COOL SPRINGS BACK & NECK CARE INC
They charged me $5000 for decompression treatments on a slightly protruding L5 disk. By the time i was done with the treatments the disk was pinching my sciatic nerve and I couldn't walk and had to have surgery! Ridiculous!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Frank. I've had to move out of Nashville, unfortunately, and have to tell you that I have yet to find any chiropractor whose staff spends as much time with you as Batson. Literally, I'd be with Dr. Frank's office for 2+ hours as they worked me over, making sure to concentrate on problem areas and walking me through best practice exercises. By comparison, my wife went to a chiropractor here in So. Cal that spent all of 3 minutes with her and sent her on her merry way, less $40 co-pay. Frank is a incredibly nice, processional and a credit to chiropractors everywhere. And oh by the way, quick story: before going to him, I'd sought help from a chiropractor in Murfreesboro after hurting my back quite badly. That chiropractor took an X-Ray (cha-ching), required that I come back and sit though a somewhat informative but unnecessary class about what he'd do (translation = selling you on services) then had his staff review my insurance, at which point he diagnosed that I needed exactly 29 sessions to be made well again. Of course, my insurance would cover 30 sessions (do the math - I'd seen him once, so I had 29 left, which miracle of miracles was exactly what I needed to get better). When I went to Frank, he checked me out and said he could have me better in four or five sessions, and then if I wanted I could come see him maybe once a month for maintenance. He fixed me up in four or five sessions, and I continued to see him for several years afterwards - and was never hurt again during that time. Thank you Frank!!

I've gone to chiropractors for 35 years in order to keep a bad situation from getting worse. It's worked. I will say that Dr Casey Bearden tops all the rest, though. He's thorough, knowledgeable, skilled, personable, and has a great "bedside" manner. I have no doubt he can help just about anyone who has back problems or major injuries. His new "warm laser" treatment seems to have helped me beyond the norm, and I would recommend trying that if you just can't get relief any other way. Dr Josh is his associate and is equally knowledgeable and skilled.

I have had scoliosis for the past 50 years and have done PT and other chiropractic techniques that did not offer as much pain relief as Dr. Moore's the Directional Non-Force Technique (DNFT). I am so excited that I am able to finally sleep without medication. If you are having trouble with your back or hips I highly recommend Dr. Moore. Dr. Hinz was very impressive, he was exceptionally patient and took his time explaining the problems and the treatment options. He seems cautious with treatment recommendations that he suggested to me. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

    Cool Springs Family Chiropractic
I originally selected Dr. Hinz based on reviews off of Angie’s List. I am very pleased to say I have not been disappointed in my decision to seek care from Dr. Hinz. He developed a treatment plan specific for my lower back pain, which had me back to performing my day-to-day activities within a few short weeks. I could not be happier with the outcome. I would put Dr. Hinz and his staff in the HIGHLY RECOMMEND category. It should also be noted that Dr. Hinz’s office is very organized and efficient. Keeping appointments on schedule demonstrates a sincere appreciation for his patient’s time/calendar.

I've been going to FC for 10+ years. Both Saira and Jenn are great! I actually start with them no matter the health issue before I go to my family doctor and 90% of the time they can treat the problem AND they have always been honest with me when they didn't know if they could help me. I don't know what I would do without these ladies!
