Extremely caring and sympathetic, my dog went there a long long time but they were also the ones who put her down and  they were really nice about doing it after hours so there was no body else around  so I thought that was nice, knowledgeable and professional.

Uptown Hound Pet Spa are a five-star operation to me. They're fabulous. Larry and Denise are very good with the dogs. They're excellent groomers. Once your dog is done with their grooming, they take pictures of them and post them on their website. They're really, really good. I use them on a regular basis. Their prices are average. They carry high-end dog good that you can't find in this area.

Wonderful people, wonderful doctors, superb boarding facility as well. I am very particular and they more than surpassed my expectations for the last 5 years. They did a declaw and my cat had no pain! They have performed surgeries and everything has gone beautifully. I recommend t em highly for all veterinary needs.

Husband brought in 80 pound 10 year old male Lab Akita mix, for bath and grooming. Provided specifics details on what we wanted done, bath and grooming and nail clip. Not to use a number 10 blade as there was still cold weather in the area. We did not want belly fully shaved or a close shave around privates and to leave the tail alone. What we got was a close shaved dog with skin showing on belly and privates. The top two inches on his tail was also shaved with the remainder full. The nails in my opinion were not noticibly clipped as you could hear the dog walking on the tiles throught the house. We thought we would give the groomer the benefit of a first time visit and returned with our one year old 50 pound female dog. We first asked for nails to be reclipped on the male and groomers reponse was logical that she didn't want to hit the nail bed but did two nails on each front paw, and nothing more. This was a major improvement. Addtional customers were coming in and we got side tracked. We requested a bath and nails only for our female lab who was shedding, also losing her winter coat. She looked fine however when she was picked up the comment was she got tired, not sure if that was the groomer or the dog. Doesn't matter, our dog is still shedding and I won't return there for another grooming. They may be good with small animals but I would not suggest a mid sized or large animal.

My grand-daughter picked up my Shih-Tzu Thursday morning on 6-21 because she had appt. to be groomed at 9 am. She was done in just a few hour's and when my grand-daughter brought her home she looked so beautiful. I am disabled and it is hard for me to bath and comb her like I use to do. She was pretty well matted and I sent a note describling what I wanted to be done to her. She came back looking just like I was hoping. I know she had to feel so much better!! They always do a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Adopted dog from the animal shelter in Jefferson County. The shelter transported him to Lakeway Animal Hospital to have him neutered before I could bring him home. The staff at the hospital phoned me in the morning to ask if I would like him to have pain medication. I said that I did. They told me to check back with them that afternoon at approximately 4:00 pm. They phoned me again at approx. 3:00 pm to tell me that he was ready to pick up. When I picked him up he was fully awake and feeling fine. The following morning the phoned to follow up and make sure that Bruno was doing well. He was.  The were very friendly and professional. I will use them again.

I noticed that morning that my kitten was limping on a back leg. She would not let me look at it. By the time I got home the regular vets were all closed so I took her to the emergency clinic. Dr. Beeler examined her. She had an abscess between her toes that had ruptured. The staff cleaned the wound, gave her some oral pain medication and an injection of an antibiotic. They were very nice and caring. I have used their services in the past and will definitely use them again if the need arises. I feel like the charges were very reasonable considering that it is an emergency clinic.

Dr Hewitt is great. He gave me all the options for the shih tzu and one of the options was to go to another facility that had more experience with spinal injuries. He and all the girls who work there treated my babies as if they were their own. Could not ask for a more caring, honest, give it to you straight vet. He told me that the hardest part of the pup's recovery was up to me and how much I could give him the tough love. He cannot be an active pup for up to 10 weeks. He is available for any questions I may have. He also gave me advice about curbing the morkie's new aggressive behavior since the attack.

They are very professional and caring. The doctors there are easy going and my dogs do not fear going to the vet. They do a very thorough job with their check ups and they ask about things that may not readily be apparent relating to the pet's health.

We called while on vacation to check on the dogs and were told how things were going. They told us about eating habits, as well as play habits (we paid for a outside play time for the two of them). This was our second time to board our older dog, and he ran from the car to the door, so he was excited about the experience. Our new puppy had never been there before, so we were a little worried about how she would handle it. She seemed to enjoy it. Our older one was experiencing some jealousy issues at home due to the new puppy and he barked a lot. After coming back from Animal Crackers, he has forgotten that bad habit.I don't know what they did to him while he was there, but they deserve a raise! :)
