner (you never see an actual Dr. once you are a patient there and you never see the same nurse practitioner twice) cut my meds in half and I suffered for anther 2 months even though I was begging for relief. I had a 3rd doctor there after only 4 months, Dr. Hill, who even refused to speak to me on the phone when I called crying in pain. They also put me through endless, useless tests and procedures that I had been through before and it only made things worse. Do not go to this practice unless you enjoy being treated without dignity or respect.

Overall visit went well.  I've used over 5 different podiatrists in three different states in last 15 years and Dr. Deeter appeared to be on pare with some of the best and I was looking for a doctor I can stay with during my retirement.   I do not let people work on my feet that I do not trust.and I feel comfortable with Dr. Deeter.  Dr Deeter spent more time than I thought he would to discuss various issues and he seems to take a very practical and cost effective approach to maintaining feet health.  That is really all I can ask from a doctor because I know most of getting good results is up to me.  His office was busy, but that just tells me he is in demand and they seemed to handle the work load effectively.  The nail technician was in the office and did my toes very quickly and effectively.  When you get older and are diabetic you appreciate nail and foot care more than ever and I was well satisfied.

I've been using Middle Tennessee Medical Center since I was born and I'm 39 years old. The doctor that I see is so good and he's so friendly that when I'm in Wal-mart or anywhere he sees me and I don't see him, he'll come up behind me, tap me on my shoulder and "where are you going?"

After three surgeries I was put on long term pain medicine and eventually sent to Precision Pain. After discussing my symptoms with the Doctor and expressing my desire to not be on pain medicine anymore he agreed to run tests and find out what exactly is going on. After injections and a few tests he determined what the damage was and that it could be fixed. If it wasn't for them I would still be in misery. After finding the best surgeon (quietly recommended by the staff) my back was fixed to the point that I didn't need the pain medicine. After which they helped me come off of opiates after several years. I DEFINITELY recommend them. They will treat pain if wanted and will definitely figure out what is causing it.

I have a chronic illness that causes referred pain in my shoulder and back. It was also discovered that I had a bulging disc in my neck. Because of prior medical conditions, pain medications are not an option for me. Dr. Hilgenhurst recommended treatment and explained how my symptoms would progress with no treatment. Of course, I put off treatment since my pain was "not that bad". The day came that it felt like someone flipped a light switch and I could no longer tolerate the pain. I had numbness going down my right arm and my fingers were tingling - or numb. I rated my pain the day of the procedure as a 7-8. The very next day the pain was unrecognizable (still a little sore, but barely a 1 on the same pain scale). I highly recommend Dr. Hilgenhurst for patients who value well trained procedurist that either have to - or want to avoid long term medications. The only thing I would do differently, is not hold off as long as I did to have that procedure.

Only problem was after caring for my husband for years we were moved to the Murfreesboro office and they said we could no longer care for him since he is tube fed and they were not allowed to do that . They had since we started but told us on Friday Jan. 17th 2014 they could no longer care for him. We are now without a caregiver . No two week notice .
So I would give them an A for the years we had them but a D for dumping us with little warning. I guess thats a C+. We will be scrambling to find another .Right now I have to leave work.

From the moment I entered the Grafton Aurora Medical Center until I was discharged, every just went fantastic. The surgery went quickly and was very proficiently performed. I was only in the hospital for 1.5 days. Dr. Anderson and his staff are just unbelievably superb.

This is a great office. All of the doctors and staff are great! All very friendly and really give things a personal touch! Can always get an appointment right away for a sick visit. Sometimes can take a while to get an appointment for a well check up, so I just always schedule early! This is a practice with multiple doctors, several of which only work part time hours. Although we cannot always see our primary doctor on sick visits I feel all of the doctors do a great job communicating what is going on with the patients, and our doctor is always up to speed.

They have a lot of capability on site with the ability to do x-rays, sonography, lab work, and some other testing capabilities. However, I think probably they take in too many patients and as a result, they seem overwhelmed even though they have a relatively large staff. Therefore, the wait time is long even though they have a sign up that says if you've been waiting longer than 30 minutes, come see us at the front desk. You have to pick the right day and the right time of day to go in there. Otherwise, you may have a fairly extensive wait.
