GREAT! Brian arrived as scheduled, diagnosed problem, and gave options. Scheduled work, contacted utility companies, and arrived as promised. Worked hard all day to complete job. Very happy with work done. Would definitely hire again.

    The Plumbing Authority
The work was very thorough.  Explained why the problem occurred, and made some recommendations to change some things so that the problem does not occur again.  Was on time, and was very professional.  I would use him again.

Pipe Wrench Plumbing Heating & Cooling Inc

Scheduled appointment day before & service tech (Jerry) was extremely professional, knowledgeable & friendly! Upon completing service Jerry hung around & allowed us to run a cycle in the washing machine, fill the tub & drain both to make sure everything drained properly & we had no further problems.

This is the 2nd time I've used Pipe Wrench Plumbing & I will be calling on them again for any future opportunities!

    The Plumbing Authority
Overall, it was a good experience.  They were able to make it to the house quickly and showed up at the time they said they would.   It was a complicated job, as our plumbing has some quirks to it.  But they seemed knowledgeable about plumbing--even the younger assistant seemed like he really knew his stuff.  And they were adaptable--reconfiguring a tip for their pipe snake on the fly to deal with the clog.  It took a while but they were working hard the whole time--I didn't feel like they were drawing anything out to increase the labor costs.  They also did a good job explaining what the problem was, something that dovetailed with other things I knew about our plumbing, so I know it was reliable.  I would definitely use them again.

    Pine's Plumbing Perfected
I am so impressed with Pine's Plumbing Perfected, Inc. that they will now be my go to service provider for any and all plumbing problems I may have in my home and at any of my rental properties I own.

I made contact to get an estimate to locate & pump out a septic tank as soon as the service provider could work me in. Surprisingly, I was told they were booked and weren't interested. I acknowledged they're busy & I asked again if they would work me in as time allowed and they said to find someone else?... Really?

I've used them in the past with much success... unfortunately, I guess success really does have a negative effect on some people!?!?

    Matt's Plumbing
Good start, not so great ending .......

I knew this would be a big project, so I got a couple of quotes for the job. The house built in 1952 was never updated, steel pipe
throughout and most likely not in good shape. The reason I finally hired Matt's plumbing was the fact they were be able to start
quickly and I did like the pointers Matt's associate Jim Greene made discussing the scope of work. I wanted the new bathtub installed
and the shower faucet / plumbing replaced before we put new tiles up. As the work started, we found out that all the pipes were clogged,
( build up from the inside and corrosion), so we had to replace all of the plumbing. So the job ended up close to 6 k after everyhting was
done. Matt and his assistant worked for a week, showed up when they said and informed me throughout the process. Once they
had done the major work ( including put in a new powderroom) we discussed their return after the bathroom is tiled and some of
the ductwork rerouted to acommodate the new powderroom plumbing. Matt did respond quickly to finish the job, however some
small things were forgotten, i.e compression valves in the bathroom. When I asked for the final amount left to be paid, I ended up
paying $900.00 more than owed but when I noticed it, Matt quickly re-imbursed the overpayment in cash. So we had still plenty
of work before we finally could move in, which happend the second week of August. After a couple of days living here, I had to
do some work in the crawlspace and noticed water underneath the bathroom tub. I asked my wife to turn on the shower while
down there and saw water coming out from the wall above. So I called Matt and left a message,(Wednesday Aug.20th) that we have a leak somewhere in the bathroom wall ( which we really wanted to avoid) by replumbing everything.
He called back in the evening and left a voicemail quote: I could't understand what was said/ scrambled message of mine, but since he
got the number he called back anyway. So i called him again the next day, left a detailed message and told him, that I will open up
the wall from the closet side instead of tearing down my new tiles to investigate where the leak is coming from. I already knew that it must
come from above the shower hot/cold assembly, because water was only running between the wall when the shower was activated.
I did not hear back from him, on Friday (22) I had the time to rip out the closet wall and finally observed where the leak was.I took pictures and a video of it to document , the upper joint to the shower head was spraying water. I did send him the pics to his phone and asked again for him to come over to fix it. No response ! On Saturday (23rd) I send him an email, final attempt to get him
to fix his workmanship and indicated, that if he doesn't show up the following Monday 25th., he will have to face the consequences.
Monday went by until around 16:35, Matt called and said he would come over on Tuesday (next day ). He called again a few minutes
later, Quote : this is Matt , I left you a couple of messages .....I take care of it tomorrow.Needless to say, after his ignorance
for a couple days of my calls/ texts etc. I was not amused. I called him the next morning to ask for an Eta and did not get
a response until noon time. I have not enough time to wait around all day, but he did show up with his associate on
Tuesday afternoon , no word of apologies or " let me reimburse you for the damage " (closet wall repair) , turns out that they did not
test the shower plumbing upon completion of the project( it would have been detected, trouble avoided) . It took them
just a couple of minutes and some teflon tape and putty , shower was leak free. Initially I was not going to write a review ( lack of time)
but then I thought it would defeat the purpose of Angies list. I let the reader be the judge of this, if I would have gotten the
call from a customer who just spent some seroius money , I would have stopped by the next day and solved the problem instead
of avoiding it. I will have no further business with that company.

In all the shower had to be removed, a hole dug in the foundation to repair a faulty drain that was 'jury rigged' by the builder, cutting and repairing the drywall and a new shower unit/sliding door installed. James, the owner and plumber, organized various people to do the job right and in the end we have a much improved master bath. He was a pleasure to work with especially when the problems were totally unexpected. I recommend the Plumbing Company of East Tennessee very highly.

Ron was awesome and very professional. he did what the other plumbers didn't do. he ended up cutting a piece out of the main pipe to allow the pipe to drain more efficiently. He also installed a brass flapper to keep it from backing up in the future. We've had issues with backups for months and he fixed it!

    Cutler Plumbing Co
We moved into our house a little over a year ago and needed the services of a plumber to take care of some aggravating problems, two that had the potential to become big issues. The water heater was over 18 years and sitting on the garage floor, there was a leak from a hose bib on the front of the house, the shower head in the master bath had an inadequate flow, and a sink in the master bath drained very, very slowly. I called Mark  on June 27 and arranged for him to come the next day. He arrived on time and within in minutes had cleared the sink drain of a very big wad of hair! He next established that a different shower head would be more satisfactory. He agreed that a new water heater would be prudent and that it needed to be on a stand for safety reasons. He obtained a very good water heater and installed it on a stand, along with a new gas valve and gas hose, new vent pipes and some new copper water pipes. He obtained a new shower head and replaced that too. He checked the water pressure on the house and determined that it is where it should be. At that point, he received an emergency call and we had a landscape contractor due to work that needed water, so Mark and I agreed that he would return either July 1 or July 2 to complete the fourth task.
Mark called me on July 1 to see if I was available for him to come over, but I had to go to work so we agreed on July 2 for him to replace the leaky hose bib. Again, he arrived in a timely manner and completed the job as promised. We were hoping to keep the cost under $2,000 and the final bill was well under that. I am extremely pleased with the work that Mark Cutler did for us and would call him again.
