    Summit Roofing
Scott with Summit Roofing is someone you CAN trust. I dont use that word lightly as I have been messed over by many so called great companies. I plan on getting them to doing roofing for 7 different friends . I do not recommend very many services, but I would scream from my new roof :) how professional, clean, efficient, will not hard sell you on something you dont need and I could go on and on. There really are not strong enough words to express this company and the job they do. I will tell you this if you go somewhere else , you just missed the best. Thanks Scott, the crew and the owner for all you did. You can rest assured I will be using you and only you forever.

    Handi Andy
When we began our relationship with Andy it was via a phone call from our primary residence many miles away across the state. Based on his excellent reviews, his pleasant demeanor, knowledgeable answers to my questions and his suggestions, it gave us the confidence to move to the next step of having him walk through our property and have him prepare a proposal. He and his team began demo immediately after we closed on our purchase. During the process he was an excellent communicator utilizing the phone, texting and even sending us photo updates at each milestone. This communication was awesome as we were only in town 50% of the time. He was extremely focused on maximizing the timeline to ensure that our daughter could move into her unit by a set deadline. He then completed our unit based on our goals. Our project became a domino from one task leading to numerous others. Andy did a great job, updating us on the areas that needed attention and how we would need to adjust the budgeting and end bill. Andy believes in completing the work with excellence and then receiving payment. Due to the extent of our remodeling, we worked with him on breaking down the expenses at various stages of the journey. Even upon completion of our work, we needed a few areas to be tweaked and he was quick to return to us to make sure we were satisfied with the final end result. As an added note, Andy was dedicated to us and did not hop around between us other job opportunities and back to us. He was committed to doing a fabulous job for us, even if that required turning down other jobs that were presented to him He stays focused on the job at hand and kept his eye on our target...serving us his present client.

    Expert Construction
He did such a good job that three of our neighbors have asked for his card and his info to get new roofs too. They were great. We've had roofs put on the house before, twice. We have been here since 1976.The rood wasn't bad we just wanted to get it replaced while we had the money. They gave us a 25 or 20 year warranty on this. We though the price was really good. We got five bids from five companies that came out and walked all over the roof. This bid was not only the most sincere but it was the actual owner of the place that came out here. Within the price ranged I'd say he was more on the low end. We got the color we wanted. We had originally talked about putting a metal roof on but he said that the new asbestos shingling that they put up that is made with silicon in it will last longer then a metal roof would. We were just very happy he showed us all the differences and everything.

Bone Dry Roofing, Inc. - Nashville
It didn't. I requested the deal posted on Angie's List. The post stated that after I request and paid they would contact me to schedule a date. All I needed to do was select 3 date preferences. I selected the 3 dates and paid. I waited two weeks and was never contacted. I contacted Angie's List and they said for me to contact them or they would do it. It just didn't feel right so I requested a refund.

    Brown's Pressure Washing
It went perfectly. Brown was able to get guys out there that week. The guys arrived exactly on schedule and were done within an hour! The house looked incredible and made the roof look years younger! Brown beat out every other person's price (not even close), and the work was top notch and efficient! Thank you so much! Bluebird Roofing & Construction
Danny came out and was extremely helpful in meeting with the insurance adjuster and helping to work out the pricing to replace the complete roof. I found there workers to be prompt, professional and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this company.

    Fessler Home Improvement
I guess the jobs we discussed were not worth their time, because they never got back to me on a quote. I've got the money to pay, but I was treated like small change. Oh well, the work goes to those more worthy.

    Quality Exteriors
, and could possibly be the best service provider I have ever worked with in 20 years remodeling homes.  He was punctual, and suggested off the bat other companies to call for second opinions and bids.  He educated me on what to expect from other companies, what up-charges were necessary or not for the project in his opinion, and when he followed up with a quote, was able to beat the competitors.  The work is excellent, and the installer would sit, often the better part of a day in his truck if necessary during rain showers (which happened a lot this spring), until the work was done.  I wish I could replicate his business model in all of my subs, as I'd never have a worry again.  You will not be disappointed.

    Accurate Roofs LLC
It went very well. David Welch kept me informed of all timelines. Materials were delivered as scheduled. The crew showed up on time on the installation date and completed all work in one day. Install also included replacement of one attic vent and installation of 5 new vents. All debris was cleaned up and hauled away as promised. I am very pleased with the professionalism shown and quality of work. I would happily recommend Accurate Roofs LLC.

    Accurate Roofs LLC

Let me tell you 'bout my Roof!!!  I called Accurate Roofs for an estimate in June, 2014.  When I purchased my house in 2011, I was told my roof was almost new - only 1 year old, so having leakage into my house was NOT a 'happy camper' thing!  Dave Welch is the owner, and he arrived promptly with Mike (the only guy I EVER knew who worked on roofs in Cowboy Boots!) to check out my roof.  We decided to do some repairs to buy me some time - but we all agreed a new roof was the only viable solution, as the workmanship on my original roof was poor at best.  I just about choked, because the estimate for the new roof, and all gutter replacements was more than $12,000.  The price didn't seem outrageous to me, considering the size of my roof, but I needed some time to swallow THAT pill!  Of course, being an economic conservative (i.e. CHEAP!), I also wanted to get other estimates for comparison.  Welllll ... I simply procrastinated, and resigned myself to biting the bullet this spring, after my tax return.

Mike just happened to call me as a follow-up on Friday, 2/20 ... I told him I STILL hadn't gotten estimates, but I PROMISED I would do it over the next few weeks so I could go ahead and get this thing done once and for all.  Guess what?  On SATURDAY 2/21, I was lining up all my big pots up along an ever-lengthening crevice in my living room ceiling!  Gotta admit, it was an experience to witness rainfall in my own house!  Of COURSE I panicked ... and of COURSE, Dave and Mike were the only ones I could think of to call!!!  Now, just for the record ... this was the Week of the Ice Age in my neighborhood.  I am on a street that wouldn't know a salt truck from a paddy wagon, in a neighborhood that has quite a few hills.  Many cars (including mine) had not been out since Monday, streets were STILL icy, and we were getting MORE frozen precip on this happy Saturday.  Mike and Dave were at my house thru all this mess in a few hours.  Mike was up on that roof (Boots and all!) in minutes, pounding on my roof and heaving blocks of ice from a valley in my roof where the damage was.  Apparently, 6-7 inches of ice, melting from the bottom, and weighing down from the top left no other passage for the water to escape than through my ceiling, which was already compromised from the previous damage, AND which the previous owner never repaired.  Later, over some coffee, we all agreed this roof wasn't going to wait till spring.  Still moaning about having to part with soooo much money, Dave took out some paper and jotted some stuff down, then looked at me and said, 'Look - if you can do without the gutter work for now, would it help if I dropped the cost down to $8500?'  LATER for any additional estimates!  These guys came out in horrible weather, even WITHOUT a contract, just to help someone in need ... they charged me NOTHING, and wouldn't even accept a gratuity (Dave said it's all about 'doing right' by people).  I signed an agreement right there and then!

Dave said he'd have the roof done this week - as soon as the ice melted, and it would only take 1 day for the whole job.  Mother Nature was still not cooperative, and the ice didn't really clear the roof till the end of the week.  We talked about moving the installation to next week, because temps would be better, BUT rain was in the forecast.  So, to my surprise (and relief!) Dave managed to get enough volunteers to do the roof on Saturday.

At about 6:30 in the morning, when there was barely enough light for the bird to catch the worm, a crew of 6 pulled up in the driveway, and they started spreading tarps on all the landscaping around my house.  By 7:00, chunks of my 2 old roofs were flying off the roof and down on those tarps!  Now, let's take a moment to talk about work ethic.  The ONLY break they took ALL DAY was to eat - and THAT was only about 15 minutes!!!  I got them some Jets Pizza, some Krispy Kreme Donuts, and some water and Gatorade, and you'd THINK I'd just treated them to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse!!!  Dave was here for a few hours, then left for other appointments when he felt confident there was no additional damage, and the guys had everything under control.  As the day progressed into twilight, he called, and asked if I'd mind the possibility of finishing tomorrow (as in SUNDAY).  I KNEW they'd worked hard all day, so I had NO problem with that ... but, apparently THEY had a problem with that!!!  These gentlemen finished the last little bit of roofing and cleanup IN THE DARK.  They asked for us to plug in an extension cord, and I think they used it for the blower, and possibly for light.  But, by around 7:00 PM, they were done, and proud of a good day's work.  Here's a recommendation for Parents:  if you have some youngsters who think it's child abuse to take out the trash, clean their rooms, or mow the lawn, let alone get a job ... have them stand around and just WATCH one roof put down by this crew!  They might get a good education about hard work AND hard work ETHICS!  When daylight arrived this morning, I stepped outside to check out everything.  The roof looks GREAT, and the cleanup was so thorough, you'd never think anyone was even here!

I'm not big on conspiracy theories, but I'm down to 2 conclusions on my new roof.  (1)  Mike put some kind of voodoo hex on my roof after that Friday phone call!  That ceiling NEVER leaked in the 3 years I've lived here.  Then ... within 24 hours of his phone call, I'm laying beach towels and pots for a stretch of 4 feet!  I'm just sayin' ...  (2)  The Man Upstairs got plumb tired of my procrastination and thrifty-cheap-ness!  Maybe He figured I'd just need a little heavenly nudging in getting this roof done by the RIGHT roofer (which He probably sent to me in the first place!).  I'm just reporting ... you decide!!!

To say I'm happy with Accurate Roofs is an understatement!  From my first meeting with Dave and Mike in June, through the completion of my roof, this has been nothing but an extremely pleasant event.  Dave proved himself to be a businessman of integrity and provided quality workmanship at an exceptionally fair price.  He met his own self-imposed time frames and treated me like my roof was the only one on the planet.  And I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to anyone in need of roofing repairs or replacement.

I would add this ... if Dave and Mike come over to give you an estimate, allow yourself a little extra time to get to KNOW them!  Share a cup of coffee or a soda, and TALK with them!  You will find they have amazing personal stories, and a charm that will have you thinking you've known them for a long time!  You don't find that 'personal' feeling much these days - it is almost a nostalgic feeling of days gone by, when we weren't in such a hurry to get to our graves, and people sealed major deals in life with not much more than a smile, a look straight in the eye, and a hand-shake.
