From the first visit the Dr. York changed all my pain meds even though I told him it had taken years for my prior Drs. to get my pain manageable. This Dr. even called my Drs. but he cut my meds anyway. I suffered for 2 months until another doctor at least gave me some relief, but that was very short lived. Then a nurse practitioner (you never see an actual Dr. once you are a patient there and you never see the same nurse practitioner twice) cut my meds in half and I suffered for anther 2 months even though I was begging for relief. I had a 3rd doctor there after only 4 months, Dr. Hill, who even refused to speak to me on the phone when I called crying in pain. They also put me through endless, useless tests and procedures that I had been through before and it only made things worse. Do not go to this practice unless you enjoy being treated without dignity or respect.

They are great. They are very personable. The downside is that they are expensive and they don't accept any insurance. He does a wellness plan. He does an individual plan that starts off with a regular number of visits. So its not a single visit, it a number of visits which is really expensive. He's really good. You have to pay upfront.

The environment is nice and the staff friendly. It's an open concept, you sit in large recliners with throws to cover up if your cold. They have partions if you request them. The treatments are typically done with clothes on and they only expose the areas of interest. The throws can be used to then cover those areas if you desire. The cost is very reasonable. It was a good overall experience.

    Precision Pain Care
After three surgeries I was put on long term pain medicine and eventually sent to Precision Pain. After discussing my symptoms with the Doctor and expressing my desire to not be on pain medicine anymore he agreed to run tests and find out what exactly is going on. After injections and a few tests he determined what the damage was and that it could be fixed. If it wasn't for them I would still be in misery. After finding the best surgeon (quietly recommended by the staff) my back was fixed to the point that I didn't need the pain medicine. After which they helped me come off of opiates after several years. I DEFINITELY recommend them. They will treat pain if wanted and will definitely figure out what is causing it.

I'm currently in the middle of my treatment plan that Dr. Dan has set-up with me. When I originally set out to find a chiropractor, I was warned about going to someone who would continuously have me set up appointments with no final goal or treatment date in mind. I was impressed that one of the first things Dr. Dan mentioned was a timeline that we would stick to so that we wouldn't leave anything open ended.
So far, the level of treatment is excellent. Dr. Dan and the team has been very attentive. He always starts off an appointment asking how I've been doing and will go into more detail if I address any problem areas. One of the best things about Dr. Dan is that he likes it when patients care about their progress and ask him questions! If I address my concerns, he makes sure that he addresses them, that I'm informed (things to try for prevention), and then aims for an overall improvement. He is very genuine, thorough, friendly and overall very caring. The office staff is very flexible with appointment windows and their office environment is very comfortable. I couldn't recommend Chiropractic Associates of Murfreesboro enough!

    Precision Pain Care
I have a chronic illness that causes referred pain in my shoulder and back. It was also discovered that I had a bulging disc in my neck. Because of prior medical conditions, pain medications are not an option for me. Dr. Hilgenhurst recommended treatment and explained how my symptoms would progress with no treatment. Of course, I put off treatment since my pain was "not that bad". The day came that it felt like someone flipped a light switch and I could no longer tolerate the pain. I had numbness going down my right arm and my fingers were tingling - or numb. I rated my pain the day of the procedure as a 7-8. The very next day the pain was unrecognizable (still a little sore, but barely a 1 on the same pain scale). I highly recommend Dr. Hilgenhurst for patients who value well trained procedurist that either have to - or want to avoid long term medications. The only thing I would do differently, is not hold off as long as I did to have that procedure.

They have a clean office, they're always prompt, they schedule things in a fast manner and I'm not waiting out there for long time. They always take me right in for my appointment at the appropriate time, the staff is friendly and the one that does the massage is an excellent massage therapist. She does reflexology massage too, she's the best in town.

    Stanlick Chiropractic
He was very professional and he walked me through how to lower my inflammation naturally so my body is recovering the way it's supposed to as opposed to digesting anti-inflammatory and pain medications all the time. Great guy who is very knowledgeable in his field. He will attack the root of the problem, not just focus on the symptoms. Highly recommended!

    Kolka, Dr. Seth
The adjustment was spot on and my pain level (0=no pain and 10=the worst pain ever) over the last week and half has gone from an 8 to a 1. Dr. Kolka cares for his patients and wants to do what they need. But here is the kicker.. ONLY what they need. Often times providers will tell the patient they need to come back for an extended amount of time (when not needed) to boost patient load and revenue. This is not the case with Dr. Kolka. He gave me a time frame and based on my progress so far, he has actually decreased the time frame originally thought! There are still honest and competent people out there and he is one of the good guys.
The staff at Allen Family Chiropractic is equally as competent and cordial! They are extremely helpful and wait for it.... actually pleasant to do business with! I will not go anywhere else!!!!!! THANK YOU to Allen Family Chiropractic!!!!
