    Made appointment for 8-11-20 to have dental work and informed the office at that time I had Humana as my primary dental insurance and Delta Dental as my secondary insurance. When I checked in I presented both insurance cards. At end of appointment I was presented a bill and dental work was billed to Delta Dental instead of Humana., On 8-14-20 I called office about this and I was asked to text office a copy of the front and back of my Humana insurance card, I never heard back from dentist office so I called back on 8-17-20 and was told they did not take Humana as they were not in Humana’s network. I should have been informed they did not take Humana insurance when I made appointment. They had plenty of opportunities to tell me. Very poor way of doing business.

    I visited Dr. Hanosh after walking out of another dentist's office because they wanted to charge me almost $2000 for work I suspected I didn't need. Dr. Hanosh confirmed my suspicion after reviewing my xrays and gave me an excellent cleaning. He also spent extra time on a crown that has been giving me trouble. It has been bleeding almost every time I brush my teeth. Three weeks after my visit to Dr. Hanosh, that crown has not bled once! Dr. Hanosh is an excellent and ethical dentist who offers thorough explanations. He is a rare breed of dentist--honest, straightforward, and patient-focused. If you want a thoughtful and honest dentist, Dr. Hanosh's office is the one to visit!

    It turned out great. It ended up being a lot more than $99. I did have a little concern about it. Everything was fine, it was a very nice office and everybody was very nice and everything. I realized when I was in there, they took x-rays and said, “you need a crown here immediately, we have a cancelation right now, and this needs to be done right away!” So, there I was in the chair and I said, “Well, I guess you better do it!” They did the first part of the crown and then you need to come back 2 weeks later to get the crown, they had put a temporary in. They also said, “you have 4 teeth on the other side that needs to be done right away too!” I just couldn’t afford all of that. I didn’t have the 4 on the other side filling replaced or whatever it was that I needed, because of the expensive that I had already incurred that day for the crown.  I did go in there just thinking I was going to get a nice checkup and I ended up spending $1,500 that day. I just typed up a letter to ask them to please send me my dental records and x-rays to my home address. I didn’t say this to them, but I would really like a second opinion. It’s a wonderful, they are very good facility, very nice, very up to date and everything. It is expensive. It took them a long time to get back to me after I purchased the $99, and actually so much time had passed. I think it was probably 3 weeks for them to finally call me for that appointment. I remember saying to myself, “didn’t I purchase this thing from the dentist”, because I hadn’t heard back from them.

    I went in to the office afraid of the dentist and  I was in pain they were all very helpful and helped me to relax and Dr. Roach was so nice and gentle. He explained what was going on and i went back 1 week later for the root canal and i was very pleased with how it turned out. The staff was great and Dr Roach was gentle and very supportive.I was very happy with how it turned out the root canal was not that bad they were very supportive and helped me to relax. Dr Roach called me himself to see how i was doing the next day and i thought was so nice. I am now not afraid to go back and plan to make it a reg, visit  with check ups etc..

    Extremely well. After moving to Nashville, it took awhile to find a Dentist and Dr. Roach came highly recommended. I set up an appointment and did not have to wait very long for my initial exam. During that exam he took x-rays and found that I needed two fillings. They then worked with me to have my follow up visit for the cavity fillings and my general cleaning to be done back to back. It was a very pleasant experience. They had TV's in the room with you so you can watch whatever you want and you do not have to listen to music that puts you to sleep if you do not want to.

    Very thorough examination, pleasant office environment, easy parking, charged $79 for several x-rays and cleaning.  Dentist indicated and showed me x-rays that I needed a crown because an old filling had broken.  Also I have a baby tooth and it has a grey color on one side indicating decay.  He is going to try to save it by filling it instead of doing a crown to save me money.  I really like Dr. Roach and his team.  They make you feel very important.  When I walked in, no waiting they took me straight back.  Glad I found a dentist I can trust and he has a great bedside manner.  They took 8 x-rays but did not charge me for all of the x-rays.

    All went well. No real details that was unusual. Just getting a tooth filled and the regular check up and X-rays before that. I did had a credit of over a hundred dollars (from last years work) and didn't realize it until this visit (insurance refund is what they said I think). That was a little odd that they just keep the money knowing that I would end up spending it anyways. If I was someone who needed the money that would be a bad thing. That was not the case BUT I thought that odd.
