    My car was experiencing a loud noise when the AC was turned on. The air was still cold, but it wasn't very strong and the more it was turned up the louder the noise got with little improvement to the air flow. It was thought that the blower motor was the issue. They looked at the car and it turns out that the blower motor was fine, but that some rodents had built a nest in the cage part of the blower. It simply needed some cleaning out. I also had them replace the in cabin filter, while they were in that section of the car, as it was in dire need of replacement. They did a good job in a short time and was reasonably priced. I will use them again.

    Great! How much do I depend on Jerry Potts? Well, I timed my trip from Tallahassee Florida to get my maintenance done. It is now December and I'm back - oil change and probably read break pads. In past they have done major repairs such as catalytic converter on my other cars. I've been using Jerry since 2001.

    Very well. Appointments are easily made at convenient times. Work is performed in a very reasonable time frame. (Though so far, I've only needed simple scheduled service.) Everything I've had done to date has been paid by Toyota as per the provided service part of buying a new car, so can't yet comment on costs.

    The repairs went very well. Most places would have replaced transmission rather than get a second opinion to replace a couple of valves which in turn saved me plenty of cash! Was kept informed throughout the repair process.

    We left our vehicle and when we returned we were told that they didn't know what was wrong and they couldn't fix it. They then charged us over $100. I asked what they had done to merit the cost and was told they had done a diagnostic check and test drove it and heard the sound we had reported. They went on to say they didn't make those kinds of repairs, even though their website said they did. We paid over $100 for them to tell us we weren't hearing things, and if they didn't make transmission repairs, I wish they had told me that before I left my car with them with transmission issues. We won't be back.

    I was trying to get my car to pass the state emissions test and had to get the "Check Engine" light issue resolved.  Jerry Potts was able to diagnose my car right away.  Unfortunately, finding the replacement part was a problem - not Jerry Potts' fault.  Once they got the part, things went smoothly.  They told me how to drive the car for the next few days to get the computer on my car to "mature" the "Check Engine" fault which the emission test would read.  I did have the "Check Engine" light come back on about a week later, but Jerry Potts took care of my car without any additional cost.  This family-owned and run auto repair shop has my highest recommendation.  They were professional and nice to deal with at each step of the process.  I will definitely be taking my cars to them in the future.

    The online special stated that new pads would be installed and rotors would be resurfaced, repack non sealed bearings, clean off brake parts etc..  When I ask if the rotors were resurfaced I was told that I did not ask that they be resurfaced.  Because the special stated they would be I assumed they would be.  When returning home the engine started running so bad that I was afraid I would not make it home.  I found the number one plug wire was not securely attached and it caused several engine light codes and the engine to run horrible. I found the locking clip that holds the plug wire secure damaged.  I called Premium Auto Repair to report what I found and he offered to fix the problem if I brought the vehicle back, and I told him the vehicle was running so bad that I could not take the chance of driving it over the twenty miles from my house to his place of business,  I was able after several tries to get the wire to securely lock on the plug. I cleared the engine light codes and drove the vehicle over forty miles to make sure it was okay before my trip the next day out of state.

    Extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone here.  Not only did they do an excellent job on my vehicle, but when they found an additional problem that should have been taken care of by the Toyota dealership, they transferred my vehicle to them to have it fixed with no additional cost.  I have NEVER had such quality service for car repair.  I will recommend Jerry Potts Car Care to everyone!
