    WOW...just wow. Our experience with Hamilton Machine, Keith Cunha, Andy and the team has left us speechless. After an unfortunate incident, we had what was to us, an emergency scenario where our daughter's pediatric wheelchair had to be replaced. The ezlock bracket had been damaged and it would be weeks and an astronomical price for the replacement. I called Keith, Andy and the team after being referred from another trusted local machine shop on a Friday afternoon. I was expecting to drop the chair and old bracket off and come back Saturday or Monday and see what the team could figure out. They asked me to leave the chair and come back at 11pm that same night. I returned at 11 expecting to find out the details. To my surprise, the team had pulled off a herculean effort and custom crafted a bracket that was much better than the original we brought in. It was completely finished, mounted and integrated into the frame on the wheelchair utilizing factory holes, which maintained the warranty on the chair. The craftsmanship and materials were second to none and the bracket looked like it came on the chair. The team took care of my family as though we were THEIR family. To put things in perspective, it had been a horrible week with the passing of my sister, the equipment issues, etc. and I was so scatterbrained I could barely convey what I was asking them to do. Keith looked at me, and said "Leave it with us, we've got this." Boy did they ever! They've earned a customer for life, and I'll tell anyone and everyone who will listen what a great group of craftsmen, machinists and fabricators they are. On top of that, you'll not find a more honest, trustworthy group. If you want the job done right, to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, give Keith and the team at Hamilton Machine a call!

    It didn’t cost me anything the last time. It is a very large company so I have to be prepared to put up with a bit of bureaucracy. Things like hanging on the telephone for a while before I get a real person. They market a reasonably good cable system. I am damn pleased with the cable system. Getting in touch with them is a little bit more difficult, but once I do get in touch with them, they live up to their commitments. They show up when they say they are going to show up.

    I had to go in to the emergency room and I did not have the best experience. They had me identified as the wrong person. The ID bracelet that they put on me while I was waiting in the emergency room was someone else's name. They were short staffed. I understood the mistake but I was just glad I caught it before they started doing anything.

    Mr. Cates was so nice and fixed my chandelier when it looked pretty impossible. This is a large metal chandelier- type candelabra that was on a metal stand until the light was broken off in my move. The point where the light attached to the stand had been bent and was a mess. Thanks to Mr. Cates, It is whole again and the repair job is amazing. I think Mr. Cates is magic when it comes to lamps! He did a lot of painstaking work to fix this chandelier for me and his price was more than fair.

    Our two year deal with Comcast is ending soon and TDS seemed to be offering a better priced phone, television, and internet package. On Wednesday the installer showed up. Without asking me he decided it was okay to drill holes through the brick (not the mortar, but the brick) in our home. When I saw this I told him to stop and immediately called TDS. The woman was very nice and told me she would have the Mount Juliet service manager call to set up a time to come out to our house. It has been two days and we still have not heard from him. We now have no home phone service. I called TDS yesterday and was on the phone being transferred from department to department only to be told I really needed to wait for the MJ service manager to call me. I am not sure why we still have not heard from him. Getting ready to call for the fourth time. So far they have done nothing but damage my house and cost me hours of time on the phone. I can not tell you how their actual cable, phone or internet service works because we can't seem to finish the install. At this point I would just like the service manager to come out to my home to a**** the damage and see how we need to proceed from here. Making Comcast look better and better...

    I have upgraded my review because I finally spoke with someone that took care of the problem. He sent a mason out and our brick was repaired. I would give that gentleman an A for professionalism and responsiveness, but need to average with the others.

    He came out and explained what the problem is. It's something that's similar to everybody's service I guess. What made us go with TDS was because they were a little cheaper and their billing was more consistent than other providers. With the other service provider each month the bill would just keep skylarking and in the end their service people couldn't find out why I had to pay that amount. One month I was paying $120 and the following month I paid $200. We might not get all the channels that we would normally want with TDS. The price is pretty consistent for what we signed up. The price varies if we use the phone service for information.

    The Oxford Property Management Company LLC

    We based our deceison to hire Oxford on the written proposal they gave us which stated "We take great care to preserve and

    enhance your property," A property manager will be assigned to the daily care of your property," We treat our customer's
    property as if it is our own," and finally "We strive to be as hands on as possible."  What we got was 3 months worth of a
    house full of drug addicts, beat up cars on the property, broken screens in the backyard, cigarette butss all over, people
    coming and going and hanging out at all times of the day and night. To top that off on 1/13/2011 our house was raided
    by Metro police and they busted the front door in. The house was occupied with 8 people who were not on the lease  and
    they were arrested. If Oxford would have  spent 10 minutes monitoring the property, they should have noticed things were
    not right and all of this could have been avoided. I know if we managed the property ourselves, this problem would have
    been detected, So what was the purpose of having a property manager if they have no idea as to what is going on in
    the properties they manage. Their response to us was "we can't be there all the time." They were never there.
    This compnay will say what they have to , to get your business, but basically your paying somone 10% to cash a check.
    When we requested a 3 month walk thru , the manager response was "most people wait 6 montths." I am writing this
    to make people aware of our expereince and to let them know not to use this company.

    Warrantech's Consumer Product Services
    Irrespective of any "fine print" or other disclaimer, this company is TERRIBLE to deal with. We have waited almost a month for the TV to be repaired, and nothing has been done. We've been lied to, hung-up on and laughed at. All the company can do is blame Panasonic, claiming that the part is back-ordered. The fact of the matter is that my deal isn't with the retailer or Panasonic or the repair company - it's with the warranty company and they haven't been up to the task. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THE NAME OF THE "PROTECTION PLAN" IS NSI PROTECTION PLUS. Beware.
