I can’t say enough to complement the quality of workmanship and professionalism of Stoltz Company. They built exactly what I asked for in a free standing 2-car garage that was completed from start to finish in under a month. All of the workers were polite, professional and showed up on schedule. I was always told when to expect them and notified of any delays if they were going to be late. This whole project was easy and without delays or unexpected cost overruns. I highly recommend Stoltz Company for your next construction job.

    The Finisher 615
Kevin did a great job! He finished quickly and even gave me a few options from which to choose. He did not make a mess and cleaned up the area when he was done. I love the way the project turned out and would highly recommend him for any job.

Jeremy and his team were professional and conscientious, making sure to do a good job, and they didn't break my bank. 10/10 would hire again.

    Handyman Connection of Nashville
The guy was very honest and polite. Let me know that he didn't have the correct ladders. I would hire again for him being honesty.

    Handyman Connection of Nashville
He was a bit off sloppy with the painting and ALWAYS late. He would call ...sometimes several times and say he was on his way or that he would be there at 10 or noon and then show up at 2:30! That is why he was at the house for 4 days. He just couldn’t seem to get his act together. Nice guy but not reliable if you were on a schedule and working from home

    B&G Carpentry
I built a new garage with G&B that started in October 2019, and ended in May 2020. They told me it would take 90 days instead it took them 7 months. I would not build with them again, poor quality, poor communication. I was constantly, checking on the work of the subs. G&B was rarely on the job site. The subs constantly complained to me that G&B was not paying them as promised or not at all.

    G&B Carpentry
When G & B Carpentry drew up the initial contract information, they did not include staining, which we had specially asked for since my husband and I are seniors and don't need to be doing ladders, etc. I take responsibility for not noticing this, but we had to get them to add this, unfortunately, at an additional $1200. I already felt that we were overpaying, but I had searched for someone build a pergola, and I had only found but three others who did not want to do something this small (10' by 10'). We had to get everything approved by our HOA and when we were given the OK, we had to wait about 3 weeks to start, due to G & B not being able to get supplies. We requested that they saw and stain everything off-site because we live in a townhouse and we have no room to be doing that at our home. On the day of building, G & B was late, we had to call...they showed up with boards and planks and such, boards, etc. barely cut, not stained...and a saw. They did not follow the specifications we have given them, but because we were having so much trouble getting anything done, we accepted the outcome from that day. I had to ask one of the builders to move two of the planks for overhead because they were not spaced properly. We lost half of a bush because one of the workers apparently stepped right in the middle of it. Again, we had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to come out and stain, due to the rain we had during that period. When the day came for them to stain, the project manager called and said his crew of two were at Lowes trying to get the stain. They could not find it (I did not realize I had actually purchased the kind we wanted from Walmart for an earlier project.) But, this was the day of...they should have had the materials all ready to go straight to work that morning. Anyway, I drove to Lowes, met them and told them that I would go to Walmart and get the stain. They had been told by G & B to only get one gallon. I would have to travel to a Walmart farther down the road into another county to get more because, as they worked, we all realized 1 gallon would not be enough. Furthermore, we had to call and ask why the crew was still not in place to do the staining that morning since I beat them getting back to our house. The finished pergola is not bad, not what we asked for, but I am learning to like it more everyday. I am just so frustrated it was so hard to get it done!

    CnK's Home Maintenance and Repair
Long story short the first contractor that I hired (which was not from this company) took off with part of my insurance claim money that was suppose to be used for materials. My insurance wouldn’t allow me to turn in anymore estimates and refused to help pay for another contractor. If I had the money I had originally started with I have no doubt that I would of hired CNK’s Home Maintenance & Repair. Very friendly and up front. Tried their hardest to get within my budget range. Quick to respond, and was very understanding and polite. God forbid if anything happens again at my home, they will be the first company I call.

    Affordable Building Concepts
The lead guy was Mike Mathis. He knows his stuff. It was a 24' x 36' ft full two story garage attached with an enclosed 8' x 24' breezeway. The garage has nice plywood finished walls and ceilings, fully insulated, and with lots of electrical outlets. For my purposes, I needed the top floor to be able to hold a lot of weight, so the garage was built much stronger than what is required for codes. It is partially embedded in a hill, so great care was taken to seal the cinder block foundation and provide water drainage. I did need to correct some small details along the way such as the garage doors were supposed to have windows and they initially didn't and I had to remind him that I wanted plywood on the walls and ceilings. Also, one of the garage door openers stopped working a couple weeks after the garage was finished and it took 3 phone calls and two months to get somebody to come out and fix it. Other than that, I am very happy with the job.
