    Christopher was very nice and seemed honest when going over what was needed replacing. However, after watching our cameras and hearing the names being called....I was very disappointed. Also, it was very rushed which makes me nervous down the road for mistakes. I asked for an itemized invoice for new units. He sent a total and promised but never sent the itemized invoice. Still haven���t received them. He was paid in full of over $9,100.00 ( transferred into his bank account via my bank account). The least he could do was provide a professional itemized invoice. He also brought a young child to the job that needed a lot of attention and took items out of my house and left them in the back yard. I will be looking for a new company to maintain new units and I will not refer to clients. He is quick to call and land job but will not take care of you after getting paid.

    I pay $99 for the year. The price would be an A because you���re not going to get any better than that. I had called around. He���s here on time. He walks you through. I���m blocked in with them because they put in my unit. That it would be good. I would still look around for units to see if this would be the unit you would want for your house. If it���s large enough to heat and cool the square footage of your home. I think the units only last now 10 years. I���ve been in this house now 40 years. I would have you, you know, make sure you do your research. The unit itself, the size of the unit is huge. It is absolutely huge. I didn���t look at that because of Tommy Watson. I just love Watson Electric, but this unit is huge.

    It didn't. The Home Depot "MyInstall" program put me in touch with this company after I attempted to buy a 38 gallon low-boy hot water heater (item no. 1001-301-802). The hot water heater was priced at $377 and of course, I needed it installed. An ARS representative arrived at my house, looked at my existing water heater (eight years old), and quoted me a total price of $1295 installed. I thanked him for his quote and pushed on.

    I really liked the young man who performed the work. He was thorough and told me everything he was doing. There were other issues that require repair which he fully explained and helped me prioritize. I scheduled for another professional to visit and give me estimates on another job, sealing my ducts, and he was also very realistic and did not use scare tactics to get me to move quickly. I will be calling this company to make additional repairs.

    'Come rain or shine or dark of night even if we don't do the work' should be their motto... In a torrential downpour, after many hours in the past years of me trying to 'find the right guy for the job', after having companies that won't work on anything if 'they didn't install it', after having an HVAC guy actually say to me that he wouldn't work on my attic unit because it was 'too hot up there'... What?!?!, after years of being a remodeler myself so I DO HAVE A CLUE, Lee Company was a huge breath of fresh air. The service agreement, which I entered into without hesitation after a brief tutorial, is reasonably priced and covers EVERYTHING with a significant 20% discount. They'll now keep track of the work that's done even if they don't do it and the maintenance schedule. They give 'recommendations' that you don't feel you have to do yesterday unless they prove to you that it is really unsafe in some way and even then whoever or however you need to get it done within a budget that makes some kind of sense AND not a single backhanded comment about prior work, my own work, my ideas, or my knowledge. Not even a 'you're pretty good for a girl' vibe was ever perceived by me from any of them. I never give 100% A's to any company because I don't feel there is such a thing as perfect but after 3 different people in 3 different fields of expertise with the same resounding results I feel I have no choice but to rave about Lee Company. Unfortunately, I can only choose one of their categories so I chose electrical based on the fact that it was the biggest and most expensive job.

    I had them schedule to come out and do the job and there was bad weather. So we reschedule for the next day and he never showed. Then I called a week later and they apologized and said they will get someone out to take a look at it and they never did come..

    Donelson Air Service Experts helped us out when our Contractor (Elan Home Services LLC, see our review on Angie's List on this contractor) did not complete the contract (they walked off the job) of rebuilding our home after the August 2013 flooding of Madison Tn leaving us with our newly installed HVAC system inoperable to due non-payment to sub-contractor Bratcher Heating and Air. The service technician Mr Bowman inspected the entire HVAC system to ensure it was installed correctly before adding needed
    refrigerant before starting the system up for the first time. After starting the system he made a full systems check to ensure everything was working properly. Unfortunately the system blew a fuse that he did not carry on his truck at the time, it was on a Saturday. The following Monday he returned with a new fuse and installed it and restarted the system again. Everything worked
    as it should and we now a working HVAC system. Mr Bowmans professionalism, courtesy, respect and knowledge shows that Donelson Air Service Experts more than lived up to their reputation. We will be hiring them again to service our HVAC system on a
    yearly bases.

    The gentleman who came was very professional and did everything just the way I wanted it done.  When I asked him about my commode not working correctly, he said he could fix that also and told me how much that would cost.  He repaired it and it is working fine.  The cost was reasonable and the service very good.

    This is a story!

    We recently purchased our house that has a circuit breaker box with some correct, some incorrect and some very confusing labels or lack thereof. We did our best to figure out which breakers supplied power to what and where but with our best efforts there was still a lot of breaker mystery! When we saw the Angie's List "special" from Lee Company specifically for the labeling of a circuit breaker box our thoughts were "that's the exact thing we need'.  We purchased the deal, made the appt and Lee company reps came promptly on time as scheduled in two vans w/ three men. They came in and started switching switches and calling out one another and communicating what was and wasn't working. They were friendly and chatty. They finished their exam/tasks and then all went out to their vans and in about 15 minutes came back in with a sheet of paper stating recommendations for things that they felt we needed to update repair and/or replace. I said thank you and that we will consider all that and thanked them for their work and they gave me my receipt and went outside. I then excitedly went to the breaker box to see all the new labeling and found that there was no new labeling at all not even any writing over the labeling already there,it was the same old labels and markings as when they came in. I was confused and I looked outside and saw they were still in the driveway. I went out to them and asked them why there were no new labels in the box. Their responses was that most of the labels were correct and that they don't put new labels in boxes except in new homes and blah blah blah rambling on technically why they didn't do any labels.

    Awkwardly for me, they didn't seem particularly happy that I was questioning there work or lack thereof.

    I explained to them that the main reason I purchased a "special deal" entitled labeling of the breaker box and electrical inspection was got updated and exactly correct professional labeling not the previous owners personal and wrong labels.

    still confused I  politely said okay, thank you and went back in the house. I have to say I was confused and feeling stupid to have paid $90.00 and missing several hours of work to have 3 guys come in and do what I had already done and not knowing more than before they had arrived.

        Then 5 to 10 minutes later, they knocked on the door and the Lee company guys, still with an attitude of having done what they were supposed too ,but, said they were going to do it again because they didn't want me to fill that I had been scammed'. They did a rush job of what should have been done already and fast forward, now 8 breakers that we couldn't figure out They(Lee) labeled 'Rad.Heat" and told me that they were probably"old wall heaters" They found a breaker labeled water heater wasn't hooked up and that a different breaker labeled water heater label was connected. The only other change they made was to write 'barn" on another label. (When they first arrived I told them it was important for us to know which breaker was connected to the shed but they didn't find that till the second round.)

    Other than those changes. no new labels were added and we were left with all of  the original labels with the names of people that we don't from previous occupants indicating which room was which (ex. Jimmy's room plugs)T

     I  have to say though that whole incident left me feeing awkward. The exuded an energy that made me feel like I was in the wrong for mentioning that they did not do what i hired the to do and noticing that there were no new labels. I was made to feell I was putting them out to do it the job the second time. So I'm about 50% assured of the labeling now and I don't foresee contacting the  Lee Company to do any of the work they recommended.

    UPDATE 07-14-2014
    After posting my review the manager of electrical operations at Lee Co. called and said my review was brought to his attention and he said that my experience was not representative of Lee Co and that he would like to send a different crew out to do the job correctly. He took the blame for my botched job by saying that they had not promoted this work before and he didn't fully explain / train for what he expected for this special promoting breaker box labeling. He reiterated that that labeling was indeed meant to take place despite what the first crew said and that the labels were in his office and he didn't make that clear to the crews. We scheduled another appt. for 8 am on 7-8-2014. The 2 man crew arrived and redid the job very well and exceeding my low expectations and pushing the bar of satisfaction beyond the call of duty
