    ROCKY ELLISON MASONRY
This was exceptional service. Rocky came on site and matched the brick and even incorporated the brick design of the house into the mailbox. I have received nothing but complements from my neighbors. He built my mailbox better than the original !

    American Standard Foundation Repair
My approximately 7 year old house developed cracks in the brick from the ground to the roof on one corner. I decided to hire an engineer to make a recommendation on what needed to be done to fix the problem instead of just jumping in and hiring a foundation repair company and taking their advice.
I contacted 4 companies for quotes and only had 2 show up at the appointed time. Three companies confirmed their appointment times with either written info through the mail or email and one just didn't even bother with anything. After listening to the two presentations I chose American Standard Foundation Repair because of price and the work they agreed to do. ATFR wanted to do more support piers than the other competitor and also repaired the cracks in the brick which the other company didn't want to touch.
They showed up on time, did the work and I was impressed with their work. I wouldn't hesitate to use these folks again although I don't anticipate ever needing their services again.

    Woodruff Construction LLC
The prompt, friendly, and professional service provided by Woodruff represented the first time in years that I felt good about work done on my home. My three season room is no longer leaking, and I have a new door that keeps the cold out. I will use Woodruff again (and again), and I very highly recommend them. They came to Maryville - so they are regional in scope. When they say the will be at your home on Tuesday at 4:00 - you can bank on it - and that is amazing in this day and age.

    CREATIVE STONE & BRICK
We hired Creative Roofing aka  Creative
Stone and brick, to install a new roof on our house. The work was
professional and timely. The price was very good and the contractor was
very responsive throughout this process. The problem came when the roof
leaked. After a few phone calls the contractor did come out and repair
the leak, but the leak continued. After a second visit the leak has
appeared to stop. The contractor promised a return visit to repair the
damaged dry wall etc in our bedroom closet. Despite several promises and
repeated phone calls he has yet to show up. We will have to hire someone
    else to finish the repair.
I like the people and got along with
them well, but this is business. A customer should not have to make 10
phone calls to get a contractor to finalize the repair. If you want
someone to give a good price, give quality work, but are not concerned
with honoring any warranties, this is the company for you. If you are
looking for someone to give quality service both before and after they
are paid, you should look elsewhere.

    ROCKY ELLISON MASONRY
They came to give the estimate very quickly.  They arrived on time.  Took measurements, gave the estimate right away and then were able to give a start date which was within 2-3 days.  The repairs themselves took an additional 3 days.  Everything was done within a week from estimate to completion.  I would call Rocky Ellison for any masonry project.  He was professional and prompt.

    ROCKY ELLISON MASONRY
Rocky was great to work with, very professional. He was good at answering my questions and dealing with the issues that inevitably arose with my 94 year old house.  He was good at returning my calls and I will definitely look for him again on my next masonry project.

    CASTONE

We bought our house about two years ago. The previous owners had removed the artificial stucco from a part of the front of the house as they put the house on the market and hired what turned out to be incompetent workers to replace the stucco with vinyl siding. The rest of the house, about 80 percent is brick. After the siding work, when it would rain from the north, the large widows where the original stucco-surround windows remained would leak because they weren't flashed right. After contacting a number of contractors who either didn't show up, didn't submit a bid, said they weren't competent to handle the job (points for honesty, I guess) or gave an unreasonable estimate, I finally contracted Castone when someone suggested we go with stone siding rather than fiber-cement board. I worked with Castone's salesman Ken Rochelle, who came to work out an estimate. He was very patient and helpful when it came time to pick a style and color. My wife and I were a bit flummoxed about what to choose, but as it turrned out, Ken's original suggestion for a style and color was tight on. He's a great guy.
The workers arrived as scheduled and they did a fantastic job and were more than willing to tweak the work per our requests. They were polite, punctual and cleaned up every day. We love the look of the house now and the neighbors have compliment the work.
Without a doubt we would use Castone again. The price was reasonable compared to what we got and the effort involved.

They pressure washed the side of the house, The service was mediocre, since they damage the paint on sides and I have to replace the whole sidings.
