They are great. I really do trust them. I have begun the twice a year check on HVAC. I pay them once a year and I pay them twice. They've been a great help. They gave me a lot of tips on my water heater. I will absolutely use them again. They explain everything and give you tips on how to keep things running well. Communication is excellent.

Excellent service each time.  Very professional, polite, diligent workers who finished tasks in one or two days, cleaned up all their mess and took it with them.  We will definitely have them back to help with the rest of our home updating.

Mark was unbelievably professional and thorough in his work. He addressed all of our plumbing issues, and even located issues that we didn't even realize were there, like outdated pressure valves, leaky outdoor water faucets, etc. Mark walked me through everything with worked on and explained things in a way I could easily understand (no small feat!). He was kind, extremely helpful, and respectful of my home. My boyfriend I will absolutely use Cutler Plumbing Co. for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Mr Cutler arrived, surveyed the situation, and said he would try to find a water heater with the physical dimensions that would fit into the existing area. He took several measurements for relocation of the vent/water lines, and noted modifications required at the floor level so that a pan could be fitted into the area. He called back the next day indicating that he found a water heater available through Home Depot special order. I ordered the water heater and am currently waiting for delivery to the store where I will pick it up and contact Cutler to arrange for installation.

Mark arrived at the agreed upon time, evaluated the situation and made recommendations. He left for a short time and came back with needed parts and supplies and water heater was replaced along with pressure reducing valve. From start to finish, it took about five hours.

This was the second service for this problem - first one cost about $300 for two valves - then it started leaking again. They replaced one valve, but that didn't solve the problem. They wanted to replace the thermostat, but I had researched the problem and insisted on the expansion tank. I do not like three visits for the same problem, and I really do not like paying almost $500. for a leaky water tank - I could have installed a tankless system for that!!!

    Cutler Plumbing Co
We moved into our house a little over a year ago and needed the services of a plumber to take care of some aggravating problems, two that had the potential to become big issues. The water heater was over 18 years and sitting on the garage floor, there was a leak from a hose bib on the front of the house, the shower head in the master bath had an inadequate flow, and a sink in the master bath drained very, very slowly. I called Mark  on June 27 and arranged for him to come the next day. He arrived on time and within in minutes had cleared the sink drain of a very big wad of hair! He next established that a different shower head would be more satisfactory. He agreed that a new water heater would be prudent and that it needed to be on a stand for safety reasons. He obtained a very good water heater and installed it on a stand, along with a new gas valve and gas hose, new vent pipes and some new copper water pipes. He obtained a new shower head and replaced that too. He checked the water pressure on the house and determined that it is where it should be. At that point, he received an emergency call and we had a landscape contractor due to work that needed water, so Mark and I agreed that he would return either July 1 or July 2 to complete the fourth task.
Mark called me on July 1 to see if I was available for him to come over, but I had to go to work so we agreed on July 2 for him to replace the leaky hose bib. Again, he arrived in a timely manner and completed the job as promised. We were hoping to keep the cost under $2,000 and the final bill was well under that. I am extremely pleased with the work that Mark Cutler did for us and would call him again.

    1st Call Plumbing
They called the same day and made an appointment for the next day.
They called to say the technician was on the way. Jesse arrived
shortly, used shoe covers while in the house and was very
professional. He diagnosed the problem and made a repair.
Unfortunately, that did not resolve the problem. I contacted the home
warranty company and was told His and Hers Plumbing would call to
set up a time for Jesse to come back out. I was told that Jesse would
not be working for the next 4 days (plus 2 weekend days), and since he
started the repair, he had to be the technician to work on the problem.
So that added 6 more days with limited hot water. Jesse did return
and work on the problem. The 2nd visit did not repair the problem,
and Jesse had to return a 3rd time to repair the hot water heater. We
now have plenty of hot water. Taking into account 3 visits to the
house, technician time and parts, I think it would have been
cheaper/more economical to just replace the hot water
heater...........but the home warranty company is in charge.

    Kyle Hall Plumbing
Mr. Hall arrived on time and was professional. He diagnosed the problem and installed a pressure gizmo to correct the problem. It took quite a while, so I feel we got our money's worth. We'd use again.
