    George Wozniak Construction
George agreed to be at my house at 4 to give me a quote. When I confirmed at 2 that he was still coming, he said he was running late. No problem. At 6:51, I asked if we could reschedule for the next day. He agreed. At 7:30, he called to tell me he was on the way. I had to remind him that we had just texted to reschedule. He showed up the next day, 30 minutes late. Quoted a reasonable price. He said he needed $200 upfront to purchase the door and hardware. I wrote him a check agreeing that he would install the door the next day and then I would pay for labor. He was supposed to be at my house the following day at 4. He was running late, again, said he had to go to Madison to get the door. I said come the next day instead. He said he would be at my house by noon. At 12:45 he said he was running behind. Surprise, surprise! I said that I wanted to cancel and get my $200 back. He said he understood and would bring me cash by 11 the next day. I texted to see if he was still bringing my money. He cant make it by 11. He might be able to be there by 5. He wont return texts or voicemails. STAY AWAY FROM GEORGE WOZNIAK!!!

    Ground Up Foundation Repair
Great! The company was on time and did everything they quoted. They explained in detail why these things needed to be done. All of their employees are professionals. We have not had any problems since this work was done. At the time when the aforementioned work was done this company had a separate remodel division which we used and are more than satisfied with their work. The remodel was $85K plus.

    G&B Carpentry
Installed door without putting up new j channel. They had to remove door facing and install j channel and replace. Caulked only 3 sides of door. Installed deadbolt backwards so it would not lock. Storm door still will not lock. Had the send someone else to repair the work done. because they had to remove door because they did not put up j channel, they run over on time and I was charged 125.00 extra for their screw up. I ordered 6 hours of MASTER CARPENTRTY and I got two guys that took 9 hours to install to install the doors. A MASTER CARPENTER SHOULD BE A MASTER CARPENTER. NOT WHAT I GOT.

    Ed's Home Repair
Ed replaced screens on our back porch. Some of the screens were wider than standard and other handyman told us they weren't available. Ed found them and replaced them for us. He also repaired drywall in the ceiling where we had damage from a leak. In fact, I thought I had the leak fixed but, thankfully, he checked before closing up the ceiling and saw that I still had a leak. He fixed that and then proceeded with the ceiling repair. Luckily he had what he needed in his truck to fix the leak as a plumbing issue was not on the list that day. The drywall patch looks great! The final thing we had him do was replace the pedestrian door on the garage. We had a lot of rot around the door frame at the bottom and the easiest and just as cost effective way to fix it was to replace the door. The door looks great and functions perfectly. I'll recommend Ed to anyone. He was punctual, replied quickly to texts/phone calls/emails and does great work. I have no doubt I'll be calling him again.

    G&B Carpentry
Although it was somewhat difficult scheduling an appointment with G&B Carpentry (the online scheduling provided by Angie's List was not relevant, and it took almost a month to schedule service), the work performed by G&B was courteous, professional and exceptional. The doors were quickly fixed, and the contractor even caulked one of my exterior doors for me as complementary service. If G&B could schedule online (or even keep with their promises of over-the-phone scheduling), I would gladly give G&B an A+! As it stands though, I have to dock a grade for scheduling.

    Ed's Home Repair
All went well and I'm very satisfied. Ed's Home Repair was responsive, courteous and got the job done in as timely fashion as they were able to. Ed came out promptly to review an estimate the work to be done, and he also told me up-front that he was busy and that it might take several weeks before they could do the work. That actually worked out well for me because I had to order the shingles I needed and wait for them to be shipped, and since I purchased them myself I saved money by avoiding markup on materials. Ed and his crew showed up promptly in the morning of the day they committed to, and completed all the work in 2.5 days.

    Zen Windows
From quote to installation Brad does nothing but inspire confidence and trust in not only his knowledge but the ability to do outstanding work. We installed a new sliding door that we found out, during the install, had quite a bit of subfloor damage. I assumed the door would have to wait now until we hired someone for that mess... Nope! He and his crew MAGNIFICENTLY fixed THAT damage, along with installing the door. He ENSURED the job was done correctly. I cannot say ENOUGH about Brad. It was nothing but a ZEN experience!!!!

    Multitask Handyman & Space Solutions
After receiving a quote for over $3000 from a reputable contractor, I decided to get a second quote. I am very glad that I did. Chaz came on site and was able to repair the door to a condition better than new. He was prompt and polite. Afterwards he cleaned up and was exceptionally pleasant to have in our home.

Best Choice Remodeling and Home Improvement
It went great. He tore all the flooring out, and killed the pet odor in the 800 sq ft apartment on top of of an older home. He fixed some windows that were very old and decaying, and repaired baseboards, window and door trim, and prepared the house for new flooring.
