AMDM Custom Remodeling IncIf you are looking for a genuine remodeling contractor in LA, this has to be MDM Custom Remodeling and I am saying this out of my experience. They recently built a master bathroom in my house and I am still in awe of this new place in my house. I got to know about Mike from a friend of mine and talked to him about my idea. Mike was really interested and offered me a number of suggestions on the very first meeting. I was really impressed and hired him for the project. Mike has been very supportive since the beginning. The design, ideas, project planning, decoration; everything was done by Mike himself. He is a genius kind of a guy. His team was also very professional. They did exactly what I wanted my master bathroom to be. It was completed before the time and looks just awesome now. All my friends visit my bathroom at least whenever they visit my place. The reason why I hired Mike and his team was the confidence of Mike and his knowledge. Honestly speaking, we had no idea how to approach a complete home remodeling project, what to do, what not to do, how to maintain the house, cleanliness etc. But he made everything very simple and easy. He was kind enough to give us some of the greatest ideas for our house. He is brilliant at design and planning. The construction process was really very smooth. We never thought that the team of workers would be so helpful. They were very responsive and very flexible with timing which was really important since we have a toddler in the house. All the workers were very professional and very friendly at the same time. There was a project manager appointed for the project and also Mike was in touch with us. The Covid guidelines were strictly followed during the construction. The remodeling project was completed in time and we are extremely happy with the end result. AWe contacted Mike for a quote in Mar 2018, and that process went very well and the communication was timely. We had competing bids, and chose Mike based upon several factors (quality of previous work, knowledge, detail in quote, understanding of expected outcome, feeling of trustworthiness, etc.) Work began in Sept 2018, and overall, it was worth the wait! Mike and his crew: always kept a very clean work space, always trusted their presence in our house when we were not home. The outcome of the project is something we are proud of, and we know Mike is, too. There were a couple of conversations about work orders, but in the end, all costs (to us) were within the allotted overage %. The quote given was very clear about the milestones for payments due, which was very nice. There were a few design ideas that maybe weren't executed to our expectations, but the end result remains that we are completely happy with the work, and if we weren't, we could have talked with Mike about them. The start date of the project was very close to when it was estimated (6 months prior), and the end date of the project was well within reason of the anticipated length of project. All in all, a great experience with Mike and his team and we'd love to have them back for future projects!

AWe contracted with TriStar Building Services for an almost total home renovation on our ranch style house in East Nashville. After getting quotes from other companies, we went with TriStar because they had good reviews but also because their quote was very competitive. The project including removing loadbearing walls, repairing and sanding floors, removing paneling and installing drywall, building a walk-in shower, building a new office/study/guest room, renovating the entire kitchen and creating a large walk-in closet. Throughout the project, TriStar staff Chris and Cody were very professional, kept us up to date on the project regularly through emails, texts and photos and responded quickly to questions or concerns. All the subs they used on the project were highly skilled (We can’t speak enough about the hardwood floor work. The wood floor was repaired so well you can’t tell walls had been removed) polite and worked efficiently. It is without a doubt very disruptive to go through a large home renovation project but Chris and Cody worked with us, making adjustments to the plan and ensured the work was done in a quality and efficient manner. This has definitely increased the value of the house and created a more enjoyable living experience. We highly recommend TriStar for their quality work and customer service. They deserve two thumbs up!

AThe project turned out great! Jim did a fantastic job of keeping me informed throughout the process and managed to beat the deadline by more than a week. We did have an issue with the toilet, but Jim found a solution without adding any additional costs! CProject had some issues. Despite my request for remeasuring for the cabinets, it was never done resulting in me having to purchase new cabinets and pay additional for installation. He refused to do anything else unless I paid the extra installation cost. His contractors seldom arrived before afternoon, left a mess everyday, and didn't work in consecutive days. Several days nobody ever came by to do anything and they don't work at all on Saturday. In the end, the finishing work was less than stellar. If I had not held payment until the end the half inch gap in the doorway to the first tile would have just been left there. I insisted it at least get filled in with caulk which he reluctantly did.

AUniPro LLC was great! From the very beginning all the way to the end of the build! Chad stays very involved and makes sure things are being built correctly according to the plans. There were a few design issues along the way that required pausing to make the correct adjustments. They made me feel so much more confident with my decision after they caught them and took the time to make the right adjustments instead of moving forward without bringing it to my attention to my opinion. Chad was very polite and took time to answer the hundreds of questions I had. After all, this was my first build, I had so many questions!! Definitely recommend this company with the upmost confidence.
