  I've purchased tires for all my vehicles from Stevenson Tire since my first visit in 2004.  Their prices and service are excellent.  The personnel are courteous and professional.  Steve Stevenson has always given me solid recommendations on tires to fit my budget based on the specific vehicle I'm buying for.  I won't buy tires from anyone else.

  European Auto Garage

  My husband and I just moved to Tennessee (from Minnesota), and our car's onboard computer was reporting that we needed service (rear brakes). We naturally checked Angie's List for the Knoxville area and discovered European Auto Garage.  I called and was able to get an appointment later that morning. The brakes problem was diagnosed and repaired within about 3 hours. Everyone was professional, friendly,  and responsive. EAG also changed out our Minnesota license plates for our new Tennessee plate (we could not do it ourselves because the back screws had rusted in place). The price was not cheap, but was very fair, given the service.
  We will definitely continue to use EAG for our BMW service needs without hesitation.

  Harper Acura

  The service was fantastic. The workers were good. We actually did a walk-in so they were really good. They took us in immediately. They are the only Acura dealer in the area. I did not shop around. Mine is a new car. I went in there and I think they have some sort of deal going on that day, but to me, it was a fair price.

  I have been using them for about 4-5 years for all of my oil changes and anything that I need done to my vehicles. They do good work for fair prices. They are very reliable and I am very satisfied with what they do. I am confident that things are done right as well.

  WEST END TIRE SALES

  Had a tire blow out, knew it was getting bad but hadn't got around to having it fixed. Went in and they checked the tires and said the back two needed replaced and the front two still had some wear left but I knew they were very old so I had them replace them also. They were very honest with me and only did what I needed done. I liked that. Checked around prices on tires and were well inline with other places I checked.
  This is the second time I have been there and both time they were very helpful and nice. Didn't try to push anything on me.

  They are extremely trustworthy in what they do. There's never any question about hidden charge for something that doesn't need to be done. With what they do, they are extremely fair in pricing. They are very good.

  ANASTOS MOTORS AUTO CENTER

  The inspection is a simple event. They check the readout on the vehicle computer. I also asked about servicing my converted shuttle bus. They did not have a lift with the capacity needed, but they directed me to a place that had a bigger lift. Anastos has willingly answered other questions in the past and I have no complaint about any of the work they have done for me to date.

  They are the most trustworthy, honest, and money saving auto service that I have ever used! I have lived all over the United States, and I can say that they are truly the best!  Cliff, the manager, is brilliant! I always ask for Leeroy. He is a great mechanic and always does me right. Sherry, Josh, Roman, and J.P. are also star employees!

  Neal's Kar Kare

  Contacted Neal's Kar Kare for an estimate. The price was fair. Scheduled to drop off my SUV in the morning. Was called about 3 1/2 hours later and was informed that the car was ready to picked up and that everything had gone well with the repair with no issues involved. They were friendly and professional and I will use them again and highly recommend them again.
