Gutter Repair reviews in Maryville

Nathan did a wonderful job. He had to do some work on the metal roof before adding the new gutters. He was very professional, prompt and clean up was excellent as well. His pricing was the the best from 3 estimates I received. I really like that he is a local company. You can't go wrong! I would definitely hire again and recommend----and have already to others needing this work.

    Hayes Maintenance & Home Improvement
I am completely thrilled with Mr. Hayes... he was punctual, efficient, and provided excellent repairs and advice. I will be calling him back for my 'Honey Do' List in the future. My repairs were not an emergency and I had to wait for a few weeks for Mr Hayes availability. He was more than worth the wait! His is honest, caring, attentive and kind. I have never had a contractor move faster than I do...

    Debuty Builders Inc
We specifically hired Debuty because Andy told us they did not cault butt joints but would instead use method recommended by Hardie, a process known as flashing joints. After house was over half done, my husband noticed they were not flashing joints as recommended. When we called them on it, they started flashing, but over half the house had not been done correctly. We had to pay our painters to caulk. Andy did give us a discount but we still had to come up with over $1,000 more of our own money to pay for something that should have been part of the original price. Also, flashing is much better because it adds an additional weather barrier between boards, whereas caulking can shrink or deteriorate. So we were not happy with our siding installation. Andy was responsive to our questions and did admit his workers were not using flashing but it didn't fix the situation. Also, we have found over a hundred long and dangerous nails and pieces of trash that his workers let in our yard and mulch beds. Gutters were contracted out but they were installed correctly.

    CRS Exteriors
From start to finish Sales Rep, Ed Clark, was a pleasure to work with. His knowledgeable recommendations on the many possibilities for the design of the room expanded our vision and improved the final product beyond our expectations. He kept us informed regularly throughout the entire project. Dan, our assigned Project Manager, was on site regularly to ensure quality of workmanship by the many trade teams involved. Progress was hampered due to unpredictable winter weather but the finished project was well worth the cost. We would highly recommend the CRS team to anyone considering any future sun room renovation project.

    Kelly's Guttering & Siding
Perfectly. He initially told me he could come give estimate right away and, if accepted, return within 3 weeks to do the job. He came right on time, gave a fair estimate and returned as promised and did a great job. Many other contractors either never returned my call or never even showed up. He was johnny on the spot, hassle free and professional.

    Hatcher Siding and Seamless Gutter
They arrived on time. they were quick, and did an excellent job in a very professional manner. Marvin Hatcher said that he had been doing his work for all his life and I could tell that he knew exactly what he was doing and how to do it. He asked me how I wanted a couple of things on the job done and he gave me very experienced advice on what would work best. The finished job looked great. I would definitely hire these people again if I needed these services.

    Custom Renovations Co
Mark's crew showed up at 8 am as promised. Worked all day and finished leaving a clean area at 8 pm. All three stayed busy. Mark came out for estimate as promised and completed the job within a few days once I hired him to do the work.

    Campbell's Painting & More
Crew arrived on time and when they began work, found out the problem was more extensive than originally estimated.  After dealing with the bigger problem, the smaller problem of some damaged soffit and guttering was addressed. Work was probably completed in about 3 hours

    CRS Exteriors

The crew CRS contracted to do Everlast siding had never installed this type of siding before.  They were gutter/repair installers.

May 26, one person showed-up the first day.  May 27,  no one worked or called the second day, nice, sunny day.

The following day, there were 2 people working.  On Friday, 2 people worked full day & "crew leader" a few hours. Saturday, 3 people (no crew leader) .  June 1st, about 10AM, someone called & said it was raining; I told him it was not raining here, but no one came to work.  Was a nice day, no rain.  June 2nd, crew leader & 2 people arrived early & worked until 7pm.  June 3rd, 3 people arrived early & crew leader came about 10:30.  Siding was finished.

When I brought the large/uneven spaces to CRS attention, I was told there was nothing wrong with it....the gaps would expand in cold weather.  It's cold weather & the gaps have grown to 1/4 inches (may be larger/smaller in some places).  My experience with CRS has been a frustrating, costly mistake.  I could never - in good conscience recommend this company for siding.  Everyone who has seen it agrees it looks awful, except CRS.

Overall it's a good job & I feel a fair price was charged; however, I spotted one small oversight right as the guys were close to leaving & asked them to fix it (the oversight involved cladding about  1 ft. of fascia).  They were young; had been working all day; hot; tired; and irritated to be delayed. The fix took less than 5 minutes, but was a somewhat sloppy patch; otherwise, I would have given them top grades on all accounts.  I didn't have the heart to get them to re-do it, but every time I look at it . . .  I wish I had.
