    FOUNTAIN CITY AUTO CLINIC
They've always treated me well and so I keep going back. They've earned my trust by doing good work at reasonable prices and they're always friendly. Good shop all around, would recommend to my friends, family and anyone else. Will be going back to them when I need more work done in the future.

    RISING SUN CYCLES
Was completed on time and the work was professionally done. High quality replacement parts were used. It’s great to have honest people that you can trust to fix your vehicle at a reasonable price. I would recommend Rising Sun to anyone that needed their vehicle repaired.

I recently had service done here. I also utilized their car washing service since I was there and my car needed washing and I am getting to the age that I just don't get the enjoyment out of it anymore. Well I did have several things done plus the car wash, but it took an exuberant amount of time. I was in a hurry to get home since it did take so long, that I was unable to go over the car as I would have wished. I had several things I had to get done that day and I was off to work, I work 12 hour rotating shifts at one of the local plants. When I did slow down my son said that he noticed that I got the car washed and that at least the tires shined. I drive to work in the dark and noticed that the rear window had not been cleaned at all and that the windshield was splotchy, at least the tires shined. The inside was vacuumed, but the cup holders were still sticky and it did not look like there was a thorough wiping down, but at least the tires shined. There were areas that were missed on the exterior of the car, but at least the tires shined. Overall, the experience was not too bad, the brakes are great even though a little on the pricey side, the oil got changed, the tires got rotated and balanced, to bad no body checked the pressures, but at least the tires shined. I purchased the tires here and was under the impression that a tire rotation and balance was part of the deal, but no, you have to purchase a hazard warranty for that, who would have guessed, but at least the tires shined.

Professional, friendly service. Charges are very reasonable. MUCH less expensive than taking car to dealer for the same work. Never do more work than is needed. Comfortable, spotless environment. Transportation can be provided if unable to wait for work to be done. Even provide coffee, water and cookies to waiting customers!

    Grayson Subaru
Purchased a defective car the day before Christmas Eve. I can't even get it up my driveway or turn corners when the road is at all wet as it slides and has no traction. Whole car shakes when I turn on defrost or AC. I attempted to speak via phone to the manager Michael about this, who proceeded to threaten me and refused to so much as have a mechanic look at the car they had sold me 2 days ago. He said "I'm not a mechanic. I just sell them and I dont take returns". I mentioned lemon laws and he said he was now refusing ever to have his mechanic service me or look at the car because "I had threatened him"! When I asked if there was an owner or regional manager i could talk to he laughed and said "I'm the top of the food chain, sweetie". Told me to take it to GMC because it was under warranty there....but the Subaru sales associate had sold me a different warranty under the premise that it had no GMC warranty. So either Michael or the original sales associate lied. Michael also lied and said I could "trade the car into GMC without the title if I wanted to get rid of it so badly". GMC said "no reputable dealer will take a car without a title". Even Carvana said the same. I now have a practically undrivable car I do not even have the ability to sell to a different dealer until Grayson gets me the title. My family has bought 5 Subarus and will never use the brand again due to Michael's behavior. I had traded in my old outback for this GMC and told the sales associate I would be trading it in again in a couple of years for a new outback when I had more money saved. My mother, who was planning on trading her crosstrek in for a newer version within weeks, is now looking into toyota or vw. Other family members are thinking about doing the same, as we don't even feel comfortable setting foot in this dealership to have the Subarus we still own serviced. I told Michael I'd be writing this review, to which he responded "this is America you can do whatever the f*** you want". EDIT: I did speak to the owner on the phone. He was polite but insincere and did not apologize for Michael's behavior or attempt to remedy the situation beyond offering to check the status of the GMC warranty. He said that "cars break down whether it's the day you buy it or years later". Lovely.

We love these guys. Always professional, always done on or before they say they will, and prices are very reasonable. Note that they only service Honda and Toyota (and Acura/Scion and Lexus).

I've been using Jim Phibbs for over ten years now, and could not be happier. They are polite, competent, trustworthy and provide fair service. So glad to have a mechanic I can trust with all our cars.
