Appliance Repair reviews in Mount Juliet

Called to have a stainless steel refrigerator repaired. I wanted to know wether or not it would be worth it to repair since a replacement would cost about $1000. Was given a verbal estimate of $650, which included the $150 diagnosis. When I received the bill it was $950. This bait and switch is not acceptable.

Floyd called before arriving like he said he would. He arrived in the promised time frame. Diagnosed that we needed a new ice maker, had one in his truck and installed it. From start to finish, entire job lasted less than 45 minutes. Floyd was professional, very friendly and would absolutely call him again if needed.

    Southeastern Appliance Repair
Southeastern was able to come out the same day and get my refrigerator working again. The serviceman arrived looked at my refrigerator told me exactly what needed to be done. I was relieved that I did not need to buy a new one. Anyone who needs an appliance repaired these guys are awesome!

Floyd was very courteous and timely during the diagnostic process. He told us what the problem was, what the cost would be and when he would be back to repair. He arrived on time, completed the repair. We look forward to doing business with Mid State Appliance Repair in the future.

One day to my despair my trusty oven would not heat! I jumped on Angie's List and found MidState Appliance and their excellence reviews. I gave them a call! Floyd was very responsive. Very professional. Showed up! Which trust me often doesn't happen. It's sometimes a miracle someone actually shows up on time when they say they will.
Floyd had awesome communication, good price, fixed it in less than 30 minutes. I'll be using MidState again for sure!

The tech was great and very polite! He was very nice and quick. He has the heating element in my Samsung Front Loader Dryer replaced in 35 minutes. When he pulled the piece out there was dust on it and he didn't want it to get on the carpet so he took it to the kitchen to clean off the dust. I will definitely use them again for any appliance repairs that I have.

Eric came to our home, did a diagnosis on what was wrong with our Amana clothes dryer. The timer had gone bad, so he ordered a new timer and came back out a few days later to replace it. Professional and thorough.

Dryer began to shut off mid-cycle. Got on youtube to see if there was a simple DIY repair I could do. When it was all said and done, I disassembled the dryer - to the point that I felt comfortable - and shopvac'd all the lint and dust (thinking that my problem might be blocked wasn't). Realizing I needed a pro to pay a visit,  I looked here and saw that MidState Appliance Service was highly recommended so I called to set up an appointment. Floyd answered and was great. I told him everything I'm writing here and he immediately diagnosed the problem over the phone - my problem was my dryer's timer was bad and I needed it replaced.
I gave him the make and model of my dryer so he could order the new timer. He said it would take a few days to get the part if it's not in stock. He quoted $75 for labor, the rest was the cost of the replacement part and sales tax. Very reasonable to me. My first  call to Floyd was on a Monday. On Thursday, Floyd and his helper showed up at 8am sharp (when he said he'd arrive) and by 830, my dryer was drying clothes. Floyd was great to work with. I'd use him, and MidState, again in a heartbeat. Very professional, trustworthy, and knowledgable.
FYI - my dryer is a Roper brand, a brand of Whirlpool.

Floyd and his assistant Floyd arrived on time. They could not get the washing machine to duplicate the leak and they could not find any evidence of a prior leak. Floyd said he suspected what the cause was but would not replace the part unless he was sure that was the problem. He did not charge anything towards the washing machine.
The water dispenser was a fairly common problem with my make of refrigerator. He carried the part needed on his truck and replaced it fairly quickly. The charge for the part and the labor were fair.

Fix It Right Appliance Repair Svc
He did repair part of the appliance, but the other part was going to cost too much money. So I chose not to do it. It was on my refrigerator. He did great. But his personality was a little obnoxious. I'll never use him again. It was four or five months ago and something broke on my refrigerator, in my ice maker and he repaired that part of it. But, it was going to cost more money for him to have to diagnose my dispenser. An extra fee, because of some other issues and I just chose to forget it and I didn't want to go down that road. It was because of his personality. He was really nice. He took a call while he was here from someone that worked for him and then he ended up calling his client that was not happy with they had done. He basically was very obnoxious over the phone. He didn't excuse himself and go out and basically argued over the phone with his other client about price. I think that's very unprofessional. He did what he said he was going to do.
