    Called and left a message requesting repair, and received a call back the same day. Received a text when they were on their way. Appointment time was 8-10 am, and Bruce was at my door by 9:30am, and left by 10:30am. Very prompt, professional, and he had the part I needed on his truck, so no waiting! I would definitely recommend, and would hire again!

    In summary, a nightmare. My first experience filing a claim (garbage disposal) was smooth and as expected. Subsequently I had a rash of home issues. Including water leak, clothes dryer and HVAC. The first horrific experience was with the plumbing. The ���technician��� sent was incompetent, unskilled and as I later learned not licensed as a plumber. Yet Choices relies on his assessment that a leaking copper pipe was due to corrosion. A licensed plumber that corrected his mistakes later said it was a result of wear caused by the pipe rubbing a hoist. Yet, Choices denied my claim and I paid the incompetent technician $230 for an emergency patch. There was no mechanism for challenging the denial without allowing further home damage. A third claim, clothes dryer resulted in my waiting within a 5 hour window on for the technician to call afterward to reschedule after I had taken off work. Then, he offered to bypass the assessment and just order the parts if I���d pay him the $45 service charge soas to accommodate my inability to take off multiple days of work to meet him. He also complained that he wouldn���t purchase parts until he had been paid because Choices was terrible about paying the technicians for parts and service. The last claim, HVAC has resulted in 2 no shows by the technician. I requested a different provider after the first but client service asked that I give them a second chance. Ultimately the company lost track of their technician because he would answer the company���s office call to him. We now painfully await a second company that Choices has scheduled. I���ve had a number of friends ask me about my experience as they are buying homes. I share a Consumer Reports article on Choices with them and tell them to RUN!

    The technician who came to do the work is very professional, was very punctual and knows his job well. He explained every thing and did a very good job and checked every thing and finished his work within 30 minutes. Excellent work done.

    William Mason accepted $2408.13 for parts to repair freezer. When I found out that the same parts from the authorized SubZero repair service in Nashville were less than $1000 I canceled the service with D&W's William Mason. He agreed to return the parts payment, but never did. I won a civil court judgement against William Mason. Do Not Use.

    Wow!!!!!!!!! I can't say enough good things about the great job these ladies did. I purchased a voucher Monday, she contacted me Tuesday and cleaned my home Thursday. They arrived 15 minutes early with supplies in hand and did an awesome job! I appreciate them so much. This will definitely be my go to cleaning service and I would absolutely recommend them.

    They are the worst. I will never have nothing to do with them again. They tried to take our money from us. Don't recommend them to anyone. They took my money. They stole money and didn't fix anything. They said they fixed it and didn't fix it and then they broke the machine after the third time. Then they broke our refrigerator. It was just a mess. We had to go buy a new refrigerator. That refrigerator was purchased from Sears and was like a year old so it was out of warranty. They broke it cause they couldn't fix it. I had such a bad experience I will never walk into a Sears again.

    They’re bad, they had to come back 5 times before they got it fixed. I bought several parts, that I didn’t need. I spent a lot of money, several hundred dollars that I didn’t need to. Because the people they sent the first time couldn’t find the trouble and they kept putting on parts. Plus, they had me call in a plumber, which was $170. I was very dissatisfied! The last time they sent somebody, he understood the problem and put his finger right on it. The first two people they sent didn’t know what they were doing. Quality is bad! I would never call them back! It took a long time. They were here when they said they would be here, they just didn’t know what they were doing.

    The first visit he fixed the drain and installed something to keep the dirty e=water from back filling. The dishwasher worked once then failed after I tried to unstop the drain he was supposed to have cleaned out.
    That said, since they are not open on weekends, the tech could not come back untill a week later. That is unacceptable these days .
    unclogged, but now won't run at all.When he came back, he said it was fixed. I ran one lad and it clogged up. I ran another to try to unclog it. It now does not run at all. I am extremely frustrated at your company and lack of quality customer service.

    Quick response to dryer servicing that was very important to me. Kindly and helpful service person. Bottoms Appliance was able to come out and fix my dryer the next day. It is difficult to find appliance repair and to make matters worse, my dryer was a Samsung. No problem! My dryer is working and life is running a little easier now.
