  The service was phenomenal! Arrival time was 15 minutes early (which I was very impressed by). They even entertained my dogs that were running around! Work was done in a timely manner and my back yard looks wonderful, despite the weather that we have been having lately! I also gave their contact info to my mother who also is looking for some work in the coming warming months, and he also spoke with her and is meeting her soon to give an estimate! Great service and best price if seen thus far.

  Ace Landscaping

  I hesitated to write this review, but when I received an email today for another "Big Deal" from this service provider, I decided I should. I first called and left a message for Barry on 3/10/15. He responded very promptly, and was very pleasant and friendly on the phone. (In fact, he told me pretty much his life story.) He described his experience and I was very pleased to have found him, and was completely confident he would do a great job. He said he would come by and look at the property in 2 or 3 days; when, on the 5th day, I'd heard nothing, I called him. This was on a Sunday, and perhaps I shouldn't have called then, and I did apologize, but I did so because I was unexpectedly going to be home the next day, and thought he might like to come by. (If you don't want to receive work calls on Sunday, you should have a dedicated work line.) On this occasion he seemed much less interested in talking to me. When I asked about him coming out that week, he ended the very brief conversation by saying "We'll see;" which I correctly interpreted as the 'Kiss of Death' to this job. I never heard from him further. And for the information of anyone reading this, this past week I spent almost $4,000 on work done in my yard, and I still a have a couple projects to do - so, I'm not a "lookey-loo," just collecting bids. Contractors don't consider that they REALLY INCONVENIENCE busy people, who don't have unlimited time to make dozens of fruitless phone calls and wait weeks for action; yard work, especially in this Region, is a very time-sensitive matter. I'm truly happy for the dozens of people on here who have had great experiences with Ace Landscaping, and I have no doubt that if you can get them there, they'll do a great job. But I have a little "script" I'm going to offer to any and all contractors, to consider using - here's a phone call you could make: "I'm sorry; it turns out that I'm not able to take care of your project in a timely manner; if you'd like me to get in touch with you when my schedule is more open, I'd be happy to do so, but I completely understand if you need to find someone else for the job." I can't imagine ANY customer who would resent receiving such a phone call.

  He was prompt and did a great job.  He and his team of workers made it happen, when we requested service pretty much next working day, seeing as we had company coming and we had been out of town.  Will be calling him again!  Great great service

  They arrived shortly after scheduled time, promptly started working and continued even after a time others would have left, until it was completed.The previous location they had been working at had required a little additonal time, even though it was late in the day it didn't stop them from doing a beautiful complete job.  The quality of work left the property looking better than it had in a very long time.

  They are easy to work with and reasonable.  They seem to be very dependable.  They also have enough equipment where they can do it in a hurry and do it right.  They do a better job though when one of the bosses is there.
