My husband dropped off his truck early in the morning and by afternoon they were calling saying it was ready! I was shocked because we've had to leave our car for days at some places and it wasn't because they weren't busy either! They were very busy. We would definitely use them again!

Their professionalism, their responsiveness, I have confidence in there skills and their very friendly, very comfortable waiting area, they have a large waiting area with comfortable seating they have beverages and snacks and what not available.

They explain things very well and very professional. If they could lower their price that would be great.

HORRIBLE. The mechanic, Jeremy was nice and told me I was not responsible for the part that was replaced because it was not broken when the car was dropped off. The owner, Pam Wolfe, made me pay for it even after two of her employees had said no, I was not responsible. 576$ to get my car and it is not even CLOSE to being fixed.

They actually came to my home and picked-up my husbands car because it would not go into gear to drive. So very nice and professional. It was something small (thank heavens) and repaired and gave my husband tips and small fixes he could do himself
I do recommend them to anyone who wants an honest, dependable garage. We claim them as our mechanics.

My grandson and I arrived at a busy Saturday morning, but the salesperson came fairly promptly when summoned. I told him the year, make and model of my car and that I needed new tires. He got on his computer and said "I have 2 excellent choices", and proceeded to tell me that one type is $86 per tire, the other $90. No other choices were given. So i told him my son had called and got quoted $56 per tire for a cheaper choice. He then went back on the computer and told me there indeed was a cheaper choice but it was $68. Mind you that if I had not asked, I would have only had the first 2 choices (the "woman and mechanic thing? I don't want to suppose).
He said that the cheaper choice was a ground level option, not bad but not good either (I guess doing his salesman thing to get me to buy the more expensive tires). I told him that's what I wanted, so I assumed that's what I would get.
After about an hour waiting, after he told me the wait would be around 30 minutes, he came over to tell me that the tires I wanted were not in stock and that he would upgrade to the next higher version at no charge. Great I thought, nice.
After about an hour and a half, the mechanic came in to give me the keys and I stood in line to pay. So what I expected to be about $280 was suddenly $380. So I told the lady what had transpired before and she called the salesman (Dean?) over. He said he had understood that I had wanted the mid price tires.  He offered to take the car back in to change it to the tires I really had wanted but by that time (almost 2 hours after getting there), I had had enough, well mainly my grandson was getting restless and we had somewhere to be.
I am putting little interpretation into this narrative, but for me, suffice it to say that I won't go there again. Their loss, because my jeep needs new tires which I know are quite a bit more expensive than any of the choices today.

You get what you pay for - and provided you have that in mind Crescent is great. I take my Jeep through regularly and FOR THE PRICE you can't beat it. Do they miss a spot occasionally? Yes - IT IS $21! Is it someplace you'd want to take you expensive prized auto? No - IT IS $21!
They basically get the car KINDA clean through an automatic wash and then their techs wipe it down, spray the tires, vacuum it out, and do a quick pass over the windows and dash. It is an assembly line kind of process and they clean hundreds of cars in a day but for this kind of money you can't beat it.
Don't be overly picky - remember you just paid some minimum wage crew $21 for something that would take you a long time to do. Please don't be one of and quot;those peopleand quot; who expect a $200 detail job for $21 bucks and you'll be very pleased. Is it the best way to preserve perfect paint? Of course not. Is it more than reasonable for your daily drive? Absolutely.
    Oh, and TIP THE GUYS!!!

This is the second time we have been to Sonny's.  The reason we went back is he did the job right and he was fair with his prices.  He has taught his son how to do the work as well.  You can never go wrong going to this guy to get your car, truck or van worked on.  He will not gouge you with the price either.

Porters has a great reputation, and for good reason. Their staff are very knowledgeable and service-oriented. No matter who you are talking to, they can answer your question, and are eager to help you. They don't make promises that can't keep, and always do everything in a professional manner. They are always busy, but always fast, too. I can't overstate how highly I recommend Porters Tire Stores.

This was for another managment member who was visiting our plant and was a bit worried about taking his BMW to a small shop (not very profesional looking building) but had a failure while away from home on business.
The reviews on Angies list looked good and his BMW mechanic in Georgia said they guy had all the right answers when he talked with him.
Rebuilt transmission and on the test drive said they had an issue and Kept it a day longer than expected but fixed the issue. It has been a month and no problems.
Overall they did a good job.

They have about the best mechanic around. He stays busy all the time so if you need your car in a hurry, you might as well forget it. He is the best mechanic I have ever found. He is very good. If I needed a vehicle he could probably have it done within a week. I have several vehicles so I never ask him because I am not in a hurry. He doesn't have room for extra vehicles in his lot. I will most definitely use him in the future.
