    The cleaning was pretty good until the crew changed.My wife found approximately $70,000 worth of jewelry missing.We had no proof that the cleaning crew took it,but it was the only logical assumption.When we informed the owner that we had filed a claim with our insurance company,she went off the deep end and became extremely defensive.They were never directly accused of the theft only apprised of the circumstances.We had no problems with the young lady running the crew,but only wanted to let the owners know that the new people might need to vetted much better.After trying to explain to the ownership two more times that we were not accusing them of theft ,only trying to make them aware of the situation,we were told they would no longer clean for us.Based on these occurrences,I would not hire them.

    Abseco Cleaning Services
    We paid Abseco Cleaning $2800.00 for a ���deep cleaning��� of a newly purchased home. The house was not a foreclosure, or a hoarder situation���just a family home that had not received regular housekeeping. The following items on Abseco���s quote to us that were either partly completed, poorly completed or not completed at all include: dust and wet clean air ducts, clean windows, clean all light switch plates and electric outlets, clean interior and exterior cabinets and drawers in kitchen, bathrooms and other spaces, exterior and interior cleaning of both refrigerators, microwave, and oven, HVAC vents dusted and wet cleaned, and all hard floors dust mopped, wet cleaned, and disinfected. Verbally, the owner Debra Lawrence also said that they would pull out the refrigerator and washer/dryer from the wall and clean behind them. Abseco did not honor their contract. None of these ���deep cleaning��� items was performed. The $2800 ���deep clean��� was cursory and superficial. We promptly notified the owner upon realizing the the house was still quite dirty. We took photos and sent them to her. Upon learning that cabinets were not cleaned out, toothpaste, etc. was left in the drawers, the top of the refrigerator was filthy (as was the grill below), microwave vents were greasy, floor vents and ducts were filthy and full of dust, the owner responded with this text message: ���You bought a pathetic filthy disgusting house....��� We were incredulous. The owner acknowledged that ���some of my technicians did not do what they should have done,��� but tried to blame us���the customer���for complaining about the shoddy job. My husband spent a great deal of time cleaning windows that were ���missed��� and I spent many days cleaning refrigerator tops and vents, cabinets, appliances etc. I still have all of the bathroom cabinets left to clean inside and out. We paid $2800.00 to have the items listed by her on her ���Deep Cleaning Estimate��� completed. In hindsight, we question whether the superficial cleaning Abseco Cleaning Services performed was worth even a few hundred dollars. Although Angie���s List rates the company favorably, there are other reviews out there that express exactly our disappointment. Heed our warning and hire someone else. If you don���t, you will end up paying Debra Lawrence and end up doing the work yourself. To add insult to injury, the owner will disparage your house if you complain! Don���t be taken to the cleaners. The only thing ���pathetic��� about our experience is the poor quality of Abseco���s work, her overrated reputation, and her abysmal customer service.

    Dwight helped us get our house on the market and helped us with repairs from the home inspection. He did his best to accommodate our tight time frame. His work was good quality and he and his crew cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. The tiling he did turned out beautiful. We trusted him to complete the work without supervision as we were already living out of state at the time and he did not disappoint.

    Marshall Cleaning Service
    The cleaners who were sent to our home did an abysmal job. Upon inspecting their work after their 2-hour cleaning session, barely anything was clean! There was still dust all over the ceiling fans, the baseboards were still filthy, the refrigerator still had stains and food crumbs all over it. I called Marshall to complain, and they sent the same cleaners back to my home. They had a nasty attitude and mouthed off at me for complaining. It was completely unprofessional. I do NOT recommend their services to anyone, and I will not hire again!

    This company was referred to us by a family friend. We called to set an appointment for the exterior of our home to be cleaned and they were able to put us on their schedule for two days later. Our home is brick and vinyl siding and, prior to the cleaning, the siding had developed a dingy/discolored appearance from buildup over the past few years. Zac and his partner (don't remember his name) arrived on time and began the cleaning process. It began to rain and they continued to work! Not only did they make the house look new but they cleaned the gutters and pressure washed our concrete porch. These guys were professional and worked diligently from the time they arrived until they were finished. I will use them in the future and would recommend them to friends.

    I would tell people to never hire them. They will never set foot in my house again. They were lazy, they rode the clock and left dirt. I had to get someone else a couple of days later. I am going to send a letter to their office. They did not do what they were supposed to do.

    Provided appeared to be in a hurry.  He did move some furniture, which many carpet cleaning companies will not do, but the finished  job was amateurish.  Possibly because we told him we had were putting the house on the market.

    Hood's Home Services
    We were impressed by Daniel Hood when he came to do a walk thru of our home to go over all the repairs needed done to sell our house. We basically wanted the main rooms patched up and painted, baseboards replaced, damaged doors replaced, door frames replaced where needed, replace carpet, repair damaged sections of wood floors, pressure wash and stain our two porches. We had lived in the home 12 years and had pet damage that needed fixed and basic fix it up to sell work. We were quoted that it would take approximately 5 days excluding the carpet installation. However it took almost 4 weeks. Hood himself didn't supervise this crew and they took forever. Our realtor had to constantly go by to make sure things were getting done. We hadn't asked for our laundry area to be painted and yet they pulled out the washer and dryer and painted it. They blocked the basement stairs with the washer so the home inspector couldn't get down the basement stairs without moving it. They kept the house, which was empty, full of trash. They pulled out the old carpet and left it and other trash piled in the driveway in the rain for weeks. The one day our realtor went there and Hood was there the crew was organized, the house was neat and work was getting done. He returned the next day and the house was chaos again. They got new doors and when they painted them put the second coat on too soon and totally messed up the paint job. I get a call from Hood saying the doors were up and looked good and I got pictures and a phone call from my realtor the same day saying the doors looked horrible. Even the workman on site said the doors were messed up. My poor realtor had to stay on top of them constantly. We had buyers who were wanting to replace carpet with new wood flooring and were going to remodel the kitchen area. A lot of the originally planned work was removed from the order. It still took them 4 weeks and our buyers basically just wanted them out of there. On one hand, Hood did take money off their final bill due to the problems. But he also promised that the house would be clean. The crew left the place with trash still in it. To top it off, two days after they were done and the day before our closing on the house both our realtor and myself get threats from Daniel Hood to place a lien on our home for the final payment of $2227.63. I was waiting for the final OK from my realtor that work was done and then I was going to give them the payment. I was living several states away from the house during all this and relied on my realtor to keep me informed. To threaten a lien after all the crap they put us thru was just an added insult. I believe if the job had been supervised by Hood the whole time it would have gone a lot better. Small jobs, they're probably good at. Ours was major and we went by reviews and chose them. In retrospect, I should have chosen one who had reviews on larger jobs.

    Update:

    As to the number of calls received from Daniel Hood. My cell phone records date and time of incoming caalls and I received a total of two from Mr. Hood prior to him switching to my home phone. As I explained when i called Mr. Hood, my cell phone has been giving me a lot of trouble and doesn't always ring when I get calls and also just locks up and has to be rebooted repeatedly. I didn't get notification of his calls but found them in the call log after his house call. I was away from home for the two calls I received on my house line. The second call that left a message regarding the lien I replied to shortly after returning home and I hadn't even listened to his message. I had spoken with my realtor earlier that day and he gave the all clear. I verified with my husband who was on a business trip out of state as to how he wanted to pay. I then called Mr. hood immediately. It was that night that I got around to listening to the message and was shocked to hear his treat of the lien on our home. Both our home and cell phones have been having trouble and it wasn't my refusing to answer his calls. Not to mention that I wasn't sitting at home waiting for him to call, I was out of the house quite a bit during that time frame.

    As to the house having trash in it, I have have to go by what my realtor told me since I wasn't in the state to be able check the house personally. My realtor went above and beyond doing cleaning in the house also. He never mentioned Mr. Hood cleaning the house. If there's a discrepancy it's between the two of them. Each has a different story.

    I was comped a fee of 3,25% for paying by credit card? This credit card fee was never mentioned at all at any time when dealing with them. When I paid the down payment I specifically asked his employee on the phone if they took credit cards, was told yes. No mention of a fee at all. And no mention of the fee when he gladly took my final payment.  I'm just gald the whole fiasco is behind us.

    She came and met with me, walked through my house and gave me a price. We set up a date and she said she was going to come every other week on Friday mornings. The time she said she would come was at 8am. 8am came she didnt come, 8:30 came and i called and left a message. I waited about an hour and she didnt answer. I left a message once and i called her number twice.
